"Forest Goblins are mortal enemies of spirit race creatures, using traps woven from webs to hunt for delicacies, usually few little elves and pikeling. Sometimes they also wrap entire trees with webs in vain attempts to seize tree spirits. The enmity between elves and Forest Goblins can trace back to a time before written history when there was only one continent of Terragia, ancient gods roamed the land, and giant dragons ruled the skies. Driven by this ancient conflict, some smaller elf communities would rather collaborate with dwarves to clear out neighboring Forest Goblin settlements along with their giant spiders, illustrating the depth of the hatred."
