Reborn Ishl and the Magic Fixture of God
To Frontera 1
Finally, the day has come to head to Frontera.
Early in the morning, Gorn and another man, carrying the usual big two-handed sword, a big bow, came from the north down the street in front of the Chamber of Commerce when he let out his carriage in front of the Chamber of Commerce and was packing up loads with Imal. A small man equipped with a bow along with a man with a long spear often came to the village of Bersch with Gorn to escort him. He must be the man. Small, little neat face, one around younger than Gorn, about mid twenties? When my eyes meet, I just say "hello" and all I have to do is sit on the spot with no expression.
"Oh, I'm sorry. This guy's got no love, he's a silent one. I say Bijek. He used to come to Bersch Village, so you remember him, too, right? I'm from a village in the North Forest."
And Gorn said as he grinned.
The North Forest is a coniferous forest that stretches deep north of Ellistar, through swamps and wetlands. Climate and soil are unsuitable for wheat cultivation in the northern forests, with hunting and forestry at the centre, where not so many people live. The Kingdom of Ladis is regarded as its own territory, but was seen among the people of the Kingdom as a different race, a nation.
Once again, when he glanced at Bijek, he smiled slightly and nodded in the midst of a gloomy morning sun.
There are actually not many sales to transport to Frontera. It's a product of Ellistar that I take to Frontera and I don't have anything to sell. Ellistar mainly produces wheat and has no specialties such as this. Dry fish brought in from the northern forest zones, as well as green cylindrical stones, that is, raw or semi-processed stones such as emeralds and heliodols, are expensive in Frontera for handling rare goods.
Imal and the loading were also mostly prepared for a journey that would take more than half a month one way. Ropes, cloths, cloth bags, barbecued jars, barrels and liquor barrels large and small with water, oil and salt. There are also round-tails, bamboos, bamboos and spare horse gear to be used as cologne. And a few bags of dried river fish resembling trout put in leather bags. Gorn and Bijek's brought luggage is added to this.
Trout to be imported from the north? of river fish dry looks like bonito, fairly dry, processed stuff. In Frontera, divide into appropriate sizes, marinate in water or liquor and return to some extent, also use marinated juice to add other ingredients and soup to eat. There was demand as a luxury ingredient for handling half the delicacies. After all, they are often served at booze tables and drinkers as a dish for alcohol.
Of course, I will take the green cylindrical stones, but these are put together with spices (spices are not so expensive in this region), leather bags with ointments and other medicines, and wooden boxes with writing implements and small amounts of paper in them as similar objects. It's not that valuable, it's a disguise for once.
The gold is shared and possessed by Imal and Ishur. Together with leather bags with flint stones, water bottles made of veal stomachs, etc., he had cut cloth inside so that there was no jarring and currency hitting noise, put them in leather bags similar to the others and hung them on his waist belt.
"Morning. Are you ready?"
Seville comes out of the Chamber of Commerce.
"Mr. Seville. Good morning, sir."
That gorn is greeting me with his hips down. I guess Seville is an important customer to him. Long term escort for over a month round trip. The reward would be considerable.
Although there will be more luggage on the way back to Ellistar, one carriage, expensive items such as fine liquor and brown sugar are the main luggage, not so bulky. If the Warcraft hadn't come out like before, it would have been nice to have even been careful with bandits, bandits. And Frontera Avenue is one of the main streets of the kingdom, usually in good security if it doesn't happen even in drought along the way.
Gorn and other mercenaries, for a caution stick, would be the most fruitful job in Ellistar.
"I'm sorry about Hoppo. We're too busy right now. He's in another job now."
Who is Hoppo? Was it a caution stick with a long spear that used to come to the village?
"I don't have a choice. And."
When Seville looked at Ishl, the Gorn blushed,
"Heh. The boy from the Chamber of Commerce is quite a caretaker. Come on. You're stronger than a Knights apprentice at all. Hey, kid."
"Ha..."
He also told Seville that he had fought in the guild before.
Of course Ishur had a two-handed sword on his back. However, the knife had a slight appearance because it had no armor, no kind of armor, no thin fabric cloak for the summer, wore a snarless hat and carried a two-handed sword on the general merchant's outfit.
Dropped off by Seville and Furne, the Ishurs left the Chamber of Commerce. Imal is your man, and the others are on foot.
"Ishur, let's practice for your people when we leave the city."
Imal speaks with a smile, but there are subtle thorns on each end of the word.
I feel Imal's attitude has been cold since the incident that rescued Elena last month. I feel cold about the relationship you found out about with Sierra at that time.
That Sierra was a lot of money he got from that rescue play, and he said he would finally go to Wang Du next year or at the latest next year around. She has an older, separated brother. She doesn't need to be forced to inherit the house by welcoming her son-in-law again, either. I guess I'm going to do a lot of things to make my parents admit to going to her king's capital.
And about Ishur, he left the village early, so he has little experience of a decent man. As much as I have practiced in the Bersch family for half a few plays, I also have poor horseback riding. Horses towing carriages are well-accustomed horses, but Ishur had to learn to practice and handle carriages well as a merchant on this trip.
Continue southwards down Frontera Avenue from downtown Eristal. It is almost the main road to Frontera. On the outskirts of Ellistar, the south is dotted with small settlements that consolidate from a few to about ten private houses, and even fields and pastures follow just because you can see what looks like forests in the distance. Summer wheat fields gently soothe the mind in the eyes at a time when the color of the ear is changing from yellow green to yellow. The sun is not enough to sweat, and walking during the day is not painful. I was still in the mood for a walk now rather than being able to make a trip.
After Elena's rescue play, she got enough money to play and live for a few years. Combining the benefits you've been saving up to now makes for a considerable amount. At that point, I quit the Chamber of Commerce and was able to find the magic book, which was my former goal, or as a hunter I could go to the eastern part of the Borderline Uncle Territory and the mountainous areas of the eastern part of the Holy King's kingdom, but I quit just after working for the Chamber of Commerce for less than a year, then the parents of the village would worry too, and Farro's face, which worked my mouth, is rounded. Besides, this purchase of Frontera will be a good experience on my first long journey, and it will be a good experience to see the city of Frontera and look for bookstores, as well as to go to the main store and see what the big store does not even have in Ellistar. I'm still a little bit away from being fourteen or fifteen by the count, and until then, I'm thinking of letting them work at the Chamber of Commerce.
And after I quit the Chamber of Commerce, I'm a little lost right now, and my thoughts haven't quite come together yet.
Tori, now I'm wondering if it's more important to get the book of sorcery first than to go to the eastern part of the Borderline Bell Territory or the mountainous areas in the eastern part of the Holy King's kingdom and hunt for the Warcraft. If you don't get the magic book of the wind lineage and remember the spell, you probably can't outpower the magic fixture of the wind that dwells on you. The book of sorcery is also thought to be relatively readily available if we go to Estofol, the capital of the Holy Kingdom of Orst, than to the King's capital. Estofol has the main mountain of the diocesan church, and I don't know if they teach witchcraft, but I hear there is an educational institution for clerics like seminaries. There are schools, and if there are students, bookstores, libraries, etc. are likely to be present throughout the city.
I know it's the fastest way to manage to create an edge and become a wizard's apprentice than to get a magic book and learn it on your own, but I was once suspected of living in magic gear, and Lene almost killed me.
What would the Master of the Wizard do if he knew that if he knew that his disciple would get that magic if he killed that disciple, who lives directly in Yveda, the god of the wind, and possibly the highest degree of magic? Farro once said that if you kill someone who lives in a magic device, you will get that magic device, which is hardly known to anyone, nor to the wizards, but naturally you can't be relieved by that Farro's words. Nor will you be able to disciple the existence of magic implements. Even if you fake it with something, they're experts. You'll find out soon enough.
It's too dangerous for me to be a wizard's apprentice. There are no powerful connections. So anyway, I have to get the magic book and learn from the books.
With regard to Lehne, first of all, there was the masterpiece of a powerful man named Borderline Uncle, and even though there was a special circumstance that she obtained from the Temple Ruins of the Wind God, when she apprenticed, she was still only known to the extent that the magic equipment she had lodged in her would also be a powerful one of the Wind attributes. At least no one would have known that if I killed her, I could take away the magic of the wind, etc. She was blessed with a lot of luck.
I guess it's a muscular goal to get the magic book of the wind, learn it if there are spells or better ways to use it, then go to the mountains of the East and test your strength, snob at adventures such as the exorcism of the Warcraft, but it's happening in the border realm that you can't decide otherwise.
That is the appearance of the Red Emperor Dragon in the Borderline Bo Territory. It was two hundred years ago that I came out before. I don't know why I just reappeared. It's not a spectacle amusement mountain, but if we don't look at the Red Emperor Dragon now, we won't be able to see it again. All I can say is I'm sorry for the locals, but I don't have a hand in missing this. There's no chance you can win if you fight now, but if you can win, if there's a chance you can get away with it, you might try to compete once...
I can also think of a proposal to look at the Red Emperor Dragon and go to the Sacred Capital to find a magic book. But wouldn't it be like if I went on the ground, if I stayed sloppy, I would go on hunting warcraft for a long time?
What should I do now? I still can't make a clear decision about which path is right and which is what I most want to do.
Almost fourteen years old, fifteen by the count, but I have to think ahead about what I will do by then to get the Chamber to quit at that point.
Along the way Imal received your hand, and in the evening he arrived in the southernmost village of the Baron, Fabbio, stayed in the village inn, and the next day he entered the territory of the Earl of Ove.
The Kingdom of Ladis has some urban aristocracy but is basically a feudal state. Each lord has the autonomy of that territory, and some lords may have a post on the territory, but no one has a post on the lord along Frontera Avenue. So much so that we have somewhere to take a few toll taxes in some small lord villages. Frontera is king territory. Because of Frontera's prosperity as a logistics city, it is certain that the kingdom does not like the imposition of harsh tariffs by the various climates with territories on the streets connecting to Frontera.
On the third day into Count Ove's territory without a thing, overnight in a halfway village inn, for the first time on this journey overnight in the wild, on their way to Aarhus, where the castle of Count Ove's territory was located, the Ishurs were close to a gentle hill climb.
At the end of the road, there is a wagon with some bundles of wheat that you harvested early or mowed. It would belong to a farmer in the neighborhood. There was a boy sitting alone facing this way to the carrier. The child is whistling grass. When the Ishurs caught up, the boy stopped blowing the grass whistle and spoke to Ishur, who was walking in front of him.
"Where are you from, ladies?"
"It's from Ellistar"
"Hmm."
The child replied with no interest to see if he knew Ellistar.
"Where are you going?
"Frontera"
"Heh."
The boy now said with his eyes shining.
Then the child started whistling again.
It's a song that feels a little different, streamlined, a little sophisticated than the previous one.
The sound of the little grass somehow sounded sky-high as the sun began to lean slightly over the blue sky.
Children stopped blowing grass whistles just when two wagons were at the top of the hill going the way in front and back,
"This song was popular in Frontera a long time ago."
I said and smiled.
"What do you think? It's amazing."
Gorn has spoken proudly.
"You were the first one Ishur had. This view," Imal.
Now Ishur and the rest of the line are at the top of the hill. On their way, there was a spectacular landscape.
There was a vast plain as far as I could see in front of you. There seems to be nowhere higher than this hill at the end of this street.
The dark green belt would be the forest, the yellow belt would be the wheat field, and the silver line that would be shining reflecting the sun's light would be the river. The intricate contour consolidation of white and bright grey visible in the centre of the plain would be Aarhus, where the Castle of the Earl of Ove is located. I can see something a little more settlement ahead of me.
And the horizon on the other side of the various green weaves is blue, white and sumptuous, and disappears into the midst of the temples. There's probably a frontera around that blue, white and sumptuous.
The earth is wide and the sky is high. A soft breeze comes up from under the hill.
Leaving Ishurs nestled on the hill, a cargo carrying a child descends into the plain.
The sound of a child's blowing grass whistle was heard faintly to Ishl's ear.
