Portrait of Queen Berta: I accidentally got pregnant with His Majesty’s child
[21] The King's Way
His answer was simple and clear.
"I refuse"
Harold didn't know what he was being told for a moment because that response wasn't even stray and sharp.
"In exchange for a wrecked title, the South will embrace the direct control of the Royal Family. I can no longer help that flow, but it was too premature for His Majesty to take over the house and cut it apart."
"I'm not talking about right now. There's still time for Louis' adults and Tachiko."
"Oh, no. That's not what I'm saying."
It seemed that the Lord would not overrule his will first. He preached Harold, like a merchant in a big store who drives back customers who place troubled orders.
"Your Majesty. There is something in the world called authenticity and pre-construction of everything. And there's always rooting before the building.... If you are winning true trust from my daughter, I should not have been the first person here to hear this story directly from you. Why didn't you use Berta?
The Lord begins to politely stop using his name against his daughter and speak frankly.
The idea of using Berta could not have been at least in Harold before he left the royal palace. So naturally, Berta doesn't know about this.
"Things are important to rock the way the state is. Although my wife was not in a position to intervene directly in politics, it was not to speak to the Queen."
The Lord distorted his face into a form of laughter, but it was clear that his emotions were not leaning in the right direction.
"You are certainly an avant-garde king who wants to go outside the royal palace himself. But that's not the same way as it used to be. You are overconfident in your own words and the value of being able to move on your own"
He stabbed Harold in a light tone as he sang.
"I just wanted to say don't leave my daughter alone, but no, Your Majesty. I even remember to thank you rather like you did. It is not pleasant that you have not even put such deep feelings on your teeth that the southern woman drowns. Only that kid's love for Prince Louis is troublesome, but if it's just the Prince, we can still do it."
"What do you mean?
"It doesn't necessarily mean that our home or the south will be on Prince Louis' side of the climb."
The Lord says things that are more obnoxious than they need to be, because in doing so he rocks Harold and tries Harold's vessel. Harold, who has been in a weak position for a monarch, also knows how to deal with such human beings.
But whatever the way he treated him, the content itself was a shock to Harold.
He thought Louis would have few allies in the ruling royal palace of traditional values. But at the same time, Harold would have expected somewhere that there would be a foundation for unconditional acceptance of Louis in the South.
I can't get Kasha in here right now. But I want to think about a plan and go home.
"Then Kasha which. Tell me. What do you want from a king? Are you going to face Berta, your daughter? For Berta and Louis's sake, is that what I'm going to do, give preference to the South?
The Lord shut up for a while.
That risky face was even more similar to that of his daughter Berta than a smile.
"Your Majesty is a poor man."
And I can't predict what this guy is going to say next, more than Berta, who talks rationally.
"Your will is splendid. But His Majesty's will does not see backing by humanity or personal greed. Humans are brittle like throwing and hitting everything else for noble wishes. In short, I'm not willing to bet on a weak king who's going to fall easily."
The words of a man living in a southern context were outside the realm of understanding for Harold.
What is the way of the king?
"A king's personal greed is the loss of his country."
"Your Majesty had better have some more play and be worn anything but modeled diligence. How about walking with someone who shares their aspirations as well as the ordeal of life, not a subordinate who works as a limb?
The Lord thanked Harold for this as the end of the conversation.
"The dates for the rest of the visit will also be enjoyed as a journey. I hope the southern lands comfort your busy hearts. When you get home, you'll be waiting for something bigger."
When Harold and his father were dating, Berta, on the other hand, enjoyed an easy little trip.
Heading there is La Marta, the port town where my half-sister's daughter-in-law is, a major shock in maritime transactions.
I also left Louis at Meseta's mansion. The journey without having to think about the burden of travel was light and I felt like I had returned to my bachelor years.
"The sea. It's been a while since I've seen the ocean."
Berta raised her voice so unexpectedly when she saw the ocean plains through the window of the carriage.
La Marta is a particularly thoughtful land pattern, and I even miss the weight of being tangled with the tide of the sea breeze.
I was surprised that my half-sister was married to this thoughtful land, but it was simply a pleasure to see her.
In case this dramatic half-sister was married to the royal family, she's the kind of kid that just makes me feel relieved to imagine, but that was one of the cutest sisters for Berta as such. Above all, she misses Berta, her oldest sister, like a dog child.
"Your Highness. If you get too far out, you'll see yourself from the road. Be careful."
And one extra escort watering this fun time, that example twin one-cracked Joel, was riding side-by-side to block Berta's sight.
