256 Sick talk

Akira's face is slightly blurred when Rayna outlines her story. What Olivia wants to talk about until she meets in person (on purpose) was an unfair adjustment to the card transfer deal that Olivia left with Akira.

"I don't care if they say that now. I told you I was convinced.

"That's right. The question is who's convinced how far? I'll get the details later, too, and I thought that was a little nasty. Well, that's just what I think, so I don't care if you say it doesn't matter in the end."

"If it doesn't matter, why not? Don't steam it all back."

Answer for Akira, who shows dissatisfaction, posing as an expression to show that Raina thinks she's a hassle too.

"I think so, too. The question is, what does Olivia think of the area? You said you wouldn't ask, but you knew somehow that Akira was there because she didn't want to intervene because she was doing everything she could to possess the card.

Well, I know that.

"As far as we're concerned, we've made contact with Olivia, and maybe that's all we need to do now if we return the card to Akira..."

Seriously follow Akira's reaction in a casual way as Rayna says so. And continue by choosing words from the opponent's slight reaction.

"... I'm sorry for all the circumstances over here, but I don't want to return my card if I can. Can you swallow the prerequisite that we don't return the cards, as we'll talk about adjusting the unfairness of the deal later? Please. No?

Akira nodded (nodding) that it was a convenient favor for her, too, for Raina, who was creating a slightly more inviting atmosphere.

"Oh, I'm fine around there. I gave it to you once. I'm not gonna tell you to give it back."

"Really? That would help."

Both Akira and Raina laughed lightly and gave their consent. But Akira is on the surface street, but Rayna was desperate to hide her inner tension. Akira's reaction when she smelled the possibility of the card returning was probably alarming, and her reaction after finding out she wasn't coming back was definitely appeasement (mostly). That means Akira clearly doesn't like the card coming back. I've been thinking about what that means.

Hunter running with slight mistakes leading to death. Rayna continues to laugh and talk in a light appearance, savoring the same sensation as it did.

"So the rest is a deal injustice or a shortfall adjustment, but Siori told me, did you get a knife later? If you're interested in that piece of gear or something, how about we make it up to you?

Unlike Raina, who is pretending, Akira usually answers lightly.

"Well, as far as I'm concerned, it's over, so I'm not going to get any more."

"I think it would be nice to have something you can have. I don't know how to say this, but the value of the cards has changed since then, so I think I can give them even powerful equipment that basically doesn't flow outside the company. I don't know, but we're gonna get better gear, so I don't think we need to be shy, okay?

"No, that's not what I meant."

Raina had a slightly strange look on her face. Why do you show the difficulty in basically talking about what you should only gain? That's the kind of face I dared (ah) float.

That's what Akira decides and adds from how Raina is doing.

"It was originally a story that ended when I gave you my card. But then I got an extra knife in Siori's favor. Because it's what I get, and that's why I overturned what should have been over once. The point is, you're sweet on the other guy's favor. If I get anything else here, it means overturning a deal that should have been made once and for all. As a hunter who weighs contracts and stuff, I think it's a bit of a boulder, too."

"Oh, that's the thing. Surely, as a hunter, the feeling around it matters, doesn't it? I get it. Hmm. But hey."

Akira now begins to suspect how Rayna eats down only.

"Why do you want to make up for the deal so much for me? Are you so obsessed with the fairness of the deal?

"Uh, hey, hey."

After taking a deceptive attitude, Rayna exhales a little heavily toward Akira, who seemed to reinforce her suspicious eyes from the thought that there was a back to a delicious (yummy) story, and then continues to observe it.

"Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah

Raina continues to explain to Akira, who looks surprised to hear that.

Olivia was uncomfortable with Siori and Akira's card transfer deal. There will be many reasons for this, but Raina and the others, who thought the biggest reason, decided that the cards, which were also passed on to them, were only cruel (awful) and of low value.

So by giving Akira, its transferee, something of equal value as consideration for a very valuable card, we tried to show Olivia that we also fully recognized the value of the card.

After explaining that to Akira, Raina continues further with a difficult face that also looks troublesome.

"But it's really hard to calculate what exactly hundreds of millions of aurums are worth of cards, right? If I put a clear amount on it, I'm afraid Olivia's mood will be damaged the other way around if I admit it's only worth that much. That's why I also proposed to Akira to provide the equipment instead of paying for the specific money. Given that Olivia's card was replaced by equipment that was strictly determined by the company not to be released outside the company, it was not possible, but I gave it to her as a special case. I wanted to show Olivia that I recognize the value of the card very highly in that part."

"Oh, is that what this is all about"

Akira nodded as she was convinced. The delicious story had the back as expected, but I was reassured that the back was not detrimental to me.

"That's what I'm talking about. So if you can, why don't you have it? If you're saying you can't afford money or goods, you can ask me to do you a favor, or you can say that I made an awesome, big loan."

In response to Raina's attitude of showing concessions by even talking information that she would not otherwise tell outsiders, Akira also begins to think with a loose attitude of difficulty.

"Then I won't say I can't, but I need one big favor from you."

"What? I can't say I'll do anything, but, well, say it"

"Don't antagonize me."

Rayna gave an unexpectedly bewildered look in her heart at an unexpected request.

"... uh, is that good?

Akira responded unequivocally to that question, which also sounded like a mild word somewhere out of confusion. Answer with a slightly stronger tone as you look at Rayna with a sharp eye.

"If you can keep that right. It sounds like you think it's okay for me to break it lightly if you say so."

Rayna became obsessed with Akira's attitude. Akira slightly reinforces her disbelief in the way it looks.

"As I said earlier, I'm not saying I can't. That's what I'm asking. But if you're not serious about protecting me, don't make a cheap deal and say no."

Raina was being pushed by Akira's temper. But when I change my expression to something serious, I correct my posture and face Akira.

"I can't afford to protect you. But at least you can if you promise not to make hostile efforts with Akira for as much as you deserve to complement the fairness of the card transfer deal. I swear by the name of Rayna Lilart Lawrence."

Akira doesn't know the weight of that vow. However, the reaction of Siori and Kanae on Raina's side (by the side) and their stunning appearance understandably meant that it was a rather heavy word.

"Okay. That's good. Please. I'll thank you."

How can I help you?

I laughed and answered Akira, and Rayna laughed and gave it back too. When Akira unconsciously relaxed to those who promised not to be hostile, Raina also softened the atmosphere by feeling it. Siori and Kanae, who were nervous, also regain their normal composure. That was the same thing when I admitted that the majority of the reasons for Siori's attitude were an alert to Akira, not an alert to the ambush of an enemy in a camouflage state, but Akira didn't pay that much attention either.

Rayna exhales lightly and switches her thoughts from negotiation to conversation.

"I mean, it's important. I'm done negotiating, so if Akira's busy, I'm going home. If you have time, I'd like to talk to you for a second, apart from what you just negotiated. Do you have time?

"It depends on the employer's intentions around here..."

When Akira says so and sees Carol, Carol laughs lightly and answers.

"It's okay. There's no time limit on mapping surveys, and you said you'd prioritize Akira's errands above all else."

"Right."

Akira returns her gaze to Raina.

"Well, it's not that short, but please don't be too long."

"Okay. So, I wanted to talk to you, but I wanted to talk a little bit about Katsuya."

Siori had a hard time indulging in what seemed like an unexpected blowout. Because Raina came up with a very difficult topic to deal with. Kanae also has a pretty unexpected face.

Akira was also quite surprised by the unexpected topic. However, Akira's attitude does not show any signs of vigilance. That was because he swore that whoever was in front of him would not be hostile to himself, and he trusted the oath accordingly.

Raina talks to Akira about how she misses her memories with Katsuya. Impressions when we first met. That I was disgusted at first. That I was desperate to see him help his people and admit it little by little. That the person who helped her was very hot because of the fact that she was biased against women. The fact that we had more opportunities to act together and invited people to think (too) about it. I will also talk about those things in conjunction with organizing my own mind.

Then I recapitulate myself from the past and exhale lightly.

"... well, that's why Katsuya was so hot, but now that I think about it, that was just sweet to Katsuya because we all wanted to stop by. During the spicy hunter operation, we pushed all the dangers and decisions, and instead we all praised Katsuya and made it good. Including me. And because the sweetness of the day is forgiven, the degree of cruelty is getting worse."

Akira listened silently to Rayna, who spoke with a look of remorse somewhere.

"I left Katsuya along the way, but that was also from a selfish idea in some ways that I wanted to be on par with Katsuya. Even if it wasn't reciprocal, I was taking care of him scattered, so I'm just talking about how I should have supported Katsuya as a companion without simply being sweet. I don't know if that would have changed the outcome. Now, though."

Talk that far before Rayna laughs and adds in a light tone.

"Whoa, nothing. It doesn't mean the survivors have changed. If someone had stopped Katsuya early enough, it would have meant that there would have been no more engagements from weird misunderstandings. I didn't mean to."

Akira also nodded lightly without looking weird. But Siori was showing a pretty painful stomach, and Kanae was also hardening her bitter smile. Carol also realized it was a pretty bad story based on how Siori and the others were doing.

"Then I confess, I didn't completely break off Akira's killing of Katsuya, and I have a lot to think about."

Siori blew out. Kanae also had a rare and considerable surprise on her face.

Akira is quite surprised to see it coming out of her mouth. But there was no vigilance or hostility. Raina continues.

"But right? That's why I have no intention of attacking Akira. Because I heard that engaging Katsuya was like an accident, and I don't think Katsuya wants revenge. Besides, I don't want to die, and neither do Siori and Kanae. Akira is strong. I don't know how to say this, but I don't deserve to fight Akira."

Carol is also surprised, as Rayna has always said. Because if it's right for you, it's like saying you might have killed it.

But Akira had not moved at all, and Ning had taken Rayna's remarks in his favor. The idea of going to kill someone as revenge because they killed them was taken for granted in Akira. On top of that, the word "stop" was close to the word "honor" for Akira.

Raina continues further.

"So that I don't make weird strays, Akira will continue to be unsuitable for the future, and I was going to ask if I had a chance to show her the extra gaps. But I don't need that anymore. Because earlier negotiations made it impossible for me to be hostile to Akira. Well, that was just fine."

I laughed and said that to Raina. Akira also laughs gently and gives it back.

"If Rayna and the others aren't hostile, it'll help."

"Really? Oh, I thought maybe he was going to attack me with a katsuya vendetta in it?

"Well, not quite. I signed a settlement via the hunter's office, so I'll do it."

Actually, I was pretty wary of the odds of coming to vengeance there. Siori blew out lightly again, and Kanae had a hard bitter laugh, for Akira so lightly admitted. But Raina was laughing and flushing lightly.

"I can solve the misunderstanding. Above all. Bye, Akira. It's time for us to leave. Thank you for listening. So I'd like to thank you for one piece of advice."

"Advice? What?

Raina makes a little serious face.

"We're not the only ones who don't think it's right for us. There's a lot to survive in Katsuya's squad. Some people were kicked out of Drancam for refusing to sign a settlement, and I think some people signed it but aren't convinced on the inside. I don't think that moving into action is because I understand that stabbing you wrong is impossible to kill Akira. It doesn't fit the bill. That criterion must be getting that much looser. I mean, if it's a conflicting premise, it might work if you think you can kill it. So just be careful."

That's all I say before Rayna soothes her expression.

"Still, I don't think it's a sweet idea to be able to kill a highly-ranked hunter who can contract an intercity transport vehicle escort to a boulder, or someone strong enough to be asked to escort a vehicle to the east. So I suppose it's okay. Then it's time to go home."

As soon as Raina took her seat, Siori and the others began to clear the table and chairs. Akira also takes a seat. The cleanup was over soon. Siori then bows her head to Akira with a serious face.

"Dear Akira. It would make less sense to explain it in more detail now. So just one word. I am truly sorry for your loss."

Akira was looking a little surprised, but soon loosened her expression.

"Good. From the beginning, I thought it was a legitimate deal. Even if it was dishonest from someone who knew the value in detail, it was because of my lack of knowledge and not because of you."

"Thank you. I'll sit down. I will return the atonement for this, my lady, by not being hostile to Akira."

"If you do that, it'll help us too."

Siori was lowering her head deeply and smiling. Raina and Kanae continue laughing too.

"Bye. We'll work together again sometime if we're on edge."

"Akira boy. Again."

Raina and the others return to their vehicle. Akira, who dropped it off, was relieved (mostly) that she was glad it wasn't a hassle.

Raina and the others driving back to the city exhale. Especially when the siori's breath is deep and heavy.

"... lady. Wasn't that too much stepping into a boulder? I didn't expect to even talk to Master Katsuya. If Akira had reacted hypersensitively, it would have been a big deal, wouldn't it?

Rayna smiles lightly when she breaks the tension.

"I thought we had a pretty good conversation. But it would have been okay, wouldn't it?

"That's a theory of results. It's not about talking without thinking, and then talking a little bit, etc."

Seeing how Siori is darkening the color of her fatigue, Raina goes on even though she thinks she did something a little worse.

"Yeah, I told Akira, but I didn't really talk to her about it at last."

Kanae seems a little surprised, and somewhere pleasantly pinches his mouth.

"Really? Well, to see how far your daughter has grown, who used to talk a lot without thinking about it, would you like me to tell Akira Boy why I said that all the time?"

Rayna began explaining her intentions of talking to Akira, bitterly laughing at the fact that she had once been pointed out for her lack of clarity.

From Akira's reaction when she told him she could smell him that she could give him the card, Rayna almost determined that Akira was an old realm connector. Keep talking so Akira doesn't understand that.

It was convenient that Akira asked me not to be hostile in the course of the conversation. I made a slight mistake in responding to the unexpected suggestion, but I managed to recover it. And then from Akira's attitude, we explored how far Akira believed that we didn't want or could not engage in hostility with Akira.

And from the results of exploring it, I decided now was the only time to come up with the subject of katsuya. Now it will be a story on the assumption that no matter what you talk about, you will not be hostile to Akira. Put aside the time and decided it was dangerous to talk after that premise had collapsed due to a resurgence of suspicion, etc. Conversely, he decided that even now bringing up the story of Katsuya and rekindling his suspicions would be taken back if he brought up the sesame sleigh to Olivia.

I thought we'd have to talk about Katsuya someday. I also had my own mood sorted out, because it is very dangerous to be misunderstood as more likely to come to kill myself from as many opponents as Akira.

In addition, Akira gets stronger. Raina thinks Akira is the same person who doesn't think it fits the bill. After the power relationship was completely reversed, the difference widened, and it was necessary to talk before the decision whether to kill it (just in case) became appropriate in Akira.

And explaining the misunderstandings also required a safe opportunity and a reason to convince them fully. Luckily, that was just about right now.

The words of the oath were also necessary (to) make Akira believe very strongly that she would not be hostile. When Akira later realized that she had been found to be an old realm connector, she needed to seal up the extra suspicion because she was still the one who swore not to be hostile to herself. It was determined that the effect had been sufficient.

In addition to reinforcing our reasons for not attacking Akira, Akira's attention was distracted by suggesting more vigilant subjects. It was not a lie because it was true that there were such people, and there was no problem.

I can praise Rayna for how slightly surprised Kanae was when I finished asking her the whole question.

"My lady. Think about it and talk about it."

Rayna smiled slightly at her face. Because I can be more convinced in a good or a bad way than I am known for my past shortcomings.

"Sort of. But you were good, right?

"Was there a lot of sickness? Don't you think it was a theory of results, as my sister said?

Kanae rarely gave Raina some embarrassing atmosphere. Then Rayna laughs lightly but looks serious somewhere.

"I was going to think about it and talk about it for once."

"It didn't look that way."

"Mm-hmm. I don't know what to say, but somehow, when I say this, I feel like we're about to kill each other and we're starting to know the line somehow. I wonder if this is the result of working out at Hunter Operations."

"Oh, yeah?"

Whether the other person is a person, an organization or a monster, there exists a bad hand in dying if you do it. Some read that line ahead of logical thinking, while others see it through intuition. Kanae also knew how the hand felt. But Raina didn't think it was anyone who could tell, and even if she did, she didn't think of herself as someone who stepped from herself to the critical.

Siori exhales loudly.

"... lady. Negotiations with Dear Akira, I commend you first of all for your brilliance. However, if you know the line, we strongly recommend that you take a sufficient distance from it (for your safety)."

"I know. But sometimes you have to choose to live in death, right? That's true with hunter operations, but it can be a big deal if a giant organization executive or something misselects the area. You see, even the once fallen in the clan, they would do something at home that would give them preferential treatment if they grew up as hunters and take them into the mainstream of the clan again, right? Now that I think about it, maybe I'm trying to get hunter operations to build a line of discernment and take it in as a corporate force. Isn't it because you think it's hard to spot a kill trigger when you seem to be muddy inside the fence? Maybe that's what Grandpa has in mind because he's a former hunter. What do you think of Siori?

"Duh, what do you think..."

I thought Siori had a point about Raina's idea, too. But I don't think I want Raina to push me in that direction, so I clouded the word without being able to affirm it. And keep the conversation going.

"And let's say we've cleared up the case with Akira. The next thing you know, it's about Olivia. When you get back to the city, figure out how to deal with the matter. You'll also need to coordinate with the faction..."

So Cioli notices a notification from Chloe. Then I checked the contents and looked at her face.

"Ma'am, Chloe has contacted me to see you straight away. Let's do it."

"Well, there's no choice. I'm not the one you can say no to, and I'll see you. You don't expect me to come and explore a lot of things in there, including the instructions from Alice. He said he was coming over?

"No, he wants you to come. The place..."

Rayna made her face a little rough when she asked about the place. And think a little before answering.

"... yes. Then keep going."

"I'm scared."

Siori radically changed the car's path from the city.
