Luke returns from the college dorm, as usual, even on the weekend when that happened. I never expected this to be exciting. Rather, it is in the same king city, so I think I can go through the house, which is quite a thing myself. I didn't know you'd want to have dinner with someone every day, etc.

Of the ten days of the week, the holidays are two. Luke and I returned on the night of the eighth day and spent the evening together last night. Having spent much of the summer on the periphery, Luke seems to have not only grown steadily in the amount of magic he had, but has also taught his sword well, and the figure he had been able to quit has returned to normal, rather as if he had become a little rough.

Even after returning, it was a day for the two of us to consider or practice how we could manipulate magic efficiently. If it's a day off, Gil, or Stan, who doesn't have as much magic power to join as he thinks, will come and train.

Luke has already asked me to travel in the basket of lag dragons as a dustpan, and I have also given lag dragons. Lagu dragons are bigger, so it's really better after my body gets a little bigger, but I don't have a choice.

When I pick up Leah one day, I think the biggest reason is that she can't travel faster when she's in the basket, and she's not cool.

Okay, so today, Luke and I were wondering if we could even ride a lag dragon, and the use came.

"Jude, I'm sorry, but could you say it again?"

"Yes, Mr. Diana wants to ask for you from noon."

I couldn't answer right away. A woman I never even remembered existed before today. Luke's mother.

"I must have remarried him to the Count."

"Yeah, of neighboring land. But that's not it."

"I know."

I whispered Jude's words. The woman who barely even came to see Luke since we broke up, what can I do for you now?

"You can't say no."

It's about Master Luke.

"Luke's."

He said it was an affair.

"Edge!"

I almost squeezed my head off by accident. Indeed, it is to be hoped that the nobles, and especially the Four Horses, will marry those of a strong and magical lineage outside the Four Horses early. I was definitely engaged to Diana in 12 years too, though.

"Too soon. Besides, I don't trust the person Diana brings."

"But Master Diana is Master Luke's mother. I can't refuse to see you."

"Mm-hmm. I have no choice. Can't you even take the right to meet your mother from Luke? Even if I refuse to talk to you about it. So be it."

"Yes."

While I was somewhat depressed, I was still determined in the morning to go on a lag dragon ride to move my body.

Luke, who hasn't ridden much yet, and slowly circle the property with a lag dragon. Far rides are after much better. So I told her about Diana.

"Mother is here..."

"He wants to talk to you."

"Really? It's time to decide in college."

This adult son is not as shaky as that.

"What does your father think?

"Oh, yeah."

I didn't think you'd ask me.

"Sooner or later you'll need it, but if it doesn't involve feelings, you'll end up unhappy"

Luke got upset. I panicked. Because now is not the time to be unhappy.

"Of course, Stan's place is happy in the first place, and I didn't feel comfortable with Diana, but I got the happiness of you. In other words."

I mean, what can I say?

"Claire had little magic, but Leah was born with great magic. Why don't you just take your time choosing someone who isn't too particular and seems to have a good time"

"Is that all right?"

"Of course."

"Then it would rather be free of extra entanglement"

"Luke......"

I breathed unexpectedly into Luke's pale voice.

"It's okay. You haven't seen your mother in a long time, have you? Was she a beautiful, wavy blonde with green eyes?"

Luke, who says so, probably remembers a portrait. Luke, who hasn't even been in the social world yet, never meets an adult unless he creates an opportunity. Should I have created more opportunities to meet my mother without any trouble?

"Father. I had a proper mother. It's Mother Claire. Blood isn't connected, but she's a real mother. Don't worry about boredom."

"Oh, oh."

Instead, Luke fooled me. Wandering the lag dragon, briefly after noon, the two of us were told of Diana's visit even after the middle of the afternoon.

"Look, I totally forgot, too, but this is what meeting a woman is all about. They wait at any time. As you will remember."

"Hehe, I get it. I'll remember."

Luke returned so strangely. While I waited, there was as much to talk about and do. Still, you won't have to be pissed off to be kept waiting.

Jude led me here to a beautiful woman who I don't think turned out to be very 30. Luke is right, tie up the wavy blonde hair and drape it somehow complicated, with an unfamiliar girl next door. The girl looked like Diana somewhere.

To us who stood up, Diana gracefully, the girl took a little less than a little courtesy of the lady. We bow our heads gently and give back, too.

"Long time no see, Dean"

"Oh."

"And Luke."

"Long time no see"

I don't, and Luke greets me back as brilliantly.

I heard you were looking for something.

"Oh, how can I help you meet my son?"

"My mother, who has never come to see me before, says nothing more."

"Well."

Diana raised her bow-shaped eyebrows to her surprise.

"If I did, I'd be remarried in no time. I didn't want to while your wife was here, and what a rumor it would have been if you had turned up right away because you were dead."

"Hmm."

Seems like the best excuse, but Luke gets hurt more than this.

"What can I do for you?"

"You're still an uninteresting man. I don't even think I'd recommend a seat."

Trouble.

"Both of you, Jude is preparing tea right now. This way, please."

As Luke left a long time ago, he reached out to Diana and led her to the table set.

"Father."

"Oh."

I sit across from Diana. Luke headed straight for the girl.

"Nice to meet you. I'm Luke. And you?"

"Um, nice to meet you. My name is Chelsea."

"Have you ever heard of the garden of Albans?

"No, but I love going out there"

That's all you ask.

"Then we'll take a little stroll through the garden. Let's keep going."

and took the girl outside. How clever.

"My son is so boring."

I didn't know you didn't know this wit. I'm out.

"If you take care of your children, your heart won't connect."

"Though I didn't hear you cared for your youngest child"

The information is out of date.

"Either way, it was a terrible thing."

Diana is always at this rate. At least I just didn't say anything rude about Leah.

"So, what?"

"The way you put it."

"I don't care"

"Talk to Luke. The kid I just brought in."

"Meet me on your own."

"That's good. Better know it early."

I snorted.

"It's my cousin's child. I'm married to my neighbor, so I'm not that far from the king's capital. Chelsea Buxton, second daughter of the Earl's family, a charming child."

"I know you're the Count, but you're a nice kid, but Luke doesn't have plans to decide on a fiancée yet"

"Well, it's my duty as the Four Horsemen."

I gave this back to Diana, who deliberately said so.

"I relinquished my duty to raise you, but I don't want you to tell me so."

"I think he was relinquishing his responsibilities as a father."

I always say why. It's a hassle.
