Chapter 1848 - 1850: You Must Stand Up for Me
Hurriedly putting on her clothes, she rushed towards the latrine.
Seeing Jingjing coming out, Xiaotian quickly stepped forward, "Jingjing, have you finished washing?"

After returning from the latrine, Jingjing found the bathwater had turned cold, so the Little Maid changed the bathwater again. She thought to herself to enjoy a soak and relax first, planning to get revenge later. But luck was not on her side. Just as she sat in the bath barrel, her stomach started to react again, forcing her to go back to the latrine.
After several repetitions, she failed to finish her bath, and her body felt exhausted and weak.
This physical reaction made her realize that something was off; perhaps there was an issue with what she had eaten earlier.
Thinking about the problem made her face contort even more.
Not caring about her weak body, she hurriedly got up from the bath barrel, dressed, and headed towards the main courtyard.
Seeing Jingjing leaving, Xiaotian quickly followed, "Jingjing, you just finished soaking, you should drink some ginger tea first to prevent catching a cold. I’ve prepared it for you."
Jingjing waved her hand angrily and said, "Get out of the way, I’m going to find Aunt Pei."
She couldn’t care less about drinking ginger tea; she wanted to find Aunt Pei and have her stand up for her.
Xiaotian clearly knew she was going to make a complaint; she could only follow behind. The inevitable would come, and punishment didn’t matter. She was just seeking justice for Little Yueyue. In comparison, Jingjing only suffered a minor setback, which was far less than what Yueyue almost went through.

Master Guo and Madam Guo were listening to the servants report the situation in the other courtyard.

Madam Guo sitting there pulled a smile at the corner of her mouth. Her original intention was to have Jingjing teach Xiaotian a lesson. Who would have thought Jingjing ended up being the one losing out? It seems she underestimated her daughter-in-law.
Just then, there was a commotion outside, and looking up, she saw Jingjing rushing in, with Xiaotian following behind.
Seeing Jingjing’s expression, it was clear she had suffered a lot.
Sure enough, Jingjing came crying to her side immediately, "Aunt Pei, Aunt Pei, you must stand up for me."
