Chapter 129: Sign-In System
Jacob spent the next two days training, he didn’t cultivate any longer, he simply trained his body. In the course of his training he had awakened something.
Something that the system described as a gift from The Regulator.
A sign-in system.
Jacob stared at his blue screen as he cracked his knuckles, done for the day.

He slowly wiped a bead of sweat from his forehead as he stared at the blue translucent screen, these objectives might seem extremely difficult for a regular human, but his Universe Chosen physique made it seem extremely easy.
Now that he was done with the work out, it was time to go back to the manor and freshen up, but first...

’Wish there was a way to shorten this, too much information.’ He thought as he jogged towards the manor.
In that moment, it was as though the system heard his thoughts and began recalibrating.
’That’s more convenient.’ Jacob mused.
He soon reached the Wutherhorn manor, where the door was opened to him by Emily, the guards were apparently not on duty and they had left the maidens to attend to any visitors.
Jacob was rather unfazed by this development and just went on his way.
He had started to see Emily a lot more in the past few days. He just couldn’t help but notice that the girl was taking on more responsibility than she should, even though it wasn’t exactly his concern.
"Young Lord!" She called out to him as he turned his back to her, already moving towards his room. He had a towel around his neck as his clothes stuck to his perfect body.
Emily was dumbfounded by the sight of him, but she still had to remain professional in her dealings and control herself, she had never in her life seen a human being with looks like this.
She thought Jacob looked like a god.
"Yes Emily—that’s your name, isn’t it, Emily." Jacob responded as he turned back towards her with a smile on his face.
"What would you like to have for breakfast young Lord?" She asked, her gaze fixed forcefully on the floor, she feared that if she looked directly into his ethereal eyes, then she would stumble over or completely forget her words. She could not have that happening.
Jacob placed his hand on his chin, he pondered for a moment, for someone who had omniscience and very high brain processing speed, he was unable to make a clear decision in this moment.
He finally snapped his fingers after arriving at no destination whatsoever, and pointed at her. An action that sent a shiver down her spine.
"You know what? Just surprise me." He said, then turned around again, moving towards his room.
He didn’t feel the least bit tired, infact, he felt rejuvenated. He felt as though he were ready to face Heimdall in that moment.
As he walked down the halls, whistling away some tune that was somehow etched into his brain; Emily stared at him, she almost drooled onto the ground until she caught herself midway and scurried off in embarrassment.
"A word, Lord Ironfell." A voice erupted a few paces ahead of Jacob, a very familiar voice.
A knowing smile formed on the young man’s face, as if to say ’Speak of the devil.’ Lo and behold, it was Heimdall, it was uncertain where he had emerged from, or where he was headed to, but Jacob had no concern for that.
’Why does he suddenly want to have a word with me?’ Jacob mused, that was the only thought running through his mind as Heimdall halted him.
"Heimdall! Long time no see, what do you wish to discuss?" Jacob inquired.
"I doubt you would be so oblivious as to why I have stopped you here today, young Lord." Heimdall said, it was obvious that he didn’t care much for authority figures in the way he spoke, but he still accorded respect through his words.
"I do have an idea. I thought you were the type to do all your talking on the battlefield." Jacob smirked, he loved discussions like this with subtle tension in the air.
"I love a good scruffle, but I have come to assess you, get a reading of what kind of man you are. It matters to me..." Heimdall didn’t even conclude his sentence when Jacob spread his hands out as if to say ’This is all there is.’
"Well, Heimdall, I’m not sure what other assessment you seek, but this is me. There is nothing more."
Heimdall once again opened a single eye, but it wasn’t to get a clear look of Jacob, he only did that when something bothered him.
The truth was that he was worried, as he couldn’t read Jacob’s mind any more, he didn’t know what to make of the young man.
