The three of them sprinted nonstop until they reached the film set.

The set was in the middle of filming, and their sudden appearance in the shot startled the cast and crew.

「CUT!」

"What’s going on?"

Director Cole stood up, his face dark with displeasure, and scolded, "What are you three doing? Can’t you see we’re filming here?"

The three girls were clearly frantic. When they turned their heads, they saw Henry Marshall striding menacingly toward them.

"Director!"

The assistant director was about to step forward to drive them away, but Lily Sterling grabbed him. She pointed at Henry Marshall, her voice trembling with anxiety. "He... he harassed Suzanne Sawyer and made vulgar remarks to us!"

Suzanne Sawyer nodded along beside her. "I told you he was doing it on purpose! He’s a pervert!"

The assistant director hadn’t yet grasped the situation. He glanced back and saw that Henry Marshall was already upon them.

Henry Marshall shot his hand over the assistant director’s shoulder, lunging for Lily Sterling behind him, all while cursing, "You little bitch! You’re fucking asking for it, aren’t you? How fucking dare you hit me?"

Lily Sterling dodged back as the assistant director instinctively turned to block him. "What are you doing? This is a film set!"

Seeing this, two other crew members rushed forward to help, pulling Henry Marshall away.

Director Cole was furious. He’d been more than patient with these "ancestors" foisted on him by the investors, but at the end of the day, he was a renowned director in the industry with very limited patience.

He violently threw down the script in his hand, stepped forward, and roared, "Is this shit never going to end? Do you really fucking think you own this place? If you’re here to act, then act! If not, then get the hell out! Who do you think you are, coming here to act like a damn lord?"

"Like I give a fuck if you’re filming or not!"

Who would have thought that while Director Cole’s fury intimidated everyone present, it had absolutely no effect on Henry Marshall.

He was a rich kid who didn’t move in entertainment circles. He couldn’t care less what a big-shot director Cole was. His father was an investor in this production, so he didn’t have to respect anyone on set.

If he treated Director Cole that way, then it went without saying how he’d treat two rookie actresses like Suzanne Sawyer and Lily Sterling.

He shoved the crew members aside and pointed at his own face. "See this? These two bitches fucking slapped me twice! If I don’t fucking deal with them today, then my name isn’t Henry Marshall!"

He had a fair complexion to begin with, and both Lily Sterling and Suzanne Sawyer had slapped him with all their might. As a result, the handprints on his face were exceptionally clear and asymmetrical, obviously one from each woman.

"That’s what you get for spouting such filth! A slap is letting you off easy," Suzanne Sawyer cursed.

Henry Marshall’s anger flared. "You fucking play innocent with me again! Believe it or not, I’ll have you blacklisted! You’ll never work in this industry again!"

With that, he tried to charge forward again but was once more held back by the crew. He refused to back down, though, fighting anyone who tried to stop him. The set instantly descended into chaos.

Yuna secretly sent a message to Connie, who was on her way to the airport. Upon receiving the text, Connie immediately turned the car around and headed back.

Director Cole’s eyes were red with rage. "Which motherfucker shoved this goddamn idiot onto my set? I’m not putting up with this shit!"

After saying his piece, he turned and stormed off.

Shortly after, many actors came over, having heard the commotion. Andrew Sutton didn’t know what had happened, but seeing Lily Sterling standing there, he instinctively started to go over, only to be held back by Drake.

"Hey, didn’t you see Director Cole lose his temper? Don’t go sticking your nose in it right now. Lily Sterling is fine."

Andrew Sutton frowned, still worried. "What’s going on? I’m going to go check."

"Don’t go making things worse. It’s probably about what happened this morning," Drake said. "How is that kid going to win against so many people by himself?"

Just as they were speaking, Henry Marshall was being restrained by several stagehands. "Let me the fuck go! Do you know who I am? I can get all of you fired with one fucking phone call!"

The assistant director grimaced, panting with exhaustion.

Of course, he knew who Henry Marshall was. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have been so gentle by simply restraining him; he would have had him thrown out long ago.

But even if he was the investor’s son, they couldn’t just let him run wild on set and assault the actresses.

"Calm down. I don’t care who you are, you can’t cause this kind of trouble on a film set," the assistant director said, his expression hardening.

He was usually very kind to Lily Sterling, so she stepped forward and said to him, "Director, he’s not a good person. You can’t let him stay."

If Suzanne Sawyer’s crying and shouting from the morning had made people think she was just being dramatic, Lily Sterling’s words now were far more convincing.

Because her usual impression was that of someone well-behaved and obedient who never caused trouble. She was all about her work.

Besides, from what had just happened, the assistant director could also see that this kid was indeed bad news.

But whether Henry Marshall stayed or not wasn’t his decision to make. "It’s alright, Lily. You girls head back to the dressing room first. We’ll handle things here."

Lily Sterling nodded, shot Henry Marshall one last look full of contempt, then turned and led Suzanne Sawyer and Yuna away.

"Don’t you dare leave! Who said you could go? Get the hell back here!"

Seeing them leave, Henry Marshall continued to shout relentlessly, giving the assistant director a massive headache.

"Oh, Mr. Marshall, my dear Ancestor Marshall, please stop shouting! Don’t you know what you’re here for? You’ve been on set for half a day and you’re already harassing the actresses. How do you think that’s going to look if word gets out?"

"This morning, you swore up and down it wasn’t on purpose. Aren’t you just eating your own words now? You’re not even bothering to pretend anymore, are you?"

Henry Marshall glared at the assistant director and cursed viciously, "Pretend my ass! Who the fuck are you to lecture me about my own fucking business?"

With that one sentence, the assistant director’s face instantly darkened.

He’d been in the business for many years and had seen his fair share of actors who got by on connections. He’d seen arrogant ones, but never one this brazen.

’Was he even here to film a movie? He must have just come for the actresses, right?’

He nodded and said in a low voice, "Fine. You’ve got powerful backing. I can’t afford to offend you. Do as you please."

As he finished speaking, he gave the crew members a look, signaling them to let Henry Marshall go. He wanted to see what kind of trouble the man could possibly stir up.

’Lily Sterling has four bodyguards outside her dressing room. Even if he goes there, he won’t get the upper hand. If he really keeps causing a scene, we’ll just call the police. Who’s afraid of who?’

But Henry Marshall didn’t go after Lily Sterling. Instead, he pulled out his phone with a threatening expression. "You hit me, right? And the rest of you—every single one of you—I’m not fucking done with this today."

With that, he walked to the side and started making a call.

The assistant director was both frustrated and furious, but he knew Henry Marshall’s father was a major investor in the production. This matter wouldn’t be easily resolved. He had to notify President Lockwood. After all, they were just crew members. If Henry Marshall’s father really showed up, even Director Cole wouldn’t have a say.

’Only capital can talk to capital.’
