Chapter 190 - 2.67 A Romantic Honeymoon

Sasha and Levi continued their weekend of fun in the sun on the boat with a nice dinner shoreside after scuba diving. Levi's family rented out a small restaurant for the two prior to the wedding, so they had a nice candlelit dinner free from distractions. It was something the two of them understood more than most of the party. All the attention they received, wherever they went, made their mansion a small-city with a big extended family a nice play to be.

It also helped that they couldn't be tracked or detected by unwanted eyes, which was exactly happening above them.

"I hate to bring this up on our honeymoon, but what do you think Hades is planning next?" Levi asked Sasha while giving the waiter a generous tip.

"I'm sure he's angry that Eris is alive and Pride is in a party with us so I'm guessing he's going to go after Brie's family in some way. I just hope the little ones don't get mixed up in all of that. I couldn't handle that, I think it'd break a lot of our party's hearts."

"Yes, I agree. Speaking of children, do you think we're even able to have one? It's not like we've been trying but it's not like we've been actively ensuring it doesn't happen, either." He asked, smiling gently. "You look great tonight by the way, I love your hair like that."

Sasha blushed. She forgot how Faye gave her an amazing haircut and she was highlight free.

"Thank you. I guess it's up to the gods or fate isn't it? I don't see why we couldn't. I mean if a dragon and a phoenix can make a baby that turns out to be a dragon, why can't we?" She laughed.

"My sword hasn't said anything about it either. Usually she gives me some type of heads up, well, at least most of the time." He said while taking a drink of wine.

"Well, it's our last night, so what else do you want to do before we head back to the mansion of chaos?"

Levi chuckled while admiring his wife's beautiful smile. He didn't want his honeymoon to end and wished he booked it longer, but with the impending war with Hades, he wasn't exactly sure what else to do. He knew Sora would say they could handle it and they should enjoy their time, but he couldn't stand idly by when there were so many young children, two newborns and Luna already selflessly sacrificed herself to save Brie.

"Whatever you'd like."

Sasha grabbed his hand and they walked slowly back to the boat, admiring the quiet Sunday night in the small town they were in. There were only a few shops and the houses had their outside lamps lightly lit. This was the world she wanted to live in with Levi and her family one day, one free from distractions, although the thought of saying goodbye to Brie and not seeing her as often weighed heavily on her.

"Hey Levi, when they were in Paradise, how do you think they were able to handle that much time away from us?" She asked softly.

"They probably focused on their family and I'm sure there were plenty of souls and such to talk to. Why do you ask?"

"Because this is the type of place I'd like to live in. We could live in a house Celeste built for us in a small town like this, with lots of land and nature around so we could do outdoor things as a family."

"I'd like that too. How do you think your parents would take the news?"

"They'd be fine as long as we visited. What do you think our child would be like?" She asked as they continued slowly walking, hand in hand, down the lightly lit street.

"I just hope he or she doesn't get my deception skill," he laughed.

"I'm kidding, sort of. I'm not sure. Your vows were amazing and the thought of a little pink haired Uthra vampiric boy running around outside with Iris, Emma and Emery makes me happy. He'd be more reserved like you but a tank like me, although you can take a ton of pain and damage yourself. He'd grow up like a normal child, like Iris, and not like the god children or Mindy's quick development. We'd get to enjoy every minute of it until he had a little sister." Levi said while smiling, picking Sasha up and walking her up to the docked boat.

They stepped on the boat and he untied it from the post and they walked to the control room, where he pressed several different buttons on the central command system. It was straight forward and easy and drove itself so he set a course toward the lakeshore of where they originally got married. He planned a surprise for Sasha.

"Woah, why is this boat moving so fast now? I thought we were just going to relax, watch a movie and have some alone time?"

"I have another surprise for you!" Levi said nervously.

"I just hope you like it."

"Levi…"

The boat slowed down and a beautifully laid out beach had fire magic floating in the cool night sky. There was a giant blanket laid on the sand with flowers laid everywhere and a giant "I love you Sasha Steele" message burning pink flames in the sand. In the center of the blanket was a fancy bag.

"This is so amazing! When did you do this?!"

"When I went to the bathroom at the restaurant I actually had Celeste here so I could teleport to her and she brought the blanket and the bag. Just took me a minute to do the magic stuff."

"I love you so much. Thank you, you're so thoughtful!"

Sasha threw her heels off and he carried her off the boat after dropping the anchor for the final time while they walked hand in hand to the blanket.

"The gift is for you." Levi said with a kiss.

Sasha blushed and opened the bag, which had over 50 different types of hair dye on top of the actual present, causing her to burst out in laughter.

"You hid the present in the most sentimental way possible. You're so romantic." She teased.

At the bottom was a small box. Sasha opened it and there was a beautiful sapphire necklace hanging from a beautiful silver stainless steel band.

Sasha gasped. "It's absolutely beautiful but why a sapphire?"

"I asked Sora why he always was so selective on Brie's gemstones on the jewelry he bought her and he smiled while explaining that in the books from Earth, people had a special stone associated with the month they were born. Since your birthday is September 20th, I decided on getting you a sapphire one, as that was that month's stone." Levi said with a kind smile.

"Where did you find such a piece?" Sasha said, while handing it to Levi who put it on her.

"Sora took me to a shop in Primrose before the wedding. It was a really ominous place and it felt like the shopkeeper knew Sora, but she also said it will protect whoever is wearing it when they are in danger."

Sasha smiled.

"Well it's the only thing I'm going to be wearing tonight, I'll be in trouble but won't be in any danger." Sasha winked.
