177 Hunter Rank Adjustment Requests

Akira is meeting Kibayashi in front of Kugamaville. When I first saw Cugamaville, I was overwhelmed by its enormous figure of skyscrapers that were integrated with the city's walls. But I'm used to boulders. This is growth, too.

Akira was in a good mood and waiting for Kibayashi. When I was contacted to talk a little bit, I was called in, but at that time I was told that I was going to do something luxurious, and the meeting place was in front of Kugamaville, so I expect a lot of things.

Kibayashi showed up on time. And when he took Akira into the building, he entered the restaurant on the ground floor with him and sat in the right seat.

"Ask for whatever you like. Drop it at expenses anyway. I'm not paying for it. You can order them from the expensive ones, okay?

"Huh? Oh..."

Unlike the upbeat Kibayashi, Akira's mood was largely down. Kibayashi guesses and laughs joyfully.

"What, you thought you could even take me upstairs to a fancy store? I can't do that. There are limits to the cost of dropping it. If you're not going to negotiate entertainment with a high-ranking hunter, you're not going to get that kind of budget down. If Akira wants to give me more luxury, you can change the place now.

Akira shut up and opened the menu. And I started looking for dishes in the high price range like a little rotten. Kibayashi saw the Akira and was still laughing with pleasure.

When I finish my order for the time being, I cut the story out of Akira.

"So, what's the story?

"There's a lot going on, but let's start with a simple interview."

"Circumstances heard?

"You know there was a massive protest in Slam Street the other day? Why were you in that fight? Tell me what's going on around here."

"Why am I supposed to be in that fight in the first place?

In anticipation of the upstairs luxury restaurant meal on its own, Akira was about to wind up in smoke (kemu) in a slightly eight-piece flavor because of her disappointment when the guesswork came off.

I also have a sense of flashy rumbling and killing a lot of people. I know the Hunter Office prefers well-behaved hunters. He also understands that he did an act that deviated considerably from the hunter's predisposition. So you don't have to actively talk about it to Kibayashi, an employee of the Hunter's Office. Akira had some idea of that too.

Kibayashi takes out the information terminal, does a little operation, and then puts it on the table. Akira caught her face when she saw the footage that was being shown there. Kibayashi laughs at the reaction as expected.

"For once, it's confidential footage, but the level of confidentiality is low, and you're a party. You don't mind."

Kibayashi's information terminal showed Akira engaging with a black people-type weapon.

"As always, we seem to be reckless on the ground. You had a big laugh when you saw this, didn't you?

Akira holds her head lightly.

"How did you shoot this?

"I don't know. I'm not sure because they just gave it to me from above. It may have been shot with a telephoto camera that is installed at the top of the wall, or it may have been accidentally photographed in hidden cameras of rumors (rumors) that it is installed in various places. Well, cities do a lot of things, too."

Akira gave up and started talking about the situation after exhaling heavily.

Kibayashi leaked a laugh as if he couldn't stand it after hearing a single story from Akira.

"Well, you know, I can still tell you just went to help your lover. Sex shagging moves people. Especially when I'm your age. But did you really, really go out with a man-made weapon to kill a sleigh? You, you all right with your head? No, you're praising this, aren't you? My behavior and judgment standards are really reckless."

Disgruntled as Akira was dishonored.

"I didn't see it like that, either."

"Oh, yeah."

Kibayashi blew out again. And when I looked at Akira, who gazed off like he was obstinate, I decided that any further damage to my mood would also be conducive to this later negotiation, and I managed to try to regain my composure.

"Well, I see what's going on. As far as I'm concerned, I respect your position. That was tough.... Don't be so angry. Look, Hunter's office is also investing in improving Hunter's ethics, so much so that Hunters who fight and win with humanoid weapons to the extent that they are dressed in fortified clothing are also annoyed (or annoyed) by massacre-like interpersonal battles depending on the money. However, some of them say that they can't make as much money as they think in normal hunter operations because they are remarkably talented in interpersonal combat. It's also my job to prioritize tasks that help to keep people safe, and keep them away from opportunities that disturb them."

"Oh, yeah. So you came to me for a security assignment, too?

"Don't say that. Look, the food's here, too. Relax. Let's make it dinner."

Get your hands on the dishes Kibayashi has been transported to. Akira also reached for the dish with a little infidelity.

Akira's mood also improved as the meal progressed. Not as expensive as upstairs upstairs luxury shops, the food tastes fine, and whenever delicious (hey) dishes were carried to the stomach, Akira's mood rose.

Kibayashi anticipates the opportunity to move on to the next topic.

"I got it pretty much in my stomach, and it's time to get down to business"

"Isn't that what you were talking about?

"No. I'm not saying it's irrelevant. The real issue is your request for good offices. [M] Even if I say good offices, I'm sorry, but I think it's almost compulsory. Unless you're planning to move to another city, you better not say no."

Akira openly puts her face on guard. Kibayashi laughs bitterly to soothe the place.

"Don't be so vigilant. I like you. I'm not willing to bring weird stories with me, and even when I say compulsion, most hunters would love it. It's a hunter rank adjustment request. The point is, rank it up."

"Rank up?

"That's right.... Check it out, but you know about your Hunter Rank, don't you?

"Uh..."

Before Akira tries to rely on her memory, Alpha pinches her mouth.

Thirty.

"Wasn't that? 29?

"You brought a relic to Sizka's shop the other day, didn't you? It went up there. '

"Were you?"

Akira answers firmly again.

Thirty.

Kibayashi showed a light daze (aki) in Akira's response, which left a subtle time open.

"You know, there's no such thing as a hunter who can't instantly answer his own Hunter Rank. You really don't care about that neighborhood. It's also a rank fraud."

"I don't care about my Hunter Rank."

"I don't care, so I'm asking for Hunter Rank Adjustment. At this time. I'll talk to you about it at last, so listen carefully."

Kibayashi began to talk a lot to Akira, who showed a little dissatisfaction with the background explanation for this request.

Hunters in the East are appreciated for their strength in Hunter Rank. Of course (of course) there is a difference in strength in the same Hunter Rank. Differences in experience. Difference in equipment. The difference between not being good at it. It is difficult to accurately assess the strengths that add up to them all in uniform figures, but the limits are nevertheless hard-won tweaking of something so that the overall strengths are roughly the same if you have the same degree of hunter rank.

This is mainly convenient for the people who hire hunters. There are many conveniences in calculating the Hunter Rank when it comes to aligning (or determining the amount of compensation) people according to monster threat, etc., due to security, escort requests, etc.

Hunter ranks are also used as a criterion in a variety of other matters, such as the conversion of liquid, heavily miscellaneous (O.T.) warfare forces in each city, the calculation of hazards in areas and sites, and the inclusion of personnel in private forces. The Hunter Rank system is an important element in supporting the Hunter Office in the east, which has a large number of hunters, and which exists as the governing mechanism of the Unified Enterprise Union that governs the east.

In the east, however, there are rarely (rarely) holders of strength that deviate significantly from the strength assumed from that hunter rank. Continuing to leave the person unattended may in some cases adversely affect the evaluation system and, in the worst case scenario, lead to the collapse of the Hunter Rank system.

Hunter Rank numbers are worth a lot. The Hunter Office has the authority to calculate, evaluate and determine that figure. That's the strength of the hunter's office, and it's an important means of managing and running the dangerous, vast eastern hunters.

"That's why I want a rank fraud hunter like you to rise to the rank of merit as soon as possible. That being said, I'm not going to put it up here on my own. That's why we mediate and adjust requests for merit. You got that?

"Like I get it, like I don't..."

"Take it because it's good. Or is that also why you shouldn't raise the Hunter Rank?

"No, one way or the other, it's because you want more money than a Hunter Rank increases as a reward"

Show Kibayashi how he was convinced even though he was foolish.

"Oh, are you that type? Normally, it's easier to make money if the Hunter Rank goes up, but that's a pattern that's common in hunters who have a weak sense of the area or don't have enough knowledge of it. You're working on a basic solo, and the hunter operation seems to be as biased as possible in collecting artifacts. Is that what this is about?"

"Is that what this is all about?

"Even if we team up normally, Hunter Rank often says things in terms of peer gathering, up and down relationships, and the distribution ratio of rewards. Even when accepting requests for high difficulty, if the hunter rank is low, it is basically a gateway payment. So a lot of people are willing to increase the Hunter Rank to die (for). Sometimes high-ranking hunters can be sponsored by companies. Hunter Rank numbers are important to keep an eye on that hand scout."

Kibayashi checks on Akira. It shows that I was quite convinced, but it didn't look like I showed an interest in ranking up.

"If hundreds of millions of units of gold go in and out of your account, you're usually concerned about the Hunter Rank. Not interested?

"Even if they say so. Besides, the request for that hand is refreshing because the increase in Hunter Rank is the reward, right? Raise the Hunter Rank and the monsters won't get away with it. Honestly, I don't feel comfortable."

"I'm sorry, but whether I feel comfortable or not, I'll get the request. Then it is time to negotiate on its content. Just say what you want, because I'll make it as appealing as possible to your request. I can't help it. If we pack together the recklessness, we'll have plenty of money to look forward to.

"I don't like it. I've said it many times, but I'm not reckless because I like it."

I laugh with pleasure when I see Akira with the look on her face that Kibayashi really doesn't like.

"Do you want to use ammunition, etc. in case of accidental occurrences after the reward jumps? It's about you. Whatever happens, no wonder."

Akira gave up her objections. Because I know perfectly well that whatever you say lacks persuasion.

Akira then persisted in negotiations with Kibayashi on the content of the request. By the end of the negotiations, the sun had already fallen.

Akira is roaring in retrospect of what she negotiated with Kibayashi while taking a bath.

"Alpha, even now, do you think it would be nice to know what the request is about?

'Ask the other way around, but what do Akira think is the problem?

"No, honestly, I'm not sure"

Akira thinks she thought about herself and stuffed the terms. But I also understand that even if there's a hole, there's no bargaining power to just notice it.

'Then we'll have to wash out the problem after it's over. This is also an experience. As far as I'm concerned, I'd like to commend the other side for having been able to cover the cost of ammunition and other expenses. "

"Well, that helped me a lot in the basement."

Akira remembered forcefully overshadowing the difference in power from her opponent, who was absolutely out of hand if she was her original strength, by consuming the CWH Object Assault Gun's dedicated ammunition at all costs. Neither the Yarata Sasori herd nor the artifact raiders could be defeated, even with the support of Alpha, if the original Akira equipment. The significance of overturning it is great.

"Now that I think about it, you were doing pretty lame things. It's like crushing the difference in power with gold. And with someone else's money."

'Let's make the most of that advantage this time. Consume piles of expensive bullets to buy safety. And with someone else's money.'

To the fun laughing alpha, Akira also smiles lightly and returns it.

"It's someone else's money, so if you fire a special bullet for a CWH objective assault gun with a DVTS minigun, it's going to be a lot of things."

'That's a good idea. Let's do it.'

"... No, you can't, can you? That special bullet can't be used with a DVTS minigun."

When Akira has this strange look on her face, Alpha smiles so well.

"It's perfectly fine to use equally powerful and expensive bullets with guns that can withstand that series of shots. You were just in the middle of choosing a new gun, weren't you? You just have to narrow it down based on its performance."

Numerous multifunctional guns were shown extended as before in Akira's vision. From there, products that do not match the conditions disappear.

"That's a lot less."

"Good luck choosing the rest"

"Okay."

Continue the sorting work while Akira soaks (or soaks) in the water. Alpha was smiling (cheeks) on the side (buckwheat) as usual.

The next day, Akira told Sizka about the situation and offered her cooperation. Complete the order for the multifunctional gun chosen after the troubles, and at the same time secure the ammunition to be used with the gun. There is no guarantee that you are handling that ammunition in a Sizka store, and even if you were handling it, it could be annoying if you bought it in bulk on your own. That's what I came to ask for early.

Sizka has a worrying look on her face.

"I know what's going on, and I'll cooperate, but are you okay? Even if it's because we have more expendable items, it would be a lot of money if we had all of them. If you're bad, they think you're selling fights.

Akira answers with a serious look.

"I took consent from a guy named Kibayashi who was in charge of the negotiations once.... To be honest, if you have too much forehead to pass this settlement, I'm just wondering if this request itself can't flow on account of it. Even if something happens after ordering, I don't think it would be that big of a problem if I took it without using it during the prep period for the request."

"You're thinking about it for once. All right. Well, I'll have to pay for the expendable order first."

Sizka begins the process. Similar to the last time, the cost is in the form of an advance payment if accounting is carried out with the identification code of the request. Sometimes the processing stops because of the settlement amount. Normally, I would like the process to be finished without any problems, but only this time, I gently hoped that something would go wrong. However, the accounting was closed without delay.

"I'm through. I'm very happy as a store that there's nothing wrong with the customer's ability to pay."

Akira also returns a bitter smile to Sizka, who laughs bitterly.

"Then the gear, too, please. It's not expendable on boulders (that's right), so it's a separate accounting. I would never want to go to a place where it passes with consumables, even if it's treated like a consumable by some mistake."

"Well, you can't do that unless you're a front-line hunter."

Sizka goes on to finish the process. The withdrawal from Akira's account also ended fine.

"Thank you for your purchase. Sit down. I'll call you as soon as it arrives, so come and get it. I can give it to you with ammunition."

"Okay."

I stared at Akira, who answered that as usual, with a slightly more serious look on Sizka's face. As Akira looked strange, Sizka stepped out of the counter and went in front of Akira, holding Akira gently as she was.

Akira is held in silence as she is, although a little surprised. Shizuka gently strokes Akira's head.

"... I know it's tough, but good luck. But don't force it. Come home properly. Okay?"

Akira laughs a little happy.

"Yes."

"Good."

Sizka let Akira go. In a slightly embarrassing air, Akira and Sizka were laughing to gently misdemonize the air (sesame seeds).

Sizka has a worrying look on her face again. Akira has already left, and Sizka is the only one in the store.

Clouding the look on Sizka's face was her own account.

Akira had previously received a request for expendable items such as ammunition at the expense of the requesting party. And I made a lot of money and new a set of gear. That's what makes Sizka happy with you.

But Akira is in danger of losing all her gear until then at that price. After wasting even fortified clothes, the body is also undergoing some treatment. He was definitely in a very dangerous situation. About that, Sizka also noticed.

Akira received this request for Hunter Rank Adjustment. This is a request for ranking prepared by the city. Even though the request cannot be refused, the situation is very different from the previous one. It would be delightful in itself to assume that the strength that was being lightened was the result of some opportunity to be recognized. If interpreted favourably, it is a request (for) to entertain a promising hunter, and it does not appear to be dangerous.

I also stabbed the nail so that I wouldn't be forced to do it again. That attitude would have reduced the likelihood that Akira would be intentionally unscrupulous. Akira seems reluctant to accept the request either way. I bet you don't stick around to earn a Hunter Rank. That's what Sizka was judging.

Sizka was trying to ease her anxiety with those things in mind. And I hope that anxiety will be a matter of concern, and that nothing will come to an end. Sizka also has a life and an important store. I can't support Akira until I cut my money and tipped off my management. Only if you wish. So Sizka prayed for Akira, and turned away from her own account.

The wish is not leaves. That's what Sizka told me.
