With a population of around 327 million, about 85 million people are insufficiently covered and 28 million people do not have health insurance, and these people have poor access to health services.

Full coverage of health insurance has always been a major issue in flag States.

Voices advocating free medical care for all are not a minority, but have long been subjected to ambiguous and unrealistic accusations.

How much is this gonna cost? Where does the money come from? How do I add taxes? How do you buy health insurance? How much does it cost for each class?

These are the most common and central questions about free health care for all.

For flag States, there is still a viable programme with a solid foundation for economic research, which can be seen in recent presidential elections.

Advocates argue that noble goals require viable policies. In their research and design programmes, the introduction of free health care for all has led to savings in some areas, which, taken together, do not actually cost too much, but have led to significant improvements in people's health and a virtuous circle.

Taxation naturally involves the collection of more taxes from capital and the wealthy, the elimination of subsidies for them and the payment of more health insurance costs; and the collection of less taxes, more subsidies and fewer health insurance contributions from the working class and vulnerable groups.

In this way, everyone will have access to quality health care and live in a better society.

Scaling things up to the global and Tianxuan realms will multiply the complexity of the program a hundred times.

At least in flag countries, however, universal free health care is feasible; in other countries, it is also feasible.

But the majority of the upper, middle and lower layers are willing to make changes and push them forward.
