Restart: The World Savior's New Beginning

After a little bit of wait, very soon it was time for the special meeting to start. Taking advantage of this waiting period, Nyxarae had managed to unlock more Original Daemon Body parts.

Currently, both of her hands, both of her eyes, her newly created horns and her tail had finished the transformation. And as a result of that, even without her actual powers, Nyxarae had became quite strong with the disguise of Veronica.

At the current moment, with just the demonic body that she had prepared as her vessel, Nyxarae was capable of reaching the strength of a rank 7 powerhouse. Fighting equally with a rank 8 was also a possibility if she went all out.

So there was no doubt that she was making good progress quite quickly. But this was not enough. She was still just a ruler of an insignificant part of the upper layers. So in order to truly spread her influence in the world of the Demons, she definitely needed to reach the lower layers and have base there.

And this special party in question was the perfect opportunity for getting something like that. With quite a few people from the lower layers present for the party, Nyxarae was very as sure she would be able to move to the 400th layer of the Helius mega world without any doubt with proper connections. So Nyxarae was taking this metting very seriously.

So just like that, soon it was time for the special meeting to begin. Byron escorted Veronica to the meeting hall that was located in the 500th layer.

The venue was a beautiful palace that was rich in Dark Demonic energy. But that was not the speciality of this venue but a common feature of the deeper layers.

Nyxarae actually felt quite comfortable here. Now she was really looking forward to getting a place of her own in the lower layers. She was even willing to take some risks for this aim of hers.

Then as she entered a large room, she came across a massive table and about a dozen of individuals sitting there. Behind all the sitting individuals, there were one or two attendants present.

Byron was one of the big shot here and he also had two attendant with him. Nyxarae in the form of Veronica was one of them and the other one was a seriously looking lady wearing a suit like dress.

As soon as their group entered the room, Veronica immediately attracted all the attention. With the valiant and powerful aura that she was giving off, it was hard to not noticed her.

This was something that Nyxarae was doing intentionally. She wanted to attack all the attention in this meeting.

She was planning for her path of the Empress to be domineering. So in that case, staying lowkey and hiding her strength was not the way. So she was showing off as much as she could.

And the effect of this was extremely good. They knew that Veronica was just a country bumpkin from upper layers. So they had expected her strength to be at most rank 4 and nothing else.

But that was but true at all. With the aura that Veronica was giving off, it was clearly able to intimidate even the rank 7 and rank 8 powerhouses present here and make them to worry.

So just like that, with a little show of her power, Nyxarae was able to become the centre of attention here. Now she went just waiting for the main meeting to start.

But before that could happen, suddenly the people in charge of this venue tensed up. And at the same time, the participants of this meeting also sensed a vast source of Demonic energy suddenly appearing close to the venue.

There were some rumours that the Lord of Chaotic Ocean might participate in the meeting this time and this speculation turned out to be the truth.

Sensing this, Nyxarae was actually impressed. This man, who was called the Lord of Chaotic Ocean, he was without a doubt worthy of his status of a genius. His strength and foundation both were quite impressive even according to Nyxarae’s super high standard.

Then he also entered the special meeting venue with his two subordinates. And suprisingly both of them were people that the powerhouses present here were not familiar with.

And even more suprisingly was the fact that both of these new demons were super strong. The older looking gentleman with a beautiful curved horn was a rank 9 powerhouse and was the second strongest person here after the lord of Chaotic Ocean himself.

And the serious looking lady beside him was a rank 8 with her strength definitely making her to be in upper tier of rank 8.

This made the all the demons here to feel very threatened. They were obviously supporting the Lord of Chaotic Ocean with the intention of gaining his protection and benefit from his generosity in the near future.

But if more people joined, then that would make their benefits to be lowered. And that was the reason why the people present here were feeling terrible about this development. But they were still unable to say anything to the Lord of Chaotic Ocean regarding this matter.

Then after he took the seat, the meeting started. One of the peak rank 8 demon was the first one to speak up and he very respectfully asked Lapmyres about the two new attendants that he had with him.

This demon was quite well spoken and make sure to not reveal any of his dissatisfaction regarding this matter. And Lord of Chaotic Ocean gave them a clear answer.

"Hahaha, these two are the result of my new sucessful conquest. I have managed to conquer a hidden part of the 511th layer and had made these two guardians of that special area into my loyal slaves."

As the people sitting on the table heard this, their gloomy expression disappeared completely and they started to praise Lapmyres with all their might.

If these two were actually slaves and not collaborators like them, then they were not going to get any part of the benefits. In that case, demons present here did not need to worry and the strength of their group improving was actually a good thing for everyone.

After this, the meeting turned into a normal one. Veronica did not disturb anyone and patiently waited for her turn to come. And very soon, after an energetic introduction from Byron, Veronica gracefully greeted Lapmyres himself.

Then she very clearly declared her desire to rule some parts of the deeper layers. This was basically her demanding a piece of land in those prized positions.

Many demons laughed at Veronica for her stupidity, some were even angry. And all of them expected her to be rejected and even killed by the Lord of Chaotic Ocean for this kind of disrespect behaviour.

But nothing like that happened. Instead, Lapmyres looked deeply into Veronica’s eyes and immediately decided to give her his newly conquered land in the 511th layer to rule over.

So why did Lapmyres ended up making this decision ?
