Seeing that Huo Cong had stopped trying to talk her out of it, a faint smile appeared on Jiang Xue’s face. Then she took a pendant from her body and began to swing it in front of Jin Hao.

Once they left the dungeon, Jin Hao brought Jiang Xue to one of his apartments and said to her, "Miss Jiang, you can stay here for now. If anything comes up, just call me directly."
After giving a few instructions, Jin Hao left straight away. Only when Jin Hao was gone did Huo Cong finally come back to his senses. Staring at Jiang Xue in shock, he asked, "Sister-in-law, how did you pull that off?"
"Didn’t you just see it?" Jiang Xue replied with a smile, then began looking around Jin Hao’s apartment. The environment here was pretty good, and it was close to the underground dungeon Jin Hao had taken her to before. If she was guessing right, that underground dungeon also held some of Jin Hao’s secrets.
But for now, she wasn’t in a rush. It was late, so she might as well sleep first. Once she’d rested, tomorrow she would have Jin Hao give her a proper tour of the real MD Group.
