244 Akira's treatment

Steriana is a leading restaurant on the upper floor of Kugama Building. All the dishes offered are excellent from ingredients to cooking methods, and the price digits on the menu are different from the level of luxury shops in the suburban areas. And it offers a delicious dish that will not make you regret paying for it. The condiments are also all first-class items that add definite value to the dining experience, giving a calm but tasteful luxury.

Naturally, significant expenses are required to maintain those environments. The customers who support the store are also suitably wealthy. They have customers who can pay so much money flat that the feeling outside the walls makes them think they're crazy shabby.

And when it's a private room in that store, the price jumps even further, and even if it's bad for those customers, it's hard to book. Sometimes used secretly by the upper management of a company, the history of the use of private rooms is a place where even corporate executives can be grateful for foil (hake).

Akira had been invited to that private room. The slightly larger room is well appointed with stunning conditioning, and the larger table is hung with white tablecloths that emit a glowing texture. On top of that was a line of dishes that corresponded to what existed there.

And across from the table, Kibayashi was sitting, laughing in a very good mood.

"But you're really the one who won't bore me"

Akira was also in a good mood thanks to the delicious (hey) dishes, but she showed a slightly dissatisfied attitude as Kibayashi laughed.

"Even I like it. I don't see it like that."

"I know. That's why I like you."

When she saw Kibayashi laughing for fun, Akira exhaled lightly.

After the intercity transport vehicle arrived in the Kugamayama city, Akira was transported to a hospital in the fence with the other wounded. And when placed under light house arrest under the control of the downhill as it was, officials were asked to root dig and leaf dig what had happened in the vehicle while undergoing treatment.

You can't help it because you fought those who came to capture (Sara) the old realm connectors belonging to Sakashita Heavy Industries. Akira thought so and answered normally. I was not particularly suspicious because the other crew members were told that they were conducting similar investigations on a uniform basis.

It should be noted that the main purpose of this investigation was to investigate Shiloh's escape rather than the raid. But as far as the hillside was concerned, there was no reason to promote Shiloh's escape, so he was lying down. However, even more rigorous investigations had been carried out on those involved who already knew about it.

After about a week of treatment and investigation, Akira was now called to Kibayashi at the same time as she was discharged. And they were asking me about this incident on this occasion.

Kibayashi kept laughing when he heard from Akira. That was enough for Akira to gently bend her umbilical (navel).

While Akira stays in a good mood with a number of very delicious (hey) dishes, she reminds her face a little bit.

"It'll be good enough. It's time for you to get down to business. I guess we need to talk about something, huh?

Kibayashi was also just satisfied to hear the whole story. Breathe gently and keep your laughter down to change your mind.

"Right. I've had enough fun, and it's time to move on to my errands. Akira, I have a good story and a bad story for you."

I see a strange look on Akira's face.

"That, in fact, is a bad story and a worse story, after hearing one, what's a good story? If I heard that, wouldn't that be the one to say that's a good story now?

Kibayashi laughs joyfully back at Akira, who shows a strange degree of suspicion.

"Don't worry. It's a really good story and a bad story. Then let's talk about it from a good story. I've secured the equipment you've been asking for."

Akira unwittingly breaks her face with a mild surprise.

"Whoa? Really!

"Oh. We were able to secure some very powerful equipment. Armed in the front-line region, both guns and fortified clothing are gear that would otherwise be restricted from purchasing if it wasn't Hunter Rank 100 +."

Akira was pleased that more powerful equipment was available than expected. But then I ask back strangely.

"Awesome!... Is that it? But then I can't buy it..."

"It was supposed to be, but the downhill heavy worker turned his hand there. That noise reward, no, is that a nuisance charge? I told you a little while I was in the hospital, didn't I? That's it."

The case of Erde's repelling is managed in a separate frame from the request for escort of the transport vehicle. Technically, it is treated as something Akira did on her own during a request to escort a transport vehicle, abandoning her holding at Hikaru's request. There was also a risk that it could be cleared up as unpaid in the light of prior contracts.

Neither Yo (more) nor Sakashita Heavy Industries do such imitations. Because in that situation, people attached to the downhill heavy industry side are unremunerated and involved in sales vouchers. However, Hikaru, its rep, was also under house arrest even if it was later mixed with a request to escort a transport vehicle, so its management work had been turned to Kibayashi.

Kibayashi contacted Akira in the hospital and completed negotiations on the matter. As a result, Akira's reward for defeating Elde and the others was put into note by the equipment procurers she had been asking for. Because of this, we succeeded in securing the armament of the front-line region with sufficient funding and authority.

Akira nodded lightly as she remembered the story at that time and was convinced.

"Was it? It was cruel, but it was worth the effort. So, when does that gear arrive?

Akira had the face she expected. But Kibayashi turns his expression into something meaningful there.

"As I said earlier, we have good stories and bad stories. That's the end of the good story. That would have been a good story, wouldn't it? Next, it's a bad story."

Akira wandered slightly.

"Hey, what's up?"

"Bringing that gear from near the front line to here, but the arrival point (rarely) is standing at all"

"... That's what I'm bringing you from that east. Wouldn't that take a while?

Akira also understands the difficulty of inter-city transport. For being threatened, I was a little slapped because I thought they said something normal. But Kibayashi keeps going.

"On that premise, there's no way to get there. Tomorrow, next month, six months from now, next year, I don't even know that. That's how I feel. I don't know."

Akira also looked disgusted by the boulder.

"Uh, what, it"

"There's a lot going on, the various permits for distribution and so on are very troublesome. Strong equipment transportation, etc. also involves difficult procedures such as handing over supplies between transporters. The cumbersome process is all the more cumbersome because of its combination."

"... that if a downhill heavy worker turned his hand to procure equipment, couldn't you handle that one either?

"It's the downhill heavy industry that decides that. I don't care if you tell me. Well, it's as easy as purchasing equipment and financial assistance, but it's going to be hard to find out even transport arrangements. If you do anything wrong, you will increase the number of long-distance inter-city transport lines just to transport your gear."

"Oh, you sure can't do that"

Travelling to the city of Zegelt was all that hard. How much does it cost to carry supplies from the front line to this point? Akira failed to imagine it. Still, I could only imagine that it would cost me an unrestrained forehead. Regrettably exhales while convinced that it is not possible.

"So, all that stuff, what is it?

"Sorry, but that's just a lot to say too"

"Uh."

Akira also showed her dissatisfaction with the boulder. Then Kibayashi laughs somewhere fun.

"Well, neither do I expect you to be convinced of that. So if you really want to know all the specifics, you can give me a hand. However, for this reason, a confidentiality agreement via the Hunter's Office is required. It's a very tough one to break. If you want to disclose information after you figure it out, I'll take care of that, okay? Me and you."

"... is that such a big deal?

"Sort of. If it wasn't for this private room, it would be so difficult to even make this suggestion. So take it, don't take it, don't blow it, okay?

Shake your neck sideways with Akira's disgusting face.

"Okay. Don't ask. You better not know."

"Really? You don't have to hesitate, do you?

"I don't like it. And if you know it badly, you'll definitely be in trouble."

"Well, judged to be someone who knows that from above, it might come with some kind of surveillance."

"Give me a break..."

That's where Akira puts her skepticism on the expression.

"I'll ask. I guess I didn't set up a private room today to make it easier for me to teach it to you?

Kibayashi's playful attitude makes him look away.

"What are you talking about? As a city official, I was just concerned about high-ranking hunters so that I could explain the situation quickly and promptly."

What do you say?

Kibayashi looks back at Akira who is surprised (a lot) and laughs joyfully.

"I'm not going to do weird little work on you either. You don't have to do that all the time. You're a man who entertains me on his own. That's why I like you. Looking forward to the next noise, huh?

Akira looks blatantly disgusted.

"Give me a break. At least your gear will arrive if you wait, even if it takes time. In the meantime, I'm making a big deal of myself. I don't do imitations that amuse Kibayashi."

Let Kibayashi happily shake his neck sideways against Akira, who declared so.

"I don't think so. You will definitely entertain me. I don't know if I'm gonna get caught up in that noise or wake you up from me. It has always been, and it has been this time. That's what you are. Wouldn't you?"

Akira restarted the meal with her face closed (only) without responding. Kibayashi also continued to eat with pleasure.

The food still left was flavorful and quantitative enough to restore Akira's mood. But it took more cooking than before to fully restore the mood.

Akira, somewhat in a mood, asks somehow.

"Hey, I'm talking about not having an eye for (rarely) getting the gear, but I know you don't have an eye for (rarely) as a promise to a hunter, but can't you even make an easy prediction? There's no guarantee whatsoever about Kibayashi."

"Is that my prediction? Sorry, but that's hard too. And I don't know the details, either. Simply knowing the details of the distribution regulations, a decree is laid down on the reasons why the regulations have been implemented. Well, you can guess why, but you can't guess when it's deregulated from there."

"Really? Can't you even tell us why?

"Right..."

Kibayashi thinks lightly. And I shake my neck sideways with a slightly more serious face.

"... no. I can't talk. If I talk poorly, I risk being futilely suspected of knowing that if I had that guess. You're free to guess, but you better stop telling someone what it's all about. That's about all I can say."

"Right."

So Akira remembered a strange catch.

"Alpha, that's what Kibayashi said."

Alpha pushes first.

"If you can tell me my guess, but you can't pretend that Akira doesn't know, I think it's better if I don't, too, right?

'Okay. stop

"Do it."

So Akira switched her mind and continued her meal. Kibayashi, on the other hand, continues to speculate a little more, inspired by his thoughts.

(... Based on that regulation, I guess I got away with an old realm connector belonging to downhill Heavy Industries. If we are caught, the content of the regulation is too slow. Where'd you run off to? You just escaped from downhill management, near Kugamayama City? Is that what you're doing down the hill? Many hunters don't know their exact identities. The hunters are gathered here from all over. It's a great environment to scam and get mixed up with your background)

Kibayashi makes sense and cares to see Akira. Akira returns a slightly surprised face.

"What the fuck?"

"Nothing."

If Akira comes into contact with that old realm connector here, something will surely happen again. Kibayashi thought so and laughed with pleasure in anticipation of the future noise.

When Akira was dining in a private room with Kibayashi, Hikaru was sitting in a seat in the same Stégliana hall. Next door is Sizka, and across the street is the plane and TOSON sales.

Hikaru was under house arrest on par with Akira after returning to the city, but during that time the job itself was still well done. After completing remuneration negotiations with the management of the major distribution, we secured a significant deficit, which is a request from Akira. However, Akira's reward is paid for by rising hunter ranks and gold, but its allocation was deliberately treated as being under adjustment.

Akira wants powerful equipment. However, many high-performance equipment are restricted by Hunter Rank by the seller. But for the most part, it is solemn by the seller, and it is possible to buy even with the seller's permission, even if our hunter rank is lacking.

If possible, I want the performance of the equipment to be re-sourced over gold and hunter ranks to be a priority. Hikaru had been asked to do so by Akira. So I decided to contact Akira's plane and TOSON sales to get involved in adjusting Akira's compensation. What companies want to do with high-ranking hunters is also expect to buy higher-performing and more expensive products. Negotiations for easing purchase restrictions by Hunter Rank would be possible enough. Hikaru had decided that, and it had actually been a meaningful negotiation.

What was surprising to Hikaru was that Shizuka was asked to be present by the airplane and TOSON sales.

In Hikaru's sense, it is not necessary to be present (intentionally), such as the owner of a personal store. But there was also a strong demand from the sales, and I contacted Akira once. Then Akira replied rather attentively to Sizka, asking her to be rude after assuming Sizka's consent. While Hikaru was quite surprised at that, he also had Sizka adjusted to take part in the negotiations.

At the negotiating table, Hikaru saw how Shizuka was very concerned about the aircraft and TOSON sales. Hikaru didn't wonder about it either since he found out that Akira's trust in Sizka was very thick and that Sizka's opinions would affect Akira's equipment procurement very strongly. But I thought I saw the unexpected side of Akira.

Asked about the events in transport vehicles during the negotiations, Hikaru replied by keeping them to a level that did not touch on confidentiality. Hearing about Akira's work, Sizka was looking a little worried. We have asked for data to be provided at the operator's time as to whether sales of Aircraft and TOSON (Towson) can be used to promote our products. The difference in attitude was also a little fresh for Hikaru. The attitude of the salesmen is normal as the merchant of the hunter, which is the same on the hunter side. Because that's what I was thinking.

Hikaru and the others then concluded their negotiations with a sufficiently meaningful content. Hikaru and Sizka stayed and talked about Akira after returning first (in order) to proceed with the procurement of equipment that had been negotiated between the aircraft and TOSON sales.

Hikaru looks quite unexpected when he hears Akira's first visit to Sizka's store.

"He seemed so weak, or was he a normal kid?

I smile lightly as Sizka remembers that time and misses it.

"Yeah. I'm sorry to say this, but it didn't look promising at all as a hunter. That's the only impression I could have of, like, dying right away. I'm better off, but this is the first time I've taken that extravaganza off my first impression."

Hikaru showed interest and nodded lightly. Actually, I just don't know myself, and I pretty much suspected Akira was an agent of the city. But I was a little surprised to learn from Sizka's reaction that she was really a child from Slam Street.

(Akira said, you were also true that you used to be weak. Hmmm. Surprise)

So Sizka asks with a slightly more serious face.

"I'd also like to ask you a few questions, what do you (you) think of Akira as an official of the city?

"As an official of the city, is that it?

"Yes."

Hikaru answers with a slightly more serious face.

"I'm sorry, but if you're going to represent the views of the city side, I have to say you're a very difficult person to handle. Both access to the median compartment and boarding of transport vehicles are persons who can only issue temporary and limited permits. It's nothing to say this with Akira's help, but on that basis, I can't guarantee my personality that I'm a good enough hunter by the standards inside the fence. That's my answer, as an official."

Hikaru answered firmly as a person on the city side, even though he thought it was a little tough to talk to someone who was being cordial with Akira, but looked a little sorry. Let's take a look at Sizka, wondering if she pissed him off.

But contrary to Hikaru's expectations, Sizka laughed somewhere relieved.

"I think that's good."

Hikaru looks surprised.

"Aren't you angry? I was gonna say something pretty harsh."

"Personally, you don't seem to have any negative impressions on Akira."

"... well, I got help. … that's what's risking your life."

Sizka smiled a little (cheeks) at Hikaru, then continued to teach him.

"I'm afraid there are too many dangerous sides to Akira. Even I with Akira can't say unconditionally that I'm not a bad girl. Oh, doesn't that mean you have a bad personality? But in a different way, it's poor quality, weird, extremely easy to run, and that's where it comes from."

"Oh, I do feel like I know that"

"Looks like Akira had a pretty rough time in Slam Street, probably because of it. Weird misconceptions, mistakes, the way things are received, I guess they can add more enemies. So it's also good for Akira to have someone in the city who can handle Akira properly after finding out she's a very difficult person to handle.... To tell you the truth, I just want Akira to remember that even if I were you, I'd go with people."

That said Sizka smiled lightly and bitterly. Hikaru also smiles back lightly and bitterly.

"Even from my short relationship, Akira doesn't look like a good person. For once, but I'll write it down in the City People Rating section so you can be careful from me as well. I don't think any other official would imitate selling a fight to Akira if something happened. I'll write it down."

Sizka laughs and tells.

"When something happens, why don't you take care of it?

Hikaru wandered slightly. Apart from my feelings for Akira, I'm sorry for the noise like this one, and I had no intention of getting involved with Akira anymore.

"Uh, well, I'm with the Wide Area Management Department, so I'm going to finish this request, and maybe I won't be involved with Akira anymore."

"Yeah? Too bad."

Sizka replied that with a smile that looked particularly unfortunate. I kept quiet about my own inquiry.

Hikaru and the others returned to the lobby on the ground floor of Kugama Building, where they joined Akira and the others.

Shizuka makes Akira a little more embarrassing.

"Akira, Hikaru told me that you've been very unscrupulous again."

Akira laughs and tries to deceive herself.

"No, that wasn't my fault, it was a big deal, but it's impossible to predict the situation."

"You lost almost all of your gear again, didn't you? How about a motorcycle is the only gear left safely?

"The product across the boulder was just sturdy and more used on the eastern side. Because of the opportunity at the corner, it was worth the money I paid for it (for safety)."

"I mean, if it wasn't that sturdy of a bike, the bike would have broken, too, right?

Turn your gaze to Hikaru for help, laughing lightly as Akira deceives. Hikaru grins bitterly and pinches his mouth.

"Mr. Sizka. It was my fault for asking Akira for help, so that's about it."

"Really? I can't help it."

When Sizka stopped pursuing, she laughed lightly as Akira appeased (mostly). Hikaru watched the Akira with a little interest. The way you feel angry, scolded, but somewhat happy with what you're getting worried about also looks like a child with a significant lack of experience with that hand. At least, there's no human figure who kills three digits there and is flat out.

But there is no doubt that Akira was the one who killed all of them. He has a sense of indifference and indifference toward Erde, who also shielded himself in transport vehicles, without hesitation. I also knew that was Hikaru.

(I guess that's what you want people who know Akira well, in a good or a bad way.... but well, that's why I'm having trouble telling you)

Hikaru stands in front of Akira when he returns the bitter laughter he was unconsciously floating to his loving smile.

"Akira. We've cleared up the reward case, and we've separated it. I'm done with all the requests I asked for. Good luck."

"Right. Good luck Hikaru."

"I don't think you're going to do Akira any more favors from me, but I'll see you when I'm on edge. Keep up the good work. But I think it's better to be discreet."

"I know.... No, really, I know."

Hikaru also smiled lightly back at Akira, who had returned a bitter laugh.

Akira sent Sizka home. As Hikaru drops off Akira and breathes out (one), Kibayashi sounds very pleasantly loud.

"No, Hikaru, good luck completing your big distribution related request. It was a great achievement."

Hikaru becomes more anxious than joyful at Kibayashi's attitude, which he compliments with letting go.

"Oh, thank you. I'll sit down."

"I have to apologize for misseeing your skill. I'm sorry. Apologize, but let me pass your previous request as best I can under my authority. So give me a break."

Hikaru looked surprised without knowing what that meant. But I was in a hurry when I immediately understood what it meant by my ability to hold on.

I want you to let yourself be in charge of high-ranking hunters like Akira. Hikaru asked Kibayashi to do so, and in order to make him admit that he had enough strength to undertake the job, he managed the large-distribution-related request in a way this time. And in that sense, he achieved great success beyond what he had hoped for at that time.

That literally means that we will continue to hang out with mountains of troublesome, high-ranking hunters in the future. as I was eager to do before.

Hikaru gets desperate and withdraws his former wish.

"No, no! It was an extra project for me! I learned so much about myself in this case that I will take down all of that request!

After Kibayashi figured it out, he goes on to get out poorly.

"Don't be shy. After achieving so far, its humble. No, it's really great. Let me make a strong recommendation from you too. Competent young people tend to become more connected to tissue activation. Executives skeptical of Hikaru's prowess will return their hands if they see this achievement. Now you're in the middle of nowhere. Congratulations."

Answer as Hikaru makes you look pale and screams.

"Stop! Really, stop! I'm not pretending!?

"Don't say that. It's okay. You can do it."

"That's not what I'm talking about!

Hikaru then persuaded Kibayashi to squeeze his abilities and let him approve the withdrawal of the request. So when I saw the relieved (mostly) hikaru, Kibayashi laughed with great pleasure inside, although he seemed a little sorry on the surface.
