Earl Jurden devised a tactic to greet Duke Meutt.

Two days later, the two armies faced each other in a vast plain.

Duke Meutt designated a place with no geographic advantage as the first place to fight.

The two armies confronted each other at a distance of approximately one kilometer.

The Marquis of Juden made his preparations by mobilizing his entire army. The nomadic horsemen were left and right, and the central group had an application trapezoidal squadron that was slanted in the shape of a depression.

“Teacher, that's.... ”

“Hmm.”

Duke Campbell and Duke Meutt are troubled by the status of the Horn Empire troops.

Duke Meutt said:

“It means come once. ”

The best number to choose from among the Dukes of Meutt was when Duke Meutt and his disciples attacked at the forefront and cut the head of the opponent, Jurden, in the shortest time possible.

An ordinary commander would put a thick military tent in the center to be extremely vigilant and never break through. However, the Marquis of Juden did not make a universal progress.

“Even if it looks hollow in the center, you'll feel like you're being attacked from both sides. That seems to be a metaphor for that application. ”

“And the cavalry will be surrounded by our rear. ”

Even if it's easy to say, 70,000 troops need to breathe between commanders and soldiers to make progress like that. There must have been tremendous training.

“I don't think my reputation during the Civil War was in vain. ”

“I see.”

Duke Meutt nodded.

“What do you say?”

Duke Meutt answered the question of the Duke of Campbell.

“You've seen what you're capable of, I don't think you need to overdo it. ”

“The first battle to declare war ends bloodless. ”

Chamberlain smiles as he says.

Duke Meutt pauses to see what's on his mind, then shakes his head.

“If you step back without seeing any blood, you'll say you're welcome. Can you do that? ”

“Yes?”

“Wait here. I'll be back in a minute.”

Then Duke Meutt drove his horse forward.

“Teacher! ”

Duke Meutt, who is slowly approaching the enemy by himself, panics. Duke Meutt gestures to not worry.

“I'll be right back. Take care of the evacuation. ”

As if out on a cruise, Duke Meutt slowly rides toward the Horn Empire. I was short.

Duke Meutt approaches alone, momentary turbulence on the part of the Horn Army.

“Alone?”

There is a question on the solemn face of the Marquis of Juden. It was because he didn't think Duke Meutt was capable of riding in vain.

Then the young man who looked like he had just turned twenty years old next to him said.

“Isn't this the gesture to have a conversation, Father? ”

The black-haired handsome young man's name is Nigel Jurden. He was the son of the late Juden.

Although it wasn't the late Judean monarch who gave the privilege of being his biological son, his son Nigel showed off his command at a young age. Not only that, he also possessed the skill of steel and the swordsmanship of Expert, so the Marquis of Jurden willingly put it in his extremities, and the others did not resent it.

“Talk.... ”

Certainly not the Duke of Meutt, who's about to make a solo assault. It doesn't look like they're charging in because they're riding slowly.

“Are you going to go out and talk to him? ”

The Marquis of Juden responded to his son Nigel's question.

“If I do that, I'll have my head. ”

“Yes?! No way.He who knows honor... ”

“Where is honor in war? If I can bear the dishonor and take my life easily, he will. ”

“Then I and the knights will escort you. ”

The Marquis of Jurden shakes his head.

“I don't think we're here to talk. If he'd thought of a conversation, he'd have sent a messenger to the doctor first. ”

“Then…? ”

“Let's wait and see. ”

On the other hand, Duke Meutt's slowly moving face remained steady.

Even though 70,000 enemies became increasingly full of sight, they didn't feel overwhelmed, rather than afraid.

I am confident that no one will dare harm themselves! It was a temptation of a born strong.

100 meters, 50 meters, 30 meters…….

The closer Duke Dory Meutt gets, the more the soldiers in his direction quake. It was natural for hundreds of hostiles to come towards them with the strength to slaughter them foolishly.

20 meters, 10 meters, 5 meters…….

Finally, Duke Meutt approaches the location of the Horn Empire soldiers who were slaughtered with spears. It was within reach of me when I lowered my window. However, overwhelmed by Duke Meutt's temptations, they dared not attack.

Even the lesser officers don't know what to do, so the Lord Jurden is eager to give you an order.

The Marquis of Jurden does not issue an order, but looks at Duke Jamako Meutt's sheep.

Duke Meutt also stared at the Marquis of Juden for a moment. The distance was not close, but enough to make eye contact with each other.

And…….

“How old are you? ”

Duke Meutt asked one of the Horn Imperial Lancers in front of him.

“Hey, seventeen... ”

“You're an adult. ”

Duke Meutt kicked his tongue.

“I won't kill you. ”

“W-what... Ugh! ”

Gaaaah!

Duke Meutt draws his sword and swings it like an electric quartz. An elongated wound has been carved into the young bowman's torso. Though not deeply cut, the shocked lancer drops his spear and cries out.

“Is this an attack? ”

“Are you fighting? ”

“What the hell?! Do we have to fight? ”

“Say something and give the order! ”

The nearby soldiers were greatly astonished. Duke Meutt was in a hurry because everyone around him was dying.

Duke Meutt looks back at the Marquis of Juden.

You exchange your gaze for a moment, then look away. I turned my head and left.

The soldiers stare blankly at Duke Meutt, returning home without receiving any paper.

“Oh, Father, what the hell is that...? ”

Similarly, Earl Juden replies to Nigel's dazed question.

“You didn't want to end the first battle with nothing. ”

The Marquis of Juden laughs in silence.

“If we keep our heads down, it will affect fraud, so we put pressure on the air. ”

Soon the army of Duke Meutt began to march together. It was only then that Nigel realized the meaning of Duke Meutt's actions.

There is a big difference between turning your back and killing one person alone in the camp.

“You're letting me go back to that? ”

Nigel asked.

“Then?”

The Marquis of Juden asks again.

Nigel makes his point without hesitation.

“Returning to the Temple of Knights will be a big problem for our Horn Empire. What if we could move the cavalry on the port side, block the retreat, move all the troops and press them? ”

“Not good. ”

The Marquis of Juden has spoken.

“There are gaps in fighting and timing. If Duke Meutt had attacked first, he could have won as many mercenaries as you say, but now is neither the time nor the time. ”

“I don't know, Father. ”

“If we send all the cavalry to stop them from retreating, Duke Meutt will not miss the gap between our cavalry and our homeland. ”

“Ah!”

It was only then that Nigel realized his judgment.

“The idea of the device was short. ”

The Marquis of Juden tapped his son on the shoulder.

“Look bigger. The important thing is to accomplish a given strategic mission, not a major. ”

“I understand.”

Earl Jurden looks at Duke Meutt's leaving army and says,

“Our goal is not Duke Meutt. It's not a bad thing for us that they're trapped in the Temple of Knights. ”

That was the end of the first battle the two sides encountered.

One casualty down.

The Great War began as a sign of the day when Duke Meutt and the late Jurden created numerous stories.
