The call from the mayor came to Brendell's store.

The suspicious ones who were in Trent Force before us ended up doing nothing and nothing particularly problematic had happened since then, especially the Burts, who were a little out of their minds.

The guy who says it's the mayor's use has something to explain to Brendel and Burt as he looks sideways at me playing with the building blocks in the back of the store. Alistair is desperate to skip the conversation beside him.

Eventually Burt nodded and said no to Brendel and walked over here, crouching in front of me, eyeing and grinning.

"Leah, good news. Your father called me."

"Ouch!

I got up.

"Apparently, he's been sending out messengers everywhere since he lost you near the border. I didn't think of Trent Force, but just in case I came looking for him, I happened to hear he had a purple eyed toddler."

"The only place to look is in Wester. Still sending messengers from Kingdoms to every town. That's just the Fourth Horse, dude."

Brendel is also impressed with his hands on his chin.

"Even with Carey in the middle, I don't know how many towns there are to the east, west, and around the north."

It's almost March since they took me. When I came looking for towns everywhere, maybe that's about it. But if you're that father, I'll be thorough when I do. If so, I'd be happy to.

"How do you know that Leah's father really used it?"

Alistair has followed Bart, but he is turning away and squeezing his hands tightly beside his body.

"Even when my mother and I fled Kingdom, we stopped following them at all as soon as we crossed the border. It's the same thing that nobles don't have on the border, Mom said."

"Alistair"

Burt grabbed Alistair's shoulder as he stood up.

"Calm down. Either way, we'll follow you to the border town. Give me Leah and I won't do anything until then."

It was only a month ago that we arrived in the town of Trent Force. He took nearly 1.5 times as long to get me here as usual. Yet they follow me just to send it again.

"Bye..."

When I called to say thank you, Bart looked back at the counter.

"Ah, Brendel! I'll bring the Demon Stone to Carey. Come on."

"Oh, that would help. The supply of demon stones is always welcome. I just bought a big magic stone from you."

"Bye..."

Inspiration has gone somewhere. 'Cause I'm finally getting a good job. Burt swung over here again and made a mess of it.

"So don't worry."

"Ah. Thanks."

"Well, let's go to the mayor instead of hunting today."

"Ah."

The day softened and I was woken up not knowing if I had even taken a nap or not, and I was taken to the mayor's mansion.

Trent Force is a town that was able to stick to the western side of the Wellington Mountains running vertically north and south. The town entrance is on the south side and the town manager's mansion is on the north side of the town. There is a little distance from the center of town, so I head there with a hug on behalf of everyone.

"Town, Hachiko"

"Yes. Every house on the border is basically engineered to keep the Fallen from coming in. The mayor's house is even stronger than that, and the house itself is huge. I mean, I dare to build a solid building on the edge of town so that hunters can be places of refuge when they have to."

"Damn."

"Really. The mayor's got a bigger junction box."

"Shh, shh."

At the border, people who work as mayors must be able to protect the town properly.

"So I guess I'll be fine."

Bart said that in such a voice that he could hear or not.

And when the house of the city was cut off, there was a large square, and beyond it was the mayor's mansion. I was unintentionally saying this when I imagined your father's mansion.

"Shit."

No, it's fine. Compared to the house in town, it's big. But my father's mansion from the garden where I always played was so much about where the end of the building was, that it came out of his mouth.

"I just thought Leah was the first lady."

Caro snapped. That would be rude. There must have been a lot of elegance.

"Sure, when I first met him, he hid bread in his pocket."

"And dried meat."

Unfortunately, it seemed like a bad meeting. It was really hard then. But thanks to these words by Mill and Burt, tension was eased and I was able to enter the town manager's mansion with ease. When I knocked on the door, someone like a butler came out. He also came to Brendell's shop, a magnificent man.

The person caught an eye on me for a moment,

"Just Bart and the lady would be fine. Why did we all come here? Take me to Alistair."

And I said it like that. Much different from our butler. Somehow, it feels shattered.

"We're a party, including Alistair and Leah. It's important to decide what lies ahead. So we all ask."

shrugging his shoulders to Bart, who so claims,

"In the meantime, the Apostle is waiting for you. I guess I don't care about the convenience of the town stuff."

He led me to a place that looked like a reception room. Tong and knock on the door,

"We've brought a customer"

and speak up.

"Have him come in."

The person opened the door to the answer and urged us to enter the door. Maybe someone who knows is coming. I had a chest every now and then.

When I walked in the door, there was a tall table and sofa in the back, and two messenger-like people sat on their backs this way, but they stood up to our signs and turned this way. Looks like the man behind it is the mayor.

"Oh, that's Master Lilia!

I was eyeing the mayor of the town. I glanced over at the messenger in that voice. People I don't know. Bart asked me in a small voice, slightly hardening my body.

"Leah?"

I grabbed Bart's shirt unexpectedly.

"Shiragana Hitomi"

"Right."

That's all I said, there was only a little force in Bart's hand holding me.
