Reborn Ishl and the Magic Fixture of God
[じょうか]/(n, vs) dogmatization/
Fugo was a very large settlement, perplexing to call a village.
With rocky mountains bearing the greenery of a few trees on their backs, many houses are gathered so that they snap into the foothills stretched out in front of them. A large stone building was also visible there.
The streets where the Ishurs walk are on the right in front of the neighborhood of Fugo, the roads are divided in the southeast direction, and private houses are scattered along the roads as well. The road stretching to the right should connect directly to Kusim. Between the private houses along the road, by the way, I can see a pile of marutai.
Ash blowing is used to refine Kusim's silver. Kusim's silver mine would be large, so it would have consumed a lot of wood as fuel. Not until the Red Emperor Dragon shows up.
At the end of the road stretching to the right, the southeast sky is covered with clouds and temper, barely enough for a slight mountain. Perhaps there is a Red Emperor Dragon on the other side of that blurry mountain ridge.
The Ishurs went straight down the street and into the whole city of Fugo. The road becomes a shaky slope, turning fine left and right along the way, continuing to the foot of the rocky mountain.
The foggy rain, which had fallen to smoke since the early morning, subsided on the hit of Ishur and the others entering the city, now trying to hold the whole village down from the top, with clouds that seemed heavy in gray.
The caravan and I were to break up as soon as we entered the city. Fugo is a bounty hunter village. There were also many drinkers and whores, which meant that they were wholesale groceries brought in from Alva to their stores.
"Because I'm going straight to the Hunter Guild"
Marya says it like she's talking to herself.
"Where is the Hunter Guild?"
"Deepest"
Oh yeah. I mean, the end of this road, right under Rock Mountain?
"Ishur is now my squire"
Marya turns to me.
"Oh, yes, yes"
Our separate team, rather than my presence, is a secret to Borderline Uncle and Rifia. Officially.
Ishur glanced at the carriage horse behind him.
I know there are several strictly packed rolls in the load. That's probably the king, or at least the Grand Duke's orders, declarations, or something like a secret book.
Marya has not only a separate team, but also a role as a royal or Grand Duke messenger.
In the last crusade it seems that Border Uncle partitioned, but this time the royal side is supposed to gather bounty hunters to stay in Fugo at Hunter Guild to form a mercenary unit.
Maybe that's what it feels like, when Marya tells that guild chief his royal life and announces the matter to Fugo's village chief and to Kushim deputies who have evacuated Kushim.
Marya will officially be a messenger from the royal family at this point, and will have a face on the table. The commander of the separate movement squad on the back of his face, his eyes on me, my liaison with the Grand Duke, stay put.
When I say separate squad, that's only the name on this side. A total of four, including the court magician. And no one will think of the Red Emperor Dragon Crusader squad as a "separate squad" against the main squad, except someone who knows about me, such as a luggage horse.
Before, Marya said that our separate squad was a secret to Borderline Bob and Rifia, but just so we're clear, we just need to keep my presence a secret.
My apparent identity in Fugo was that of Marya's squire.
Soon the hooves on the back of the carriage began to make dry, high noises.
The fugo's most prominent street on which the Ishurs walk is turned into a cobblestone path.
It can't be a border village, but the presence of a silver mine in Kusim must be huge. Hugo must have dropped a lot of gold from various places, including the Border House, for many years.
On both sides of the road, there's a glimpse of the business ladies from the night they came out, their servants cleaning in front of the store, carrying in stacked crates, etc., resting their work hands and wandering over here.
I guess the hunters are tired of looking rotten, but is Marya's wizard outfit eye-catching, or is it rare for a new face bounty hunter to come from the outside in the current situation?
There's not a lot of signs of one person in the city but them. There is no movement of residents at all.
Ishur widened the circle of perception to a glance and turned his attention to the signs around him. I wouldn't say none of them are in the buildings around them either, but there aren't too many signs of one.
As we continued to climb the road in the inexplicable gaze of the women nestled along the road, we eventually saw a stone fortress at the top of the rocky mountain in the front. I see one tall tower, but some of it collapses, and by the way, it looks like it's burnt black.
"It's not a fire."
Ishur pointed and asked Marya.
"The Fire Dragon's Work"
Is it still true?
Has Marya heard from anyone about the situation in Fugo for a long time now? She looked untouched at the fort and said it was perfectly natural.
"Such a big village, I mean, it's going to hit the city too..."
"It's close."
The Red Emperor Dragon.
No matter how many dragon species, they stay away from places where many people live and where there are small but stone fortresses. They are not stupid either. No matter how much food you have, you're not usually close to a place where you get a handached counterattack if you attack.
Yet the Fire Dragon attacked the fort. Fugo is no longer in a state where even the whole city has no safe place.
The road leading up to the foot of Rock Mountain was at a right angle to the left at the end of the line. There was a stone staircase at the edge of that corner, above which was the Hunter Guild. The guild was built of brand new Round Tai, high floors, long buildings behind one story. Built over the steeple, it doesn't look like that much time has gone by yet. The previous building was under fire dragon raid and may have burned down.
In front of the guild was a cobbled square a step higher than the road, as if it were a curved wheel of fortifications, where many hunters were hovering.
Quite a few people are gathering whether they are going to go out of the village and be on alert or ready for the Warcraft raid.
As the Ishurs climbed the stairs and appeared in the square, the group of hunters broke left and right and made their way.
They all stare at the Ishurs silently. There is a distinct sense of tension, although it is the blatant hostility that is not felt in that gaze.
Feels like this air. Apparently it is also known to them that that due date is approaching for the crusade of the Red Emperor Dragon to take place again. The fact that they were gathered in front of the guild may also have something to do with the matter.
Nina's afraid comes from behind. Ira is also quite nervous. I guess she's alert to those around her for once. The market has decided that the bounty hunters who continue to stay in Fugo at this time of year have nowhere else to go or are in trouble with the money, those with less favorable circumstances.
And most importantly, I also felt that the gaze that shed light on the tension they were coming at contained something that I condemned, having guessed whether this was the Borderline House or the Grand Duke's messenger on it. The last Red Emperor dragon crusade wiped out all mercenary units.
The leading marya going forward behaves just as if it was strange or there was nothing around him, and moves on in the usual relaxed pace.
Ishur turned his reluctant strong gaze back to the bounty hunters on both sides.
Around twenty or so on each side, there are overwhelmingly many men, feeling bisected by a tough big man like the one who galloped Gorn even worse, and a tight-bodied, handsome looking middle back, or little boy. They're all wearing similar leather armor, and they don't want to have anything to gain. There is a mix of women with bows and canes in it. Whoever has a cane or wears a burnt tea robe will be a wizard. Some creepy ones wear hoods deep and don't even know their gender or age.
There are a couple of guys behind the group on both sides, not even staring at this one, doing a little gaze around. Though they seem to blend well into the group at once, they may be the shadow-working ones being sent by the royal family.
"Hi-ha-ha."
When Marya came behind the square to the front of the guild building, suddenly a cry came from behind the group on her left.
A middle-aged little man dressed oddly from within a group, who was kicked in the ass by someone, jumped forward so that he could roll.
The man was wearing a red and white striped round neck shirt, pink tights. My whole body is thin and dirty.
The man was a clown.
Probably even in the pleasure district of Kusim. Has this man also been evacuated to Fugo?
"Yikes."
Taoism stood up sluggishly and shouted with strange intonation.
Her hair is blurred and her face is dirty. It was salivating from my mouth. No one on this side of the spectrum was looking. It probably only looks like a man in those cloudy eyes, maybe it shows something.
The man may have been fat before. I lost weight now and his costume, thin and dirty, was a rash. Will it fall as it is, there was a rope wrapped around the waist of the tights?
The man's neck bends to the side. My right hand is up and pointing me somewhere, and my left hand is lowering and moving my palm flat.
This guy... he's crazy.
Are you telling me that this is an authentic pose for the clowns who are supposed to have an affectionate mouth to the royal marquis?
Ishur narrowed his eyes slightly and saw the dogma. Nina and Ira in the back feel stunned and voiceless. As usual, Marya just looks at the dogma in front of her without expression.
What happened to this man? The clown in front of me was a madman. It's a crazy clown.
The clown twisted his neck toward the side.
"I'm finally here!
The man's voice was tall, thin, and squeamish. The saliva stretches down to the ground.
"Now it is! Horses and deer, horses and deer. Hi-ha, hi-ha."
Daoism laughed belly-up there.
With horses and deer? I nag you for saying things like I heard you somewhere.
"Marya, let's go"
Ishur said in a small voice from behind Marya.
Crazy clowning, etc. The guys are too bad. What's the joke?
Marya walks out and walks past beside the laughing madness of the dogma.
Subsequently, as Ishur tried to pass beside it, the dogmatization suddenly stopped laughing.
A relieved, faceless look of the dogma.
Nobody moves, nobody talks.
Suddenly a freezing silence descended around the area. The road has changed. As if it were someone else.
Taoism comes face to face with Ishur.
The clown whispered.
Fire in the wind
On the missing moon, water on the earth on the fire
Who's next?
If that's the sun.
Wind, wind, where do you blow
What!?
Taoism has kept the expression on his face frozen, throwing up a dialogue as if it were a prophecy, a passage of some kind of Psalm.
At the end of the whisper, the dogmatization turned white eyes, blowing bubbles from his mouth and falling on his back. I tried to stick it in from the back of my head down and fell in.
I have cramps with my chin blown.
When Ishur was stunned, he wielded a herd of one from behind the group, one of the men who had just seen Ishur as the shadow man of the royal family popped up, and the man silently grabbed the collar of the fallen dogma without any expression, and dragged him straight into the group.
The air returned. Time moves.
The bounty hunters around start whispering and talking about something blurry.
Ishur couldn't hear exactly what they were saying. I didn't care about that.
Railia.
Isn't that what the moon gods are going to do?
It's a terrible performance.
But Ishur, poisoned in his heart, decided to keep the mad whisper of the dogma firmly in his memory of what the man had said. I couldn't help but do so.
When the wooden door was opened, a long counter stretched towards the back on his left hand, with crude chairs and tables scattered neglectfully on his right. There was one bounty hunter man in front of the counter, and two men in the back who felt plain.
When Marya spoke to the bounty hunter man in front of the counter and whispered something for a while, the man disappeared into the back room and instead the guild leader came out.
The guild leader is a magnificent man and long. The little Marya called out to the guild chief, trying to look back.
"I am Marya Aeren, court magician of the Royal West Palace of Radice"
The Royal Court Demon Instructor packs it in the West or North Palace of the Royal Palace. It is only the custom. The magician who packs it in the West Palace is said to be in charge of foreign affairs, and the North Palace is said to be in charge of internal affairs, but it is not strictly divided.
"This time I have come as a messenger to King Ladis."
Marya took a breath there and looked up at the guild length from below. It's the same clear face.
"Send deputy Kusim and the village chief here now."
In the room of the dimmed hunter guild of the evening, the lights from the windows reflexed, and several men's heads dripping and miraculously standing can be seen rising.
Marya has given Ishl her magic wand.
Ishur kneels behind Marya's right oblique back and receives it with respect.
Ishur holds the role of Mary's squire.
On Marya's left diagonal back, Ira refrains as well, holding a large roll of paper. She then respectfully handed Marya the scroll.
Marya read the king's proclamation toward the three men, the guild chief, deputy Kusim of the Borderline Bojia and the Fugo village chief, who leaned down with their right hand against her chest in front of her as she spread the roll.
"... King Taru Prep of the Kingdom of Ladis, Marius III sent Marya Aeren, the magical mentor of the court West Palace, to Fugo as a proxy for the prep, in the local..."
The King's Proclamation stated that after a stereotype full of royal and occasional rhetoric, Marya should be used as the king's deputy, recruiting mercenaries at the local guild in Fugo, and that the guild chief should dedicate himself to the formation of the Red Emperor Dragon Crusade Mercenary Squad with Marya as its commander, the takeover of Fugo (about Fugo village chief), and the Borderline Burger family deputy should offer extraordinary convenience to the king's deputy. The fame at the end of the sentence was an intense one that could also be taken as excessive, having become the joint name of the King and the Grand Duke Henrik Ladis.
The Grand Duke's fame may be due to the Grand Duke's positioning as the frontier uncle of the central and northeastern flag of the kingdom, even more so, or perhaps because of the late consideration of both the name of Marya and, in a moment, Ishur. Maybe there was a strong Petra workmanship in the shadows.
Then Marya spread another roll of paper and began to read out the royal life of the Red Emperor Dragon Crusade. For some reason, the most important thing is being left behind because the opponent does not participate directly in the crusade.
I didn't even know the Grand Duke was famous.
It seemed sweet to my daughter, the father, who felt like he couldn't help it.
Ishur was kneeling, listening to Mary's reciting royal life, and floating that father-son figure in his brain.
I decided to push the madman into the corner of my head for now.
Gods and madmen, what the hell do you know about what they think?
The next day a copy of the king's proclamation was posted in the square before the guild, and twice in the morning and afternoon, it was read out by the guild's clerk.
"I'm sorry. He said he was a servant of the Magic Master, and all he could do was give me this crude stuff."
On the rattling tree table, there is only soup with some vegetable scum in it to an indicative degree, and stiff bread.
Across the street are old couples, twins about three years old on the side, children of men and women who seem to be.
"No. That's okay."
When Ishur laughed lovingly, he didn't put his hands on the soup in front of him and pushed it towards the children.
"You two eat together."
Ishur smiled at the twins and said.
There is still some dried meat left in the travel costume that I have in the room that was appreciated yesterday. You can grab that later.
"Thanks"
The girl has smiled and thanked her in a tongueless way.
The boy stiffens it from why and makes it look like he's about to cry. Are you familiar with people, or maybe you're afraid of Ishur?
"Oh, I'm sorry. Subordinates."
"Thank you, squire"
Ishur let the old couple, who had thanked him, smile silently.
The old couple in front of them were servants serving the village chief.
Since yesterday, the Maryas have moved to the village chief's house, and Ishur, Maryah's squire, has no more vacant rooms in the house, so he is to be given a room in the crude house behind the house where the servant lives.
The village chief's house was large enough to be called a mansion, but it was not there that deputy Kusim and his clerk, his servants, had already occupied many rooms and had no vacant room to arrange for Ishur. Marya naturally tried to empty one of the rooms by ordering deputy Kusim, but Ishur stopped it beforehand.
If he was a court magician, and a servant of Marya, who became the king's deputy by royal decree, he might have been a little above deputy Kusim, a jury to the royal family, but it didn't matter to Ishur, so he decided to refuse to arrange the room.
Ishr's an adult.
Marya has said a little dissatisfied with whether she was dissatisfied or not, but she has not taken care not to make waves with the side of the Borderline Uncle family.
The point was that neither the royal face nor the face of the Borderline Uncle family mattered to Ishur.
Then that night Ishur was summoned to Marya's room at the village chief's headquarters as a squire.
"Refia's main unit is expected to arrive here the day after tomorrow"
It took the form of Marya reporting to Ishur which of the rooms was the main obedience.
"Then put a liaison here in Fugo with the Heavy Squad and we should be on our way to Kusim in a few days"
"I see. I wonder how many mercenaries will gather by then"
"I don't think we'll get much together after all. Well, dozens, no matter if you have a Royal Secret Service..."
Mary said that even if we combined the Royal Secret Service, there were about fifty of them.
Hmm.
"Then you can't even tow the horizontal spear. You'd better use it to reconnaissance or confirm the results of your crusade."
"Yeah."
Marya nodded one thing.
"When will Nina and Ira leave?"
They're staying at this village chief's house this evening, too.
"Once Lifia's main unit is on the fugo. We'll see how the Crusade Squad goes before we head back to Frontera."
It would feel like it's time to reach the Grand Duke and the Royal Family with reports of troop formation, morale, etc. at the arrival of the Crusader Squad's Alva, but more than one person who reports that there will be some time slippage can naturally make an accurate determination of the situation.
"Okay."
As Ishur nodded, Marya grinned and pulled up to just the side of Ishur.
"Ishl's sleeping in a bad room, isn't it? I'm sorry."
Marya has looked up to Ishur.
"Until Rifia heads to Kusim, stay relaxed. I'll put an escort on him and keep an eye on him."
Do you mean to alert the assassins that Borderline Uncle might be pointing at?
Certainly not without the fatigue of the journey at all. Let me rest for a short time.
I thought about it that way, Ishur, but it didn't work that well. Because of this, Marya's concern was wasted.
"... my son and his wife have been earning money for Alva since then."
We take care of our grandchildren.
An old couple tells Ishur what they're doing with the hard bread.
"This is happening now, and we don't have all kinds of food around"
The old man drops his shoulder and sighs.
Uncle Borderline's last crusade failed, Kusim said the city and the mines were in a state of complete extinction from fire, and the timber he was supplying to Kusim was no longer in demand, and the young people of Fugo, who had lost their food support, went out to earn money in Alva as a group. The area also saw an increase in the occurrence of warcraft, including firedragons, and delays in the transport of supplies.
"I think I already know, because soon a crusader will be coming with Uncle Neighbourhood's son as General. The next Crusader will be joined by the royal court magician. I'm sure it'll work out next time."
The villagers will already know all about this. No more irresponsible things to say, but Ishur had nothing more than comfort the old men who were dropping their shoulders that way.
Then he bought the old man's job of breaking firewood instead, and with the further back of the servant's house behind the village chief's house, Ishur shook up his axe and snorted at the salary scale.
Today is also the day when white clouds cover the entire sky without rain and feel thin and cold.
Ishur glances at the sight that spreads beneath his eyes as he cracks the firewood.
On the north side of the houses that covered the foothills, there were several digging huts lined up in the grass below, and a few of them that borrowed around them erected a fence that covered the perimeter by erecting a roundabout.
The fence is nearing completion and will almost completely cover the surroundings. The sound of the tan, the tan, the sound of them climbing into a small javelin and punching in a round thickness with a large gavel coincided several times with the sound of cracking Ishur's firewood.
Perhaps they have escaped Kusim as mine slaves, prisoners. They're building fences to trap us.
How ironic.
Ishur swayed his axe.
No, you don't. That is also a fence that protects them from warcraft.
The firewood broke clean into two pieces.
Is that all you need?
Ishur bends over to collect the broken firewood.
Next to the servant's house is a shed where firewood is dried and piled up.
There was a sign of one in the back of the cabin from earlier.
From the night Mary said she would put on an escort, she began to feel signs of one or two, sometimes one, around Ishur.
The same could be true of the sign of one behind the cabin.
Ishur held some firewood in his left hand and began walking towards the servant's house with an axe in his right hand.
Hmm?
I feel a little uncomfortable.
Whoever is behind the cabin seems to be right on the side Ishur crosses. There is a slight tension in the air around the person. It feels a little different from those on Ishur's escort.
Is this... killer? It may not be Marya's arranged one.
Ishur grabbed the axe with force as he gently lowered the firewood he was holding onto the ground, putting his hand on the Bersch family ring. Without stride, he begins walking again to his side so as not to be suspicious.
... troublesome.
It's easy to kill using magic, but at the moment I can't be sure if Marya arranged the shadow person or not.
The moment Ishur walked past the firewood shed, it was clear which one.
A man was already in the shadow of the cabin, swinging his sword up the stairs. He shook it down towards Ishur.
Time stops.
Stepping in is sweet. It would be the effect of the Bersch family ring, the man's sword tip depicts an orbit beyond Ischl.
Ishur "grabbed" the man's lungs when he grinned inside. I can't take much time. I'll crush your lungs.
Thanks to the magic of early viewing, it was easier to target the magic to the object of fast movement as well.
So all of a sudden, there's another sign of something jumping off the roof of a servant's house over his head. That suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
What!?
There was a second one! What about the man in front of you? But how could I not see a sign?
No way the one up there has magic implements......
The second is invisible from Ishur's sight.
Ishur also grabbed his second lung. Let the wind rise from the bottom and hit the whole body of the second person.
The slowly swinging down movement of that sword, the falling of the overhead.
It's all right.
If it stays like this, the tip of the sword won't hit me.
Cut the magic of a quick look.
Ishur stepped on the bar with the axe unloaded.
Before and above, the two swords blurred Ishur and cut the sky.
"Buh."
Two assassins bleed out of their mouths. And the wind of Ishur broke, and he made a noise, and blew up the blood smoke into the sky.
Two men fall before and after Ishur, without even doing so.
Some of the blood that was blown up fell over Ishl's head.
It tastes like blood.
Damn.
Ishur glanced at the two men who had fallen to the ground and shook himself in anger.
"One of them must have been in Kusim between the churches."
Marya said looking down at the bodies of the two men.
There is a mixture of cold things in the tone.
"You wanted money, or you were forced to take hostages by the people of the Borderline House."
and Ira standing next to Marya.
Nina blues her face and stands in front of the servant's house door. The plate door was tightly closed. Old couples and still little children, you can't show them this.
The man who didn't get caught up in Ishur's senses had a magical formation tattoo on his left arm, just like Tsaf, a double-personality man who was Ellistar's mercenary guild chief and worked as an intelligence agent in parallel.
After that, Ishur found the tattoo in order to quickly reveal himself to the second man in anger. Then he called out to the old couple who were indoors not to come out on this side, and at the same time asked the village chief to go and get Marya.
It then became a little commotion, and Ira and Nina also rushed, blocking those on deputy Kusim's side with the hand of Marya, and reports were made from one of his hands to Marya that a man who was on Ishur's escort had been killed.
The man was also probably killed by the same M.O. as when Ishur, when one of them became a monster and more ambushed by being able to disappear his figure and signs.
Ishur wondered if the Cathedral Churchman had teased this assassin, and he felt like a frozen spine, but Marya and Ira, who saw the tattoo, did not show much surprise, and let him easily deduce the circumstances of why the man was joining this Ishur assassination.
Important districts like Kusim may be populated for extended periods of time by intermediaries from other countries. They settle in the land, have jobs, and sometimes marry there and have a seat.
Having a home lowers the risk of being suspicious and monitored. but sometimes that becomes a great shackle.
The tattooed man was right about Ira, he was having trouble with the money for personal matters, and either he stuck his neck in a job outside of his post by multiplying the mess around Kusim this time, or he was being held hostage and obeyed by the Borderline Uncle family.
That kind of reasoning will come into being. There have been numerous similar cases in the past, I suppose.
"There is no reason in the Church or in the Holy Kingdom to wipe out Ishr"
says Marya.
"The Cathedral Church should also use nerves to deal with those with the sword of Yveda"
And, Ira continues.
Ishul knows about it. Neither the Cathedral Church nor the Holy Kingdom will want to go on their own and make themselves enemies, even if they want to have those with God's magic implements on their side. Because the other person is also considered a strong grace of the gods of his own faith. Especially if you are in the Church, don't you consider yourself to be as involved as you really want to be? It is an unlikely story, such as grabbing a stick of assassination for no good reason.
"It's on my mind."
The dialogue belonged to Marya, not Ishur.
"I'll write to Petra and the Grand Duke again"
Marya is upset. My cheeks are swollen.
"Oh, wow."
Ishur is more pressurized the other way around.
I will be sending reports to the Royal Family and Petra this morning until their arrival in Fugo, as well as personal correspondence. I'm telling you to give it an extra one even though it hasn't been long.
From all over Marya, I can feel something like a twitchy, angry aura seeping in.
One of the royal shadow-workers was killed, and if they did this here in Fugo, you certainly can't keep your mouth shut.
However, there is no physical evidence at this time that can determine the border uncle as a mastermind.
When Ishur was thinking about it, Marya had stared straight at Ishur.
"In case Ishur dies fighting the Red Emperor Dragon, Uncle Borderline will do something about it"
said Marya. I have a strong color in my eyes staring at Ishur.
'Cause I'm gonna end up royal then.
Then Ishur had two pairs of escorts at all times.
"Um, squire, what happened..."
At dinner that day.
The old couple had asked Ishur for details in a frightened voice.
Since then, the assassin's body has been processed at the royal hand, and the blood paste around him has been carefully wiped away. Ishur was allowed to take a steam bath at the village chief's house.
The old couple would not have seen anything happening, directly, but they seemed to fully perceive that something very horrible had happened to them to the smell of the unsatisfactory atmosphere and blood.
"Yes, no, it's okay. Ha. Never mind."
Ishur got smaller and let him smile. I'm pretty sure the laughter caught my eye.
I was fortunate that the twin children sitting next to Ishl were still young and didn't seem to know anything.
Ishur wanted to go in if he had a hole, I couldn't wait to feel it.
I had no idea that I would struggle with my daily life and involve and frighten the seriously living old people. There are toddlers in this little house.
If we were to involve them and cause them injury or take their lives......
This stirred Ishur's conscience and strongly stimulated the anguish he continues to have.
I never want to repeat a tragedy like the one in the village of Bersch.
Definitely not.
It's the reason I stayed here in the first place. There may be parts of it that you can't help but guess. I know they're desperate, too. But still kill without question.
Ishur gripped his fist firmly under the broken, miserable table as he turned his desperate smile towards the old couple and the children.
Ishur, wake up.
The sky is noisy. I go out of my way.
Ishl.
Shut up. What the hell is that?
"Ishur, wake up"
It's Marya's voice.
Ishur jumped up. A crude bed makes a slightly disturbing noise.
I have Marya in front of me. White to the foot. Marya had a magic wand in her bedding. A small fireball floats over her head to illuminate the area. Is it her magic?
"Mmm... Marya, good morning, not. Isn't that cute..."
Sleepy, tired of daytime mess.
"Wake up properly. Ishl."
Consciousness awakens. It's noisy outside.
Ishur widened the circle of perception.
"Eh."
Something big awesome, that's more than one. Crawling through the ground, one of the many moving around.
"Fire Dragon!
Ishur stepped out of bed and gave him the sword of his father's shapes, which stood on his side, weaving his cape, which he had left on his chair.
"Yeah. Looks like a few of them attacked the city"
Ishur stares at Marya's face for a moment.
"Okay, I'll do it. Marya, guide Ira and the hunters to the rear. Put out the fire for Nina. It's tough when there's a big fire in a city with dense houses like this."
"Okay."
At the same time as Ishur was finished, he opened a small armored door on the east side of the room without waiting for Marya's reply, from which he flinched himself and jumped up onto the roof.
The servant's house is bungalow with poor vision. He jumped up to the roof of a two-story village chief's house on the roof legend and looked out over the city of Fugo, which stretched elongated to the southwest.
The whole city was surrounded by hustle and chaos. Cloudy skies but the moon is approaching its full age. The night sky is blurry and bright. Five firedragons were below slightly apart, choosing and approaching large houses almost side-by-side throughout the city, throwing flames into the universe and threatening the neighborhood with growling.
Ishur looked out for him unexpectedly.
Five Fire Dragons?
From among the houses were the cries of the people, the buildings that were already on fire and were about to burn. There are two spirit-like things in the sky, and if you're flying around the night sky, you're throwing a small blade of wind and a fireball toward the Fire Dragon. Must be the Wizard Spirit that was mixed up among yesterday's bounty hunters. It seems that some people have a lot of strength in places alone.
And if you look closely, from among the houses, you can see multiple arrows being fired at the Fire Dragon. The sound of a tiny arrow flying into a firedragon, hiccupping the wind, is mixed with the noise around me and heard slightly.
Suddenly, from among its houses, one solidification of earth and rock flew through the universe and hit the Fire Dragon.
Are there also wizards of earth and earth?
And now it's coming from my left hand, and a loud spear flies over the fire dragon. Big crossbow. The place that was ejected was around Hunter Guild. They had a solid barista positioned around the guild.
But everyone seems to be doing a lot of hard work but the situation is not fragrant. There are five Fire Dragons.
The magic of the spirits seems to have been dealt only a blow to the Fire Dragon with a slight scratch. The same goes for the magic of the earth.
The solidification of the soil and rock began to explode when it hit the fire dragon, but only tempered the opponent for a moment.
The spears released from the barista either because they were too far apart or because they were caught in the stiff scales of the Fire Dragon and disappeared into the darkness of the night sky.
Yveda, if you will, you have sent me a great spirit of the wind, and I will not recall you according to the covenant of the moon of the lower strings.
Ishur exhaled hard when he checked the situation and called the Great Spirit, Carlitos Alruzzari, with a recall spell.
A distortion arises in the space in front of Ishur, in the night sky of the noisy city of Fugo, with a slight breeze blowing around Ishur.
"Carlitos Alruzzari, Summoned"
The Great Spirit appeared refreshed in one day's decision dialogue.
For a moment, the firedragon in front of him turned his attention to Ishur, but the glittering light glistened over their front, and a dragon emerged made of fire and swirling flames. It's Vescortino, the spirit of Mary. And somewhat rearward of it, Erlina reveals its beautiful appearance.
It's a good time. Fire Dragon's consciousness deviated well towards them.
"I go around defense. Get those guys together and get rid of them."
Ishur gave instructions to the Great Spirit. At this point, I don't feel very good about myself being on the table directly before I fight the Red Emperor Dragon. I don't know what there is after this. I want to keep my own magic pretty warm, too.
Red Emperor Dragon is nearby.
"Huh. It's up to you"
Once Carlitos lowered the tip of the great spear, he grinned and turned back towards the Fire Dragon. Hold the great spear with both hands on the spot and lift it high in the sky.
I hear the Great Spirit is in a good mood tonight. Five Fire Dragons. For him, there is no shortage.
Ishur also begins to gather the wind in the rear.
Kikeen Gagaga, and the roar of the Fire Dragon sounding flashly around. The noise of people's movements noise. Ishl's wind chirping.
Vescortino spits out a flame unbeatable by the Fire Dragon.
In it, five giant blades of wind appeared without sound, before the great spear, which was lifted high above the sky.
Somewhere, something feels flowing and moving......
The giant wind blade is probably the same one that slaughtered a flock of tooth pigs in an instant before. That's five in the longitudinal direction this time, lined up nicely at equal intervals.
It was felt slightly luminescent in the night sky and encapsulated with magic that should be approached with superb control of ingenuity.
... beautiful.
It began to accelerate quietly towards the Fire Dragon.
It left behind the sound of a small hum, hitting five fire dragons one after the other, and quickly broke all the fire dragons in two, clean.
Blowing up into the night sky, by the way, black blood that emits fire. At the end of the mountain, the body of the Fire Dragon, doubled vertically across the torso, fell below the city and hit the trees and slipped through the soil, surrounded by strange silence.
At the dawn of that night, Ishur dreamed of a big fireball.
A dream of fire that I've seen every time since I started heading to Fugo. The fireballs floating in the dark were now full of Isul's sight, until he could see jealously what was happening on its surface.
The surface of the fireball might look like this if you looked up at the sun floating in space, and so on, and the countless runs of fine flames were swirling, bringing your head from the bottom of the fireball as if it were some creature, disappearing and repeating.
Some of them scatter flames out on all sides like flowers bloom, and some of them crawl around like bugs.
Keeping looking at that odd flame, Ishur felt ill and was forced to wake up trying to strip away the footage in front of him.
Wake up your torso and wipe your forehead. They would have done it, but they weren't so sweaty.
White light is leaking from the gap in the armor door. It was already morning.
Ishur got his legs out of the bed and into a sitting position on the bed. Put your hands on your chin and stare into the hollow. My eyes were well awake already.
It's him. It must be the Red Emperor Dragon.
Is it some kind of message? He realizes I exist, is he watching?
"No..."
Ishur shrugged alone.
Red Emperor Dragon, not only. It may not be the Red Emperor Dragon. Balhel's, maybe the magic fixture of fire is calling me.
It's as white as ever outside, covered in gray skies. Besides that, it's been raining fine mists since this morning.
"Does this weather last every year this time of year?
At the morning table, Ishur spoke to the old lady. My husband still doesn't show up.
"Right. But this year is especially bad."
The old woman lurked her voice.
"The villagers are rumoring that the Red Emperor Dragon is sitting there."
According to the old woman's story, there is a constant fever from the Red Emperor Dragon that burns if one approaches it, and that makes the fog in the mountains deeper than usual, increasing cloudy and rainy days.
"Heh, really? That's an amazing story."
No way.
Ishur tried to throw the story away by cutting it off as a frown spit, even as he talked to the old woman.
But if the Red Emperor Dragon is truly mountainous in size, it may also have some effect on the surrounding climate if it continues to constantly exude high heat from its entire body. Isn't there constant air expansion and upward airflow around the Red Emperor Dragon?
But there's not that much strong wind around Fugo. I don't even see clouds. Clouds cover the sky every day.
"What's wrong with your grandfather today?
The old man doesn't show up when Ishur finishes eating breakfast.
"Oh, look, the Wizard Master killed the Fire Dragon last night, didn't he? So did my grandfather."
The old man, with the people of the city, said he was going to take the scales of the Fire Dragon early in the morning.
"It's been a long time since I've had a treat with these kids."
Fire Dragon scales are worth as much as a few.
An old woman sat aside and glanced at the twins who were still having breakfast.
Not so much after that, Ishur was summoned to Mary's chamber.
Marya glanced at the cloudy little glass window.
"In the afternoon the Crusader Squad will arrive"
"Finally."
Marya also explained the details when Ishur nodded.
"I hear the main unit swept up the weight and was a thousand strong, The Second Knights of the Borderline Bojia are the main force, in addition to archers and troops of the Great Crossbow. Plus a hundred rides from the Grand Duke's Knights escorting the royal court magician."
"Hmm."
"The troops appear to form formations along the grasslands, streets, on the south side of the village, from which they will emerge. Rifia and the Knights of the Borderline House, Boris Dogoulas and the other court magicians, like me, come to see me here to the village chief's house."
"I see."
A meeting of operations, or serving on the king's behalf, or something like that.
So Marya said one sigh.
"Yesterday's exorcism of the five Fire Dragons, will surely be pursued by Refia. I can be honest with you, Mr. Dogourus."
Five Fire Dragons were killed instantly. It would be unprecedented, and there would be a report to the Crusader Squad on the march.
If Refia is smart, then her pursuit could also be quite harsh and difficult to squeeze.
"That's a lot, Marya."
Ishur deliberately said like any other HR.
"Mmm."
Marya pointed cutely through her mouth.
"Hehe, but isn't it time for Rifia to put me in her ear, too?
On the royal side, it's something I've been hiding, but she's already approaching here, to the nearest distance to Fugo. As with the fact that the five Fire Dragons were once expelled last night, it seems likely that the royal family is coming into the land drawing in the magical handlers of the stormy wind in Ellistar, that some information has already been brought to him.
You just won't know I'm after Uncle Borderline. That's something I want to keep a secret from my daughter as a parent. His letter said that even if he tortured the Bersh family, he could find out where the magic equipment of the wind was, and he could use tough means on the villagers.
Even if Refia had quite the military, the intellect, she wouldn't want her age-old, innocent princess raised daughter, often the same as me, to know the bloody conspiracy she ordered.
"Well, I won't reveal the details, but I have about one or two trump cards, and if the war is bad, I'll support them, so I guess I should just answer that. From a standpoint, there's nothing Marya can think of. Just make sure it's properly decorated."
Mary is a royal messenger and deputy. I can't force anything from the Refia. At best, it's Sekiyama, enough to stick around on the Fire Dragon thing yesterday.
"Yeah."
Marya nodded convincingly, and so forth, to Ishur's courageous counsel.
"I just feel like yesterday's fire dragon raid was the work of the Red Emperor Dragon. Five at the same time is an anomaly. He may have put in some sagging."
Marya's face is stronger.
"That's..."
"That's right. Maybe he already feels I exist."
I'm also concerned about dreams I've seen lately like every night. Maybe he hit the lead from him and set up a power reconnaissance.
The firedragons that attacked us all killed them, and even if they survived and got away with it, the firedragons themselves are not as intelligent as humans. The details of the battle would not have been communicated, but the total extinction of the five Fire Dragons could have confirmed that I was at least here in Fugo.
……
Marya has been a sinking breeze for a while, but has suddenly changed the subject.
"... uh, yesterday, I wrote you a letter."
A letter would be about impeaching the Grand Duke or Petra on a frontier uncle who tries to assassinate Ishur, or in other words, obstruct what the royal family does. In a nutshell, it's a whistle-blower letter.
"Ah, oh. Thank you, Marya."
Mary stopped by and right beside Ishur, thanking him even though Ishur was stuck.
I'm going to stare up at Ishur.
"But you can't die. Ishl. Absolutely."
Yesterday, Marya said that if Ishur died fighting the Red Emperor Dragon, he would not leave Uncle Borderline as he was.
Mary is telling Ishul not to rush to death because her hindsight is gone.
I guess I asked him if the raid of the five Fire Dragons last night was the work of the Red Emperor Dragon, which made him extra worried.
"I know. Don't worry, Marya."
Ishur said with a smile that he would do Marya's head in a sneeze.
"It's okay, I won't lose"
Thank you, Marya.
In red and black on white, the shield dedicated by the left and right dragons, the shield depicts the sun and the moon.
As soon as he began to see the flag of the Borderline House at the end of the street in the foggy rain, Ishur decided to let him see the military profile of the Red Emperor Dragon Crusade Squad by climbing to the roof of a reasonably tall two-story house that overlooks both the street heading south through the city and the road that leads to the Rock Mountain behind the city centre.
Going up on the roof, there were two boys and a client. All the people of the city and the hunters were coming out along the road, climbing on the building like Ishur, and gathering to see the peripheral Bergamot up close.
"Hey, let me take a look, too."
Ishur bowed on the roof and glanced at the street when he spoke to the boys of his ancestors.
The crusaders spearheaded a team of knights and a flag, undisturbed, and appeared before Ishl in a perfect march.
The faces of the soldiers are tightened, and no colour of fatigue or cowardice can be seen.
Well......, morale seems high.
The colour of the hiccups disappears in Ishur's eyes as well, and becomes something serious.
As the first group passed in front of them, a group led by Boris, the court demon mentor, broke up with the main unit and turned left and came inside the city.
After a magnificent Boris with samurai skin follows Karin Edvar, the wind wizard, Drate Auben, who had heard a slightly disgusting mouth, and others who had previously fought Ishur at the Grand Duke's Squad. A few horsemen of escorts, including civilians.
Then followed by a beautiful girl with a white cloak on her white horse and abbreviated armor on a silver shining clasp, immediately followed by her escort or a heavy-duty cavalry with six horsemen.
Ishur was blinded by the girl.
It conveys how the boys who were watching together on the side take their breath.
That poor girl, is that Rifia Behm?
The girl flushed her long silver hair backwards in the light rain, staring just ahead without looking around and advancing her horse with dignity.
Snowy white skin on a neat, prominent nose, luminous, rich silver hair. It was as if to her alone, the sun's sun was falling there alone.
That's when Ishur suddenly remembered that crazy whisper of the dogma.
Fire in the wind... if that's the sun...
A fire in the wind would mean me and the Red Emperor Dragon. I didn't know later, but what is the sun, and what is Refia?
But no.
The way she sees it feels more like the moon, than the sun.
There was an ironic grin on Ishur's face.
Isn't that Uncle Borderline's daughter?
The crazy clown that showed up before me.
I'm no different than him. It's a horse and a deer.
If I'm a god-driven clown, so are the Red Emperor Dragons and you. Refia.
You're a clown, too. In a few days it will be crushed by the other side of the horse and deer, another dogma.
Ishur stared at Rifia as she passed under her eyes. I couldn't let go of my gaze.
When she disappeared from Ishur's sight, he dropped his shoulders slowly, dropped his head and did not make it a fine movement for a long time.
It danced like a mist, as the light rain that kept falling leaned against Ishl.
