Before entering the chamber of the Golden Mira, the Hyundai Metal Knights were preparing for battle. Titan was able to prepare for normal maneuvers, not emergency maneuvers, since it was not an emergency situation.

Emergency maneuvers literally meant getting ready as quickly as possible when Titan needed to move. In order to make Titan move in a hurry, Titan needs to be fully charged with the energy contained in the lowest grade Manathon to wake up the Mana engine quickly.
