Reincarnation into the Barrier Master
Episode Twenty: Marshal Kargi
Sigea Cargi, 68 years old. He is a general of the Royal Juka Army and a warrior of war with the title "Marshal".
"Be like your grandfather. You can never lose a soldier. Defeat is death."
My favorite wife told me this every day. Defeat is death... To the child's heart, this word remained strong.
The Sigean family, from generation to generation, where Kargi was born, is a lineage that has served the king as a knight of the kingdom. Cargi's grandfather is a hero who led a handful of elite troops in a brilliant crusade over the demons that emanated from the Renoir woods.
My grandfather loved Kargi like that. While he is affectionate and luxuriously laughing at his big body, once he holds his sword, he defeats his enemies as God. I liked the time above all to listen to my own martial arts tradition held on my grandfather's lap like that and spoke with lightness.
Such a hero also marks the end of his life. He gets sick, his flexing body narrows without a shadow to see, and his grandfather lays down on the hospital bed with a painful cough. And finally, at the time of his death, he left the world saying, "Live strong", smiling gently at Kargi.
Even that strong grandfather dies. Kargi, who was only 6 years old, became unusually afraid of something called "death".
What can we do to keep him from dying? Every day I thought about that went on. And that day, when one of his grandfathers' periodicals took place, Cargi remembered his grandfather's will.
"Live strong."
Grandpa was weak. The old lady said defeat was death. He died because he was weak. So you have to be strong. If you're strong, you won't die. Calgi, only seven years old, was so determined.
Since entering the Royal School, Kargi has always remained at the top. Sifting the sword did not beat the upper classmates, and in the mock battle in the monster hunt, he hunted monsters more than anyone else.
In addition, Kargi had one talent. I was good at raising people. At first glance, I somehow figured out if this guy would help me or not stand. Helpful, I lent a variety of help to people who I found useful. Praise that talent for someone who can do better than you, and strive to acquire it. On the other hand, I continued to lend my hand as many times as I could to people who couldn't do it more than I could.
If you are aware of it, Kargi has never been pushed or pushed within the Royal School.
There was one classmate in Kargi like that. The name, Bertham. It is the later Marquis of Birtham.
Having spawned prestigious magicians for generations, the Birtham family is a house known as the Sigea family of Kargi and the "wings of the kingdom", based on force. But this Birtherm boy wasn't very good at witchcraft, let alone swordsmanship and other forms of force. He was a cat-backed, poorly postured, hysterical, skinny blue face, and a man who read books all the time.
Kargi didn't even put this Bartham boy on his teeth. It's useless to me, because yes my instincts were teaching.
Growing up and joining the Royal Army, Kargi was promoted well, including when he was 15, when dozens of houses went up to apply for marriage. In contrast, the boy of Birtherm served in the royal palace, and at the age of 15, the same as Cargi, he married the six women of the same Marquis. The Marquis, even though she is a six-woman and although she has seen it several times in the social world, this woman, with her kick-ass, willy eyes, was not Kargi's taste. The blue and white hyoro man and the blind woman, this suits them, laughed at each other in company.
He became a father at the age of 17 and then had more side chambers and children as he made his promotion. In contrast, although the Birtherms were finally given a child, the baby died soon after. Kargi interpreted this also because of the birth of a weak child from a weak parent.
At one point, there was an incident in which a neighboring Hedata border army crossed the border and looted it from a nearby town. Sooner or later, Kargi led the army and destroyed Hedata's army with brilliant control.
This martial arts resonated with neighboring countries, and Kargi's fame increased even further.
Since becoming Legion Leader, Kargi indulged in the education of the Royal Army. One must not be strong. Strong soldiers lead to strong countries. If the country becomes stronger, it will not perish. Yes, it stops dying.
Kargi's education was, to put it well, efficient and, to put it badly, sparta. I didn't even go as far as with the whole army, but I imposed fairly rigorous training on my direct reports. For example, a small group of troops were organized to conduct training that was extremely likely to die, such as picking up eggs from Wyburn's nest. Naturally, there were some who would feed on Wyburn, but most of them would not even get hurt rather than die strangely.
As a result, these harsh training dramatically improved the quality of soldiers. And he became recognised in the country as an army of Kargi = the strongest army in the kingdom.
Meanwhile, the demonic eggs brought back were to be lined up at the Cargi family table. At one point I discovered a demon in a forest river that seemed to be the toddler body of a chief dragon. The demon itself could easily be crusaded, but it had a strong vitality and was not quite desperate. I took him back to the mansion to play and tried to educate this chief dragon. Even when it comes to education, if you listen, you praise and give water and food, if you don't listen, you just didn't give water and food until you were on the verge of dying.
The chief dragon is said to be fierce, but this education was unexpectedly successful and became a warcraft that faithfully obeyed the orders of Kargi. Kargi then became interested in "demonic education", fusing Wyburn eggs brought back as part of his training, and living to educate him to become his obedient thoroughly from his toddler body.
Against the king, who was caged in the rear palace and did not care about his affairs, he sent his wife in as the chief lady chief of the rear palace, from which he performed his eulogy. The king in the chamber had no doubt and gave unconditional approval for the superiority communicated by his wife.
All Kargi's performances are allowed - such assessments eventually pushed Kargi to the top of the Royal Army. Calgi, given the title of "Marshal", had no doubt whatsoever that the future, open as the coming westerns, would come.
Meanwhile, Bertham, who marquised the Marquis, was secretly expanding his forces within the royal palace. He was unsuitable for witchcraft and force, but showed genius for clerical work. Handle the documents quickly and carefully and come up with very efficient laws and regulations. If you are aware, the Marquis of Birtham was the Grand Chancellor, taking charge of finance and general affairs within the kingdom.
Kargi, who is holding the king, had no such rise of Birtherm in his eyes. However, the Marquis of Birtham sent his wife as a tutor to the young King Prince, who was to be responsible for the education of the next King.
Then for a few years, at one point, Kargi and Birtham had confronted each other over an increase in the Royal Army.
"The Royal Army should be reinforced more. Headata holds twice the number of soldiers in our country. As it is, it will be devastated if it is attacked by Headata"
"Headata hasn't been able to afford a barracks since last year's murder. You won't be able to invade."
"That would be more of an opportunity. We should attack Headata and expand our territory."
"We just attacked Headata and we can't keep the occupied territories. There are limits to the Kingdom's barracks."
"What a fool! All you have to do is take food from the neighborhood!
"The country cannot operate without the support of its inhabitants. The first step is to increase the kingdom's strength."
"... you agree with the Marquis. The reinforcements will be dropped off."
It was Prince Wang who struck out the meeting. Other cabinet members have agreed. It was the first humiliation I felt that I could not get my opinion through.
Since Prince Wang took office as Regent, Cargi's words have become increasingly distant. The world is won by the strong. Strong things beat weak things and take what they want. I don't see why it's that simple. Kargi's agony only deepened.
They have good conjunctors in the Birtham family. Kargi used this junctionalist to set up an operation to invade another country. But it was dismissed lightly.
"It's reckless to let Linos tie the line and invade another country. If Linos' MP runs out, we're done, right? First of all, what are we going to do about occupying some areas? Linos will be used in the Royal Palace as the guardian of the Royal Palace."
Stupid. Why can't you attack when you have a hand to attack. Iloha in battle also doesn't know. Hiyoko said something of his own accord... and Kargi's anger was about to reach its peak.
One time I saw myself in the mirror. My hair greyed and became much like my grandfather's shadow. I'm over my grandfather's age, if you think about it. How many more years can you live? This country is in danger. We have to do something. Kargi, who thought so, made the decision.
Weak things make the country weak. Then we must remove the weakness.
The action was quick. The king's brother, who did not scorn his brother's king from day to day, joined the army of the Kingdom lightly. And when they hear that there are Elsa and Falco in the royal palace, the army of eighty thousand kingdoms will take action according to the hands and feet of Cargi.
Operation Occupy was more successful than I thought. Even in the midst of successive captures of opponent nobles, royalties, queens, and side chambers, the king never ceased to act with girls who were not old enough, and consequently took them naked.
The biggest obstacle was Falco the Great Mage, but this one let Madoissen finish. Suddenly he slashed off his arm, so that neither his servant archdeacon could emit magic, and either he was to suffer a wound close to a fatal wound, or he was able to capture it almost without harm.
All the disturbing beings could be erased. This conjugal will have to be killed, too. It hurt to lose the Great Mage and the Connector, but that would be anything. Be strong. If you become strong, you will not die. Myself and my country. I thought so, and what Kargi saw as he began to imagine his future... was a building that was going to collapse.
"Linos, don't! Get down on your knees!
I can hear Wyton screaming next door. Why? Soon after considering the cause, Kargi was swallowed by the waves of the building and lost consciousness.
