Cynthia hung her coat on the rack.

"Grandma, my weight has always been stable."

Asher emerged from the kitchen carrying a pot of soup.

"Yes. Togekiss never appear in places filled with conflict. They live only in peaceful lands, and their arrival is said to bring blessings. In ancient times, they were regarded as symbols of good fortune."

A rare trace of nostalgia appeared in Cynthia’s eyes.

"At the time, I was conducting a geological survey on Mount Coronet when I became lost. Somehow, I wandered into a valley that wasn’t marked on any map. A group of Togekiss lived there."

Tiana listened with complete fascination.

Tiana rolled over and used Garchomp’s stomach as a pillow.

Meanwhile, deep within the forest, a wild Togekiss was perched on a tree branch, tilting its head as it watched them.

The Togekiss in the tree tilted its head as it listened to Tiana complain about Cynthia to Garchomp.

Tiana stopped beside a stream and crouched down to wash her face.

Just then, a white figure silently descended through the forest canopy.

"Do you like this?"

Tiana pointed at her hair.

Togekiss released a soft, clear cry before using its wingtip to flick the golden lock again.

Togekiss gradually became more comfortable around Tiana. Sometimes, it even understood what she wanted before she spoke.

At dusk on the seventh day—

Tiana sat beside the stream while Togekiss landed in front of her.

"I’m leaving this place."

Tiana removed an empty Poké Ball from her waist and placed it in her palm.

"Togekiss, would you like to come with me?"

Then it extended one wing and gently pressed the button.

Red light flashed.

The Poké Ball shook three times.

The capture was successful.

Tiana cradled the Poké Ball in both hands, a brilliant smile blossoming across her face.
