Reincarnated as a Half-God with SSS Abilities

The wedding preparations were complete, set up on the beautiful lakeshore on the outskirts of Haven for the following day’s ceremony. Despite the party’s growth, Sasha still wanted to keep the wedding smaller. She hated being the center of attention. Brie, Leila, Sera, Rissa, Celeste and Faye all sat down with Sasha to discuss whether or not Eris should be invited.

"It’s your wedding Sasha, what do you think?" Brie asked with a smile.

"Well, doesn’t everyone think her soul is shattered? Wouldn’t that ruin the secrecy?"

"I don’t think you should worry about that. They’re going to find out eventually anyway," Celeste said politely. "It’s your wedding sweetheart. This is so overdue! You and Levi have been together one day longer than you, Sora and Brie formed the party. What do you think about Eris?"

"I think she’s been absolutely amazing, treats all of the children wonderfully and she’d be handy if trouble showed up. It feels weird asking her to be in the wedding, though. I already have 5 bridesmaids and a maid of honor!"

"Thank you so much sis!" Rissa teased. "I love that I can call you that, you’ve always treated me like an older sister anyway. Maybe Eris can hang out with the kids and keep an eye on them?"

"Yes, that’s a great idea. I’d feel comfortable with my little Iris with Eris. She has been a blessing. I know what it’s like to come from the other side and I’m grateful Leila made me feel so welcome." Sera added.

"Yes, definitely have Eris and Bishop with the children. Sora’s the best man, Jubelle, Ignis, Aegir, Lucious, and Julius are the groomsmen so that leaves plenty left over to stay with the little ones. Plus we can’t forget how powerful Xander actually is." Leila said.

"We can’t forget about what his new girlfriend saw." Sasha said with a hint of sadness on her face. "I just hope what Eris said is true. Let’s bring her in so I can formally invite her!"

Celeste teleported to Eris, who was sitting nervously, alone in the library. Celeste frowned.

"What’s wrong Eris?"

"I feel like I’m a burden to this wedding and my presence should be kept a secret. Who knows what that psychopath will do if he sees I’m alive." Her voice soft, spoken sadly.

"Well, don’t think like that! They’re going to find out eventually. Sasha wanted to see you."

"Oh? Ok, where is she? I’ll head down there."

"Why don’t you just teleport?"

"I don’t know. Everyone’s been so nice and welcoming over this past month and I still don’t feel like I deserve a place here."

"Stop thinking like that! You did such an amazing job of being an undercover agent. Do you think Sora and Brie would let you near anyone if they weren’t genuinely thankful and happy to have you?"

"I didn’t think of it like that, thanks Celeste." Eris said while teleporting away.

"Oh, hey everyone!" Eris said, surprised to see the group of ladies together. "Am I missing something?"

"Yes! You haven’t asked to come to the wedding and I want to formally invite you," Sasha said while giving her a hug.

"She doesn’t hug anyone. So you should feel really good about that!" Brie teased.

"If you want me there, I will gladly be there! I’ll just hang out in the back or something."

"You should hang out with Bishop and look after the kids. I’d feel a lot better about the potential for what might happen if Iris was with you," Sera said sincerely, smiling at Eris.

"Really?!" Eris exclaimed. "Yes I’d love that. She’s such a little cutie!"

A portal formed unexpectedly, causing the ladies to shift their attention to a couple of teenagers walking through holding hands looking incredibly nervous. Xander closed the portal, took a deep breath, finally relaxing himself.

"Auntie Leila, are you ok?" He asked.

"Yes Xander. What’s going–" Leila stopped as she felt a sharp pain in her stomach. Xander noticed the sudden change to fear in everyone’s heads, aside from Leila, who showed nerves and pain.

"Everyone please calm down. She is going to be perfectly ok. This is going to sound really weird, but everyone needs to get outside with her because she needs to change into her dragon form," Xander said calmly and politely. "Celeste, you need to link with my dad, quick!"

"Sora, I need your link and we need everyone out back." Celeste said, failing to hide the panic in her voice for once.

"Woah, what’s up Celeste? I’ve never heard you panic before. What’s really going on?" He asked while teleporting to her and initiating the linking magic.

"Can everyone hear me?"

"Yes," Koda responded quickly. "Kory and I sensed it right away, so Connor, Shawn, Kory and I are out back. Come to us. She’s going to be ok, right?"

"Yes. She should be just fine. This will just be a little bit... different?" Diana said.

"It’s ok that I talk right?" she asked nervously.

"Of course it is." Brie said in her usual, bubbly and now motherly tone.

"Leila how are you doing sweetie? We’re all with you."

"I’m struggling to change into my dragon form. I’m dizzy, I don’t feel good and my entire body feels like it’s about to explode into a million tiny pieces."

Emma and Emery walked up to Leila and nodded to one another.

"Ready bro?"

"I’m ready sis!"

"Twin Lockheart Unleashed: Healing Barricade!" They screamed.

Giant pillars of white light came crashing down from the sky, surrounding Leila. They then repositioned themselves while slowly shrinking. Each pillar began moving around Leila, until she was fully enclosed.

"Now for the second part, ready sis!"

"Ready bro!"

"Twin Lockheart Unleashed: Athena’s Grace!" the toddlers screamed.

Everyone watched in amazement and smiled. Diana wasn’t able to see everything because Xander was involved, and she was starting to worry the block might be too much. Xander reassured her it was ok and if they felt like she should remove it, they would talk to Athena first. However, the magic everyone witnessed was absolutely amazing.

Golden snowflakes started falling from the sky, landing on Leila, causing her to finally fully change into her beautiful 30 foot white dragon. She wore no armor and no one was sure what was really going on.

"Unleash!" The twins yelled and high fived each other.

Xander teleported over and hugged his brother and sister.

"That was pretty amazing you two. I’m glad you finally worked that spell out!" he exclaimed.

"That was some of the most beautiful magic I’ve ever seen, nice job you two!" Mindy said proudly.
