Chapter 163: Shall We Talk?
While both of my arms were held by Maya and Atla, we arrived at the inn to find Nimi standing and waiting in front of the entrance.
Seeing the figure of me being brought along, she smiled with a troubled face.
Ah... there’s pressure in Nimi’s smile...
"Raide-san, you have to get sleep, you know?"
"But Nimi, I’m not sleepy..."
"Fufufu, no argument. Maya-san, Atla-san, please take care of him."
"Yes. Raide-san, please guide us."
"Understood. Raide-san’s house... for the first time..."
While being seen off by Nimi, both of my arms were pulled by the two of them; I opened the inn’s door and went inside.
When I told Maya to open the door beside the counter, she opened it with a slightly nervous face.
Atla was murmuring "Raide-san’s house..." over and over in a small voice, while Maya, upon entering the living space, looked around the rooms restlessly.
Smiling wryly at the two’s state, I indicated the door to my own room with my chin and spoke.
"It’s mine, but it’s also Nimi’s house, you know?"
"I understand that. But it’s the first time entering a lover’s house, so of course I’m nervous."
"R-Raide-san’s room..."
"Atla, you’re too nervous. It’s just an ordinary room you’d find anywhere, right?"
"As Maya said, it’s the first time in a lover’s room... so I’m nervous."
Atla tightly hugged my arm with a mugyu, sandwiching my arm and body at the same time with her watermelon-like breasts.
I was surprised by the stretchiness of the nun’s habit as well, yet when she pressed that close... well, one of my hands was touching... her crotch area...
Whether she knew my feelings or not, I was led into my own room just like that and laid down on the bed.
Lying on my back and letting out a small breath, the edges of the bed creaked with the sound of someone climbing on; looking left and right I saw Maya and Atla bashfully sitting on either edge of the bed and removing their shoes.
Could they be intending to sleep beside me?
...Both of them are red all the way to their ears.
Lively climbing into bed on either side of me, the two lay down on their sides and turned toward me.
With the momentum of turning onto their sides, their large breasts swayed and landed on the bed changing shape.
Trying as hard as possible not to look, I directed my face toward the ceiling; they pressed close as if embracing from both sides, yet gently, leaving me troubled.
"If you’re embarrassed, you don’t have to sleep beside me..."
"No. We heard, you know? That you immediately try to move again."
"So ’we’ discussed it and decided that when we make Raide-san rest, we’ll sleep beside him."
"...By ’we,’ do you mean all the lovers?"
""Yes.""
"Ah~, yeah... understood. Please."
At the instantaneous replies I had no choice but to be honest, and I steeled myself.
But am I really that much of a runaway?
I should be resting relatively as told...
While thinking such things looking at the ceiling, the two began lightly patting my chest as if soothing a child.
Perhaps used to it from the children at the orphanage, they gently patted in time with the beat of my heart; gradually my eyelids grew heavy.
The sensation of the two’s bodies, the soft sensation of their breasts, and the gentle atmosphere.
Wrapped in Maya’s slightly sweet scent, Atla’s scent of trees, and the scent common to both like being at the water’s edge, a peaceful feeling stirred my desire for sleep.
"Please just go to sleep like that."
"We’ll be right beside you."
Whispered into my ear in voices directed at a beloved person, I became aware of the sensation of gradually letting go of consciousness.
Thinking inside that the maternal nature of my lovers was amazing, I fell asleep.
At Raide who had begun breathing the soft breaths of sleep, Maya and Atla let out sighs of relief.
Raising their bodies a little, the two looked at each other and smiled troubledly.
Just when you think this lover is moving for his own sake, he ends up moving for the students or for us, so we cannot strongly tell him to rest.
Therefore, as a result of everyone discussing, we decided to sleep beside him.
Yet Maya and Atla had been half-doubting whether simply sleeping beside him would make him rest, and were worried.
To such two, Nimi had smiled troubledly and said:
"Raide-san doesn’t notice it himself, but when he sleeps with someone he falls asleep easily. Fufu, it’s adorable, isn’t it?"
So we tried putting it into practice, yet we never thought he would fall asleep so readily.
Maya gently stroked Raide’s cheek as if cherishing it and smiled affectionately.
Atla lay her body down and nestled against Raide, then let out a small breath at the pleasant sense of security.
He tells us we smell good, yet he also has a pleasant scent.
I don’t know the scent of other men, but it is a scent that makes one feel safe, a scent of being protected.
It’s hard to express, isn’t it—we had laughed about that among the four of us when going to sleep.
Suddenly Maya, who had been stroking Raide’s cheek, also lay down and spoke to Atla in a gentle, restrained voice.
"It feels reassuring..."
"Yes... I might be getting a little sleepy too..."
Replying in a gentle voice to Maya who had been thinking the same thing, Atla nestled her face against Raide’s shoulder and closed her eyes.
Maya gazed at Raide’s profile with a smile full of affection, then gradually closed her eyes as well.
In the end both of them fell asleep, and when they woke it was past 17:00 in the evening.
Kissing the cheeks of Raide who was breathing peaceful sleeping breaths, the two carefully got down from the bed so as not to wake him and left the room.
Then they met Nimi who had entered the living space; seeing Maya and Atla’s faces, she smiled gently.
"He was adorable, wasn’t he?"
At Nimi’s words the two looked at each other, smiled bashfully, then looked at Nimi and nodded.
I woke after the outside of the window had grown dark.
Maya and the others were no longer on either side; in the dark room I sat up, stood from the bed, and lit the light.
After making a gesture of stretching my body and checking the time, it was past 18:00; realizing I had slept that much I could not help smiling wryly.
Leaving the room and heading to the tavern, I apologized to Nimi in the kitchen with a troubled expression.
Then Nimi smiled calmly, stopped the hand that had been cooking, and stroked one of my cheeks.
"You’re a hopeless person, aren’t you, Raide-san."
"Sorry..."
"Fufu, I’m glad it seems the fatigue has been taken away."
Being gazed at with a smile overflowing with maternal nature, I grew embarrassed and averted my face.
Being looked at with this kind of expression of Nimi’s makes me feel ticklish.
Whether I should say it makes me want to be spoiled, it becomes a feeling I cannot describe.
Telling Nimi I would help with the tavern, I went out onto the floor and took orders together with Pafa who smiled softly.
That day’s tavern also ended without incident; once the cleaning up was finished the time had passed midnight.
Having been allowed to bathe first, I was now sitting on the sofa wiping my hair with a cloth.
Nimi and Pafa were currently bathing together.
The only troublesome thing was that, perhaps because I had slept during the day, I was not sleepy at all.
What should I do... Just closing my eyes in bed is rather hard.
Crossing my arms and pondering, a pleasant scent of soap drifted; looking sideways I saw Nimi and Pafa coming out of the bath.
I had been lost in thought for quite a long time, hadn’t I...
Nimi, who had changed into nightwear, was wiping the hair of Pafa who had likewise changed into nightwear.
Suddenly Nimi shifted her gaze to me; noticing something, she tilted her head slightly and smiled as she spoke.
"Can’t sleep?"
"...Is my expression that easy to read?"
"Fufufu, this is probably the privilege of having been together for a long time."
Being smiled at with a calm gaze from Pafa as well, I ended up smiling wryly.
Being told that by Nimi, words of rebuttal could not possibly come out.
Moreover it made me feel calm, so I was even more troubled.
While smiling, Nimi whispered something into Pafa’s ear; Pafa laughed softly and toddled toward the cupboard containing alcohol.
Then she took out a bottle of alcohol and a glass from inside, came toward me, and handed them over.
Looking at the bottle of alcohol then turning my face toward Nimi, Nimi rested one hand against her cheek and spoke.
"Occasionally, please have an evening drink while being blown by the night wind."
"...Thank you, Nimi, Pafa."
"Fufu, not at all."
"Nfufu, it’s fine."
I smiled at the two, said my thanks, and headed outside carrying the alcohol and glass.
Since the tavern was already closed the lights were few, and the night sky looked beautiful.
Even though there were street lamps they were far from the brightness of my previous life, so the stars scattered across the night sky looked beautiful.
So as not to block the inn’s entrance, I took a chair out of my magic bag and sat down.
Pouring alcohol into the glass, setting the bottle on the ground, and taking one sip.
Then looking up at the night sky and zoning out, I simply stared blankly at the stars and took sips of alcohol without thinking anything.
Suddenly a pleasant wind like a spring breeze that one does not feel at this time of year brushed my face.
I smiled gently and spoke as if to myself.
"Good evening, Sharle."
"Fufu, good evening, Lord Raide. Can’t sleep?"
"Yeah, I slept too much during the day."
"If it’s all right with me, shall we talk?"
"Yeah... may I ask you?"
"Kusu, gladly."
I took a chair out of my magic bag and placed it beside me; the chair creaked as someone sat.
Though I say "someone," I know it is Sharle...
