From the end of November to the beginning of December, the 12-day MRS meeting finally came to a close.

At the closing ceremony, the Ark was invited by the organizers to award the Best Poster Award.

The prize was also awarded 63 because 63 topics had been set up at the Conference and different directions could not be compared horizontally.

Generally, young scholars are involved in poster presentations, while prestigious scholars are responsible for awarding awards.

The Ark is responsible for awarding the Best Poster Award for the PV Materials and PV Devices Branch Venue. The winner is Master Wang Shan from Shanghai Materials University, and the instructor is Xu Lijun.

Though not known for his “wealth", this “material” is quite advanced in the field of materials, especially the direction of photovoltaic materials and their strong direction.

Under the guidance of Professor Xu, Wang synthesized a well crystallized CH3NH3PbCl3 film by using a hybrid continuous deposition method and obtained a coplanar inserted CH3NH3PbCl3 film visible photoblind ultraviolet detector.

This outcome, although not at the level of an oral presentation, is undoubtedly a remarkable research product for "poster presentations” for young scholars.

It is precisely for this reason that her work has been favoured by the panel of judges and stands out from many achievements.

On the podium, instructor Professor Xu Lijun shook his hand tightly in the canoe.

Through brief exchanges, the old professor laughed.

“Congratulations, after this MRS Fall, Professor Lu is the first person in the computational materials world! ”

“Don't you dare,” the Ark shook the old professor's hand and smiled, "I'm just a mathematics professor who brightens up computational materials and needs more intelligent people to make great results in this area. ”

After a brief conversation, the two men let go.

The Ark turned to take the award certificate and souvenirs from the staff and hand them over to the winner Wang Shan and shake hands with the winner.

Holding the hand of the ark, Miss Master said excitedly: "Lu Shen, are you really not going to take this course in Computing Materials in Princeton? ”

When I heard that, the ark was slightly stunned.

I always feel this…

Looks familiar?

After a close look at her, he finally remembered, as if he had seen her outside the press conference hall.

However, he did not change his mind.

“In the future, there may be, but there are currently no plans in this regard. ”

Miss Masters insisted: “Well... I'll report it to MIT. ”

The ark looked at her with encouragement: "Well, come on! ”

Miss Master: “…"

At the end of the awards ceremony, the closing ceremony of the conference was finally nearing its end.

With this world-class material event coming to a close, the Ark boat, which lasted almost two weeks on business, finally returned to Princeton's campus.

At the same time, good news came from AM.

Companies on the Cayman Islands side have been successfully registered and named Star Sky Technologies Ltd according to the requirements of the Ark, mainly operating in intellectual property services and overseas investments, with LOGO being the three staggered Mobius rings.

Thus, after an immature start-up, Ark finally owns a business again and is a multinational company…

While the company is somewhat different, with the exception of the hundreds of thousands of dollars in its accounts, it does not even have a physical office space, and patent management employees are still in the process of being recruited, with the sole business being a bookkeeping accounting firm.

However, it also lasted only the second week following the end of the MRS meeting.

Soon, Startech welcomed a customer in its true sense.

And it's a big $400 million project.

“I didn't expect you so soon, I thought I'd have to wait at least until after Christmas," after meeting at a business hotel in Philadelphia, looking at the contract Carodite handed over, the ark simply flipped over and asked, “Just one? ”

"Christmas presents, of course, have to be prepared before Christmas," Carodite said amusedly. Besides, you have this draft of the contract, electronic file I just sent to your email address. I don't think you're going to sign it without looking at it, so you only hit one copy of the paper file. ”

Of course, no one would be that stupid.

The Ark overturned the contract from beginning to end, and then handed it over to the lawyers assigned by the AM firm next door.

This stuff is a waste of time on its own, or it's better to give it to professionals for inspection. Yumei Section lawyers are also present and the parties will discuss every place on the contract where there may be controversy.

The final step in patent negotiations has already been taken, Carodite naturally won't be in a hurry for a moment and a half, but it's boring to just sit there and wait, so there's a great future prospect for lithium batteries and a laugh with the Ark.

The problem of lithium-crystal has been solved, downstream industries such as mobile phone manufacturers and new energy vehicles have quickly begun research and development of new products, and lithium battery projects from major battery manufacturers are accelerating.

Even without waiting for the black technology like lithium-sulfur batteries to crawl out of the lab, even if the Li-MoS2 batteries are dug out of historic graves, the entire industry can change guns and double the energy density.

In addition to the patent for Li-MoS2 batteries originally bought at a high price, and now that the patent has expired, NEC may cry in the toilet, almost all battery-related businesses will wake up in the face of huge market demands.

Against this huge market, it is imperative for chemical giants like Youmeiko to obtain patent authorization as soon as possible.

It is precisely for this reason that Yumeiko is more anxious for this negotiation than for the Ark.

Whether for the sake of reaching an agreement as soon as possible or for the longer-term benefit of four years later, they restrained the idea of being smart and did not deliberately try to play tricks on contracts.

From morning to evening, after repeated inspections by the AM firm's attorney team, several potentially contentious areas were repaired and the revised contract was confirmed by Yumeiko's attorney team.

Though he knew he probably didn't see anything either, he took the final version of the contract and looked at it from beginning to end, then picked up the pen and solemnly signed his name on the paper.

From today onwards, Yumeike will receive a four-year exclusive license for modified PDMS film technology from Startech for a $400 million price on the global market outside of China, as well as a license for a secondary license.

Startech will no longer authorize third parties in these areas, and all proceeds earned by Yumeiko through the secondary authorization will be shared 50% with Startech.

As for how Yumeiko can rely on a good legal team to “blackmail” his peers after obtaining patent agency rights, it is no longer a matter of concern for the Ark.

A large part of the reason why he threw exclusive and sub-licensed pricing rights and 50% of the proceeds packaged to Yumeiko was that he did not want to spend a lot of time on boring negotiations and lawsuits.

If someone used his patent unauthorized, it was believed that Yumeiko would be more aggressive than him, whether for the sake of suppressing competitors or knocking on a penny.

And when the court issues the ticket, the ark can be split in half.

Looking at the two contracts on the table, Carodite finally smiled with a comfortable smile on her face.

With this contract, Yumeike will have a greater advantage in the lithium battery industry chain.

And for him personally, it was a remarkable achievement.

Put away the contract that belongs to you, and Carodite reached out to the ship with her right hand.

“Enjoy your cooperation. ”

Holding Carodite's right hand swayed and the ark nodded with a smile.

“Enjoy your cooperation! ”
