This outcome, although not at the level of an oral presentation, is undoubtedly a remarkable research product for "poster presentations” for young scholars.

It is precisely for this reason that her work has been favoured by the panel of judges and stands out from many achievements.

Whether for the sake of reaching an agreement as soon as possible or for the longer-term benefit of four years later, they restrained the idea of being smart and did not deliberately try to play tricks on contracts.

From morning to evening, after repeated inspections by the AM firm's attorney team, several potentially contentious areas were repaired and the revised contract was confirmed by Yumeiko's attorney team.

Though he knew he probably didn't see anything either, he took the final version of the contract and looked at it from beginning to end, then picked up the pen and solemnly signed his name on the paper.

From today onwards, Yumeike will receive a four-year exclusive license for modified PDMS film technology from Startech for a $400 million price on the global market outside of China, as well as a license for a secondary license.

Startech will no longer authorize third parties in these areas, and all proceeds earned by Yumeiko through the secondary authorization will be shared 50% with Startech.

As for how Yumeiko can rely on a good legal team to “blackmail” his peers after obtaining patent agency rights, it is no longer a matter of concern for the Ark.

A large part of the reason why he threw exclusive and sub-licensed pricing rights and 50% of the proceeds packaged to Yumeiko was that he did not want to spend a lot of time on boring negotiations and lawsuits.

If someone used his patent unauthorized, it was believed that Yumeiko would be more aggressive than him, whether for the sake of suppressing competitors or knocking on a penny.

And when the court issues the ticket, the ark can be split in half.
