Chapter 1140: Little Crybaby
"Mu Anhan, enough!" Gu Xiaozhan couldn’t shake off her pursuit and began to shout harsh words, "If you keep this up, I won’t be polite!"
He wasn’t scared of her at all!
"You made a mistake, and yet you’re being impolite?" Mu Anhan swung the belt at him.
The sound of the belt cutting through the air prompted Gu Xiaozhan to grab the other end directly.
With a gentle tug, he pulled Mu Anhan over and held her tightly in his arms.
She struggled, refusing to let him hold her.
But his hot breath still fell softly against her ear.
"Do you know what a man’s belt represents?"
Mu Anhan wasn’t an ignorant young girl; she raised her head and glared at him, "Stop changing the subject! Hurry and admit your drinking mistake!"
"I’m a grown man, what’s wrong with me having a few drinks?" Gu Xiaozhan didn’t think he was wrong at all!
"Is your health not important anymore?" Mu Anhan was fuming.
"My health is fine now." Gu Xiaozhan maintained a tough attitude.
Mu Anhan’s eyes reddened immediately; she gazed at him, unable to utter a single word.
Next, tears silently began to fall.

All landing on his hand, as if they were scalding hot, threatening to burn his skin.
Gu Xiaozhan panicked, "Don’t cry!"
Little did he know, Mu Anhan cried even harder.
Gu Xiaozhan clumsily wiped away her tears, "I’m the one who got hit, I’m the one who should be hurting, and I’m the one who should be crying! Let me tell you, this is the first time I’ve been hit by a woman; even my mom has never hit me, and now you’ve turned into a crybaby... What kind of justice is this?"

Gu Xiaozhan laughed despite himself, "Han Han, this is unreasonable; clearly, you’re the one bullying me, you know?"
"Why discuss reasoning with a woman?" Mu Anhan pointed at his nose and said, "Have you ever seen a woman discuss reasoning?"

After a short silence, he tried to calm her, "Alright, we won’t discuss reasoning. Please stop crying, okay? If the child gets too emotionally affected, what will we do?"
"Don’t use the child as an excuse; the child has incredible fighting power!" Mu Anhan retorted him even while angry and quarreling.
He lowered his head, "If you keep crying, I’ll kiss you..."
"Who gave you permission to kiss me?" Mu Anhan shouted at him, "You know I’m so worried about your health, yet you still don’t take care of yourself! Boo hoo... Gu Xiaozhan, you’re a jerk!"
Didn’t he understand that she couldn’t leave him!
"Alright, alright, it’s my fault!" Gu Xiaozhan conceded quickly, admitting his mistake, "But can you stop calling me names, please? I have a reputation to maintain, don’t I?"
"You enjoyed your time out and had such a great drink; you deserve all the scolding! You still want a reputation? I’ll give you a reputation as worthless as crap!" Mu Anhan continued to scold.
Gu Xiaozhan looked at her helplessly, "Should I write a self-reflection?"
"Who cares about your self-reflection?" Mu Anhan turned to face him directly, raising her fists to hit him.
Gu Xiaozhan only picked her up after she got tired of hitting, "Okay, I won’t drink next time; don’t be mad anymore. Are you hungry? I’ll go down and have breakfast with you."
"I ate my fill before coming to deal with you." Mu Anhan tugged at his ear without reservation, "And you still think there’ll be a next time? I’m telling you, don’t even think about it! You’re not allowed to go out now; stay home every day!"
