Restart: The World Savior's New Beginning

The people responsible for this situation were mostly the Gods and the Devils. Among the rank 11 powerhouses, the Supreme Magus from the humanoids actually wanted more people from his race to reach his same levels and assist him. That way, there was a possibility that his Sora could even rival the Celesta and the Helius.

But unfortunately for him, both the Gods and the Devils did not want the current power balance to be destroyed. They obviously did not want this long lasting battle between both of them to become a three way battle with another world getting involved.

So using their superior knowledge and various mysterious abilities, they managed to manipulate one of Supreme Magus’s closest friend and use that person against him.

This friend of his head reached the rank of 11 but then, instead of working together with the Supreme Magus, this person instead tried to destroy all humanoids for the sake of a mad experiment.

So the Supreme Magus was forced to kill him in order to save Sora. Before dying, the newest rank 11 had managed to regain his senses and had told Supreme Magus about how he was manipulated by a collaborative work of both the Gods and the Devils.

After this incident, an enraged Supreme Magus had went to challenge all four of the enemy powerhouse with his life on the line. The Gods and Devils had laughed at him and had tried to wipe him out taking advantage of this situation.

But the Supreme Magus had turned out to be way stronger than what everyone had expected. He alone was capable of holding two of the enemy rank 11 powerhouses back. Not just that but even with four of them working together, killing him was looking to be impossible.

This 4 vs 1 battle had lasted for almost a whole year and several smaller worlds had been destroyed in the aftermath. And as the battlefield was closest to the world of Celesta, it were the gods who had suffered the most damage in this battle.

So, to end this fight, the Gods had asked Momo for help and had given him something valuable that was enough to move him. So as he had the super powerful sure kill trump card, after seeing him joining the battle, the Supreme Magus had finally withdrawn.

After this, the Gods and the Devils stopped their own fighting for some time and joined hands to harrass the humanoid races of Sora by various means. With four rank 11 powerhouses working together, this was a very dangerous thing.

Even though the Supreme Magus was stronger than the Gods and the Devils on an individual basic, he was still just a single person and could not be in four places at the same time. So he was having a lot of trouble fending them off.

So instead of trying to defend, he instead took the offensive route. He also started to attack the Celesta and Helius on his own. And with this tactic, he ended up destroying quite a few cities.

If this continued then at the end, all three of the mega worlds involved in it would end up getting destroyed. All the people involved understood this simple fact and after some time, ended up signing a treaty with the will of the universe as the witness.

According to this treaty, the Supreme Magus had to prevent other rank 11 powerhouses from appearing in Sora for the time being and he would not be able to get involved in the war between the Gods and the Devils.

And in return, the Gods and the Devils would stop interfering with Sora and it’s people. Not just that but they were also going to regularly send some valuable materials to the humanoid races as a form of compensation.

At the time for the deal, the humanoids did not have anyone who was close to reaching the rank of 11. And the Supreme Magus was sure that the Gods and Devils would definitely interfere again if something like that happened.

He did not want to kill more of his friends with his own hands. So at the end, he ended up signing the deal to give Sora some much needed peace. And the materials that the two mega worlds were providing would be a massive help for the future growth of Sora.

So this was how the whole universe was restricting the ascension of another rank 11. As for Momo himself, he was not under any kind of contract but he was very indifferent to the people living in the Nadier.

So, by giving him some gifts, the gods had managed to easily roped him into their plans. As Momo did not care if the Nadier had a second rank 11 or not, he was perfectly fine doing what the Gods and the Devils requested as long as he was getting paid for it.

After learning the story, Chisato nodded her head. She and the other ladies had already investigated this matter a little but as they were trying to avoid alerting the big shots, they were unable to get the full picture from the weaker powerhouses.

Still, Chisato had a question. Momo had told her about all the world but did not say anything about the Phantasma. Why the strongest powerhouse of this universe was also working with the Gods and the Devils ?

And the answer to that was very surprising. The Free Deamer was actually not working with the Gods or the Devils. Just as what the rumours had speculated about him, he was a true neutral party and had no interest in anything else but the world of Phantasma.

But the Gods and the Devils were not worried about Phantasma producing any other rank 11 powerhouse. That was because for someone from that world to reach this realm in the Phantasma world, one needed to get past the Dreamer himself who was basically invincible in his own reality bending dream world. This was the trial that the dreamer had prepared for all the inhabitants of Phantasma.

This was the reason why the Gods were not worried about this matter. Bypassing the Deamer on his own dream world was impossible even in the eyes of many rank 11 supremes.

With this question answered, now Chisato was perfectly up to date with the major events of this world. So in order to solve the situation, she needed to end the war between the Gods and the demons.
