At this moment, Madam Guo and Master Guo had already lain down to sleep, but then they heard noises from outside.
"Master, where is Madam?"

"Father, Mother, Xiaotian is my lawfully wedded wife, and Little Yueyue is my daughter. I will not divorce them. If you force us to separate, I will take them and move out," Guo Feng bluntly stated.
Master Guo was stunned by this and frowned, asking, "What’s going on? What divorce? Who’s telling you to divorce? What’s all this about a divorce?"
Hearing such words, Madam Guo almost lost her breath with anger. She slapped the table and glared at Guo Feng, "You ungrateful son, are you abandoning your parents for such a promiscuous woman?"
Guo Feng stood there, like a tall and steadfast pine tree, and said, "Xiaotian is not a promiscuous woman."
"Not promiscuous? Didn’t she take up with another man before marrying you? Didn’t she bring another man’s child into our home? Son, don’t be foolish, she’s making a fool of you, letting you raise a child that’s not yours. Little Yueyue is not your daughter nor a part of our Guo family."
Madam Guo, in her fury, revealed everything she hadn’t meant to say, fearing that her son couldn’t bear such a blow. But with her son’s stubbornness, she had no other choice.
Master Guo was shocked by this, and he angrily questioned, "What did you say?"
Seeing the situation had escalated, Madam Guo had no choice but to explain, "Master, people in the household are saying Little Yueyue resembles the chief chef at Yuelai Restaurant, not like our son. So I went to Yuelai Restaurant to investigate, and found that our chef was actually an impostor, and he was Xiaotian’s lover outside."
Master Guo had not expected such an event; it was a disgrace to the Guo family, and he roared, "Divorce? Such a woman doesn’t qualify for a divorce! Guo Feng, if you are still a member of the Guo family, you will abandon her. Our family cannot tolerate such a daughter-in-law."
Then he turned and looked at Xiaotian, no longer with the usual gentleness, but sternly, "If you have any decency, take your illegitimate child and get out of the Guo family."
