The butler, Zheng Yunjie, approached and gently persuaded.

Kong Jingshan’s eyes were bloodshot; he hadn’t slept well for several days. Living in this neighborhood, he couldn’t find peace of mind.

Zheng Yunjie shouted, quickly pulling Kong Jingshan towards the exit.

"Don’t worry about me, go protect my dad!"

Kong Jingshan yelled, as bodyguards escorted the two swiftly out of the house.

Luckily, the incendiary bombs were thrown in from the window, not blocking their escape route, allowing them to reach downstairs quickly.

The scene was chaotic, Kong Jingshan felt a weight lifted from his heart, and he was ushered into a car while Elder Kong boarded another one.

"What’s going on? Why is my dad in that car?"

Kong Jingshan frowned slightly, with a foreboding feeling in his heart.

"Family Head, we can’t worry about that now, this place is no longer safe, the incendiary bombs were just a warning, we must leave quickly."

Zheng Yunjie explained, then urged the bodyguards to drive quickly.

The bodyguards around Kong Jingshan were all armed, but they were in the open while the enemy was hidden. In a real confrontation, it’s uncertain who would prevail.

Feeling uneasy, he took out his phone and dialed Kong Lingwen’s number.

The car suddenly braked harshly, causing Kong Jingshan’s phone to fly out and get stuck in the seat crevice.

Zheng Yunjie laughed proudly, but his expression became manic.

"I thought Xu Wan would divorce you after finding out, and I could take advantage to comfort and encourage her, and she would be with me. Who knew she chose to endure, until Cao Yumei’s belly grew big enough, forcing her to confront Cao Yumei in the hospital."

"You bastard!"
