Just as Mu Anhan had guessed, she almost ran towards him in jubilant excitement.

He addressed his mother directly by name, showing no respect.
Mu Anhan stared at him dazedly, he must have known all along that Huo Yiwen was causing trouble!
"But, we don’t have any real evidence." Mu Anhan frowned.
Gu Xiaozhan’s lips curled into a cold smile, "It’s good to dampen her arrogance."
She agreed with this point too.
At this special moment today, Mu Anhan signed the aerospace contract on behalf of Gu Xiaozhan, while Huo Yiwen was taken away by the police.
Such a stark contrast, coupled with the widespread media coverage, no matter if there’s any evidence of Huo Yiwen’s crime in the end, the result of such exposure is predictable.
Mu Anhan never expected Gu Xiaozhan to do so much for her today.
"Isn’t there still a cocktail party? Why did you come out?" Gu Xiaozhan looked down at her.
Mu Anhan gazed at him and said in a soft voice, "I wanted to be with you."
"I’ll wait for you outside." There was a hint of helplessness in Gu Xiaozhan’s voice.
This little woman was so sticky to him!
He wasn’t going anywhere, he had promised to wait for her outside.
"I’ll take you back." Gu Xiaozhan patted the woman in his arms.
Mu Anhan tugged on his arm as she stepped out of his embrace.
Gu Xiaozhan looked at her, and she blinked playfully at him, "The kids miss Daddy."
During the ultrasound, Mu Anhan knew that he might have forgotten his love for her, but he had an instinctive love for the unborn children.
Gu Xiaozhan glanced at her belly, which showed no signs of swelling.
She spoke these words while pressing her lower abdomen gently against him, letting him genuinely feel her and the babies.
Gu Xiaozhan was quite capable of controlling himself, he gave a brief acknowledgment, and then walked forward with her.
Mu Anhan pouted, this man was either overly arrogant or didn’t express himself at all.

"The space in the car is too cramped, do you want to wait for me in the hotel room?" Mu Anhan suggested.
