Taking a deep breath, Shen Fei glanced at the countdown timer. Five minutes remained until the start of the match.

The special match had added NPCs and Super Bosses, a scenario that filled Shen Fei with excitement. He wasn’t excited because the presence of these Super Bosses made it harder for him to get the rewards. Rather, he was thrilled by the realization that so many super-organisms were hidden within the Secret Realm, yet all memory of them would completely disappear upon leaving.

Now, however, he had learned from the first and second rounds that he could only Summon 100 Defense Towers in the Secret Realm. He no longer had the power to one-shot a boss. All he could do was probe the bosses’ capabilities as much as he possibly could. A direct fight was definitely out of the question. The Cluster Attack from his 100 Defense Towers could, at best, fight Magnus to a standstill. But with just a quick glance earlier, he had seen countless bosses and NPCs who were far stronger than Magnus.

He had just finished Summoning 100 Defense Towers and setting up a preliminary Defense Array when he suddenly froze. He saw that the fog on his minimap had vanished. The fog that had been restricting his scouting had completely disappeared right before the match started. In the third round’s special match, the fog was gone without a trace!

More importantly, the [Temporarily Unusable] status on all the items in his inventory had also vanished. Furthermore, his Defense Tower Summoning interface displayed a notification indicating that all his Defense Towers could be used freely in this round.

All the items he carried could be used freely without fear of being wasted. This revelation thrilled Shen Fei. With all restrictions lifted, he was eager to find out just how strong his unrestricted Combat Power truly was.
