Lesson 24: Target Designation

The oldest memory Sefina has is the landscape of a place that can be called home.

Beautiful plateau away from home. A small log house built there. In two, would the bed have been decorated with a proper fireplace, flowers on the table?

Sefina lived alone with the woman. I don't know who the woman was. However, I'm pretty sure he was someone like my mother. I'm no longer even sure of my face, but only its gentle eyes, stroking Sefina's [visual perception], still remain in my memory without fading.

Sefina's life, where she had a peaceful childhood, changed, starting with the fact that someone like her mother, one day, didn't come home while she was out.

It was not uncommon to vacate a house before, but it was still something like an elaborate day or two. That's when I waited days and didn't come home.

Sefina was severely discouraged that she should never speak of anything other than a meal set by someone like her mother. She starved, as a matter of course, because she had kept the word.

At last, she was Sefina, who couldn't stand the hunger and loneliness and flew out of the house, but the young lady couldn't have known where she was headed or where to go.

It is mere luck to have reached the small village. Thin and thin to the galloping how many days he had walked, Sefina had fallen in front of the village.

It was the villager woman who discovered it. Age, etc. could not be deduced from the young Sefina, but I remember feeling the same warmth in the eyes of a worried woman, like my mother, and being horrified.

If it stayed that way, Sefina would have had a future where she would be protected by women and warmly welcomed into the village.

However, one of the actions Sefina took after this was to definitively determine her future to this day.

Sefina said, "Are you okay?" and bit into the hand of the woman who was stretched out, and cut a thousand pieces of it.

I didn't mean it. She was starving to the extreme.

It was rather even natural to devour because people like my mother offered me a 'fixed meal' there.

The woman screamed in agony and just stared at Sefina as unbelievable. The calm colors of the earlier days disappeared from its eyes, making it a complete color of terror.

Sefina, unable to understand how she could be seen with such eyes, was confused by that gaze, frightened, and eventually escaped.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa."

Along with the roar, it was Bayu who struck Sefina.

Sefina, who was just grabbing Vita right now, also forgets to put a blade up the short sword she was carrying and slaps her.

Sometimes his hands were blocked, and Sefina took it by biting that sword strike.

For her, there was no such thing as killing Bayu as it was, but in fact, she was solidified by the close sensation of Bayu's gaze.

Bayu's eyes, filled with fear of losing Vita, not courage, inspired her old memory.

For a moment, Sefina was slightly, but certainly frightened. And there were a few people on this scene who could react to the slight gap that was born there.

A slash flashed on Sefina's left wrist. Not far enough to cut it off, but the blow had the effect of loosening the power of Sefina's fingers to an extent.

Vita, who then fell out of her left hand, was hugged by Kay, who unleashed a slash from [shrinkage], and ran away.

And now the light enveloped Kyle's entire body, which was captured by Sefina's right hand, distracted by Kay.

The light plays Sefina's fingers with rebellious force like a wall. Atra, Kay's companion, embraced the unleashed Kyle, and this one still fled instantly.

Kay running with Vita. Atra running with Kyle in her arms. It was only for a moment that I cruised which way to go.

Sefina grabs the shard and wields it as she chews the sword into pieces.

I put a piece of the sword on Kay's back, and I did everything I could.

He said.

That's when something stroked Sefina's skin.

No, it's not something vague like "something" or anything. I know who you are. gaze. But that was the kind of gaze Sefina had never felt in her life before. It's like a tough gaze that dirties up the back of your body, to the bottom of your soul. A gaze that denies everything about me.

Sefina did not think, dropping the fragments of the sword she was throwing.

His hips dropped gutted and his knees trembled.

"- Ugh!"

And I felt nauseous.

I can't stand it. This is something you shouldn't have seen. It can't be, and it shouldn't be.

The answer came right inside Sefina.

Move your neck following the gaze you feel. Beyond the adventurers flocking around.

The man who stood in the center of the square - his heir and eyes met.

It looks familiar. I immediately realized it was the man who was Rosolique. But now, the gaze I feel from him was even more intense than then, uncomparable. I don't see why it has changed so much. Sefina was well aware that the light that dwelt in the human gaze altered the wavelength with emotion, but still this amplitude was unthinkable.

Sefina stares hatefully at her heir as she devours her giraffes and teeth. Then he bent his knees, built up his strength, and flew for his successor, who stayed far away. Yes, I didn't run. Kicking the ground with all her muscle strength was no longer close to flying, not driving.

If it had been on Sefina, which flew parallel to the ground, even feathers, it would have risen in the sky with its lifting power. With so much speed, Sefina burst into her heir.

Sefina consolidates her fists.

I was going to beat my heir to pieces and blow it to pieces with that momentum.

But the fact that there was only an heir in her consciousness became a gap.

A rock that flew out of nowhere struck her directly in the head so that she could go out with Sefina.

A rock as big as a human head. The shock, which was born by adding its own speed of progression there, was not at all fine with just Sefina either.

Sefina bled out of her head at the present time of her successor, stepping on her once and stopping her leg.

But Sefina, who was nevertheless more uncomfortable with the sight of her heir than with the damage, waved her fist, which remained stiffened, slamming it against her impending heir in front of her.

Because his legs stopped just before, the multiplication of power by inertia had disappeared, but the blow is nevertheless a blow by Sefina. It's not the usual power.

That was the burnout of the fighting at the Milliardo Chamber of Commerce.

The heir focuses to the extreme against the impending fist, sees out that fist, eats up his teeth and intercepts the fist.

One thing that was different from before was that I now stepped on my feet firmly.

A hard collision sound echoes at the forehead of the heir, while shock waves spread around the perimeter to prove the magnitude of the impact.

In the sight of his heir, the star blinked with a tickle, and the cervical vertebra raised a crease. From the stomping legs you can hear a butch and something chopping through your body, but I don't really know what happened to it because the senses are paralyzed by too much shock.

But - my successor has endured too much.

This time his successor, who was not blown away, drank up the potion he had previously contained in his mouth with gokuri, Sefina's fist, which he took with his forehead - grabbed that wrist with both hands.

And what I did is [magic manipulation].

The heir pours into his own magic grabbed arm. And when he did sense the feeling of the magic shredding, he lifted the nigga's mouth angle.

It was a total coincidence that my heir noticed that.

It was when I was using [The Devil's Eye of Truth] at the Myriad Chamber of Commerce.

When Fried laid his hand on the shoulder of his heir, he saw the red magic that was overflowing from Fried melting into the water that filled the world as they touched each other with their own black magic.

Common sense knowledge for the wizards of this world, but the heirs realized then for the first time that magic had the nature to overthrow each other.

I mean, that's what my heir's doing right now.

He's smashing his own magic and cutting Sefina's magic.

Sefina, who opposes him, moves dull because of confusion.

The same goes for not knowing the meaning of the heir's actions, but more than that, it was inexplicable that the intolerable discomfort he had felt from his gaze until now had disappeared beautifully.

"What was that earlier?

Sefina asks.

But there was no way he could have answered kindly, and his heir laughed invincibly and deluded him with "Saana".

And when Sefina tried to open her mouth...

Chains wrapped around Sefina's entire body, restraining her.

At the same time, a bald-headed adventurer pops up and sticks a giant spear out at her.

Sefina flew back. I'm just saying it has nothing to do with chain restraints or anything. Power. Adventurers who had chains have been dragged the other way round to restrain her. Naturally, it wasn't even some restraint, such as the hand the heir was grabbing.

Sefina grabbed the wrapped chains and gently wielded each user adventurer with horrible force, throwing it at the giant man who stuck out the spear.

When the bald-headed giant gently flaunts the flying adventurer, his successor, who was in the straight line behind him, also panics.

At that stage, the adventurers who were around also moved one after the other. Some strike at Sefina, while others fly support and restorative magic. A massive battle is resumed.

The sight that began to unfold again seemed to burn around the battle until earlier, but there is one thing that is decidedly different.

That means fewer than half of all adventurers are fighting.

The immobile adventurers were those who were unable to determine their attitude by the death of Miriardo.

No, I really want to escape, but it would be closer to the right answer to say those who are weighing the timing.

If there is salvation, it means that those who take the initiative towards Sefina are all powerful, without exception. Thanks to them, the front has managed to be kept.

"... sounds like you don't have enough MP at all than I thought"

Staring at the battle that can be waged, the heir voyages. I should have hit Sefina with a fair amount of MP, but the black magic overflowing from her doesn't look like it's gotten any smaller.

It's something I knew, but I can't cut this magic by myself.

"... where the hell did that bastard go? I didn't mean to run away..."

My heir looks around and looks for Lanza. There,

"Thank you for saving me earlier."

From behind to his successor, it was Kay who spoke so.

"I don't know what you did or how, but I'd have sucked if you hadn't distracted me"

"... what happened to the kid?

"Atra - my people are protecting us both. Reliable."

Even though this was the time, Kay had a powerful grin that gave others peace of mind. I guess it's the man who can smile like that who can help a strange child at risk.

The successor was convinced and nodded, "Well."

"And while it may be rude to say this to hold the title, I think it would be wiser to escape. At your level, you shouldn't even be able to get through much damage. And that rock-flying lady over there."

At the end of Kay's gaze was Lourier, who stuck a scoop on the stone wall of the building.

She was the one who hit the rock on Sefina, who had earlier advanced to her successor.

[Scopper] took the rock and flew it.

"... you see our level?

Under Kay's tame air, his heir asked honestly what bothered him.

"Hmm? Oh, yeah. I guess he's a newcomer to the F-rank. [Magic sensing] to predict the size of the opponent's MP. Well, there are individual differences in MP volume, and there are variations in MP due to skills, so it's not perfect, but I can rely on it there."

The battle continues while we talk about that.

Kay also rebuilt his double sword to see if he wasn't going to be talking in forever.

"So I suggest you just run away. It was brilliant to pull the arr on it and to make it withstand the attack, but that's all. We need to be able to attack faster than we can at least recover."

That's what I told Kay,

"It doesn't look like you guys can attack like that."

and his heir said away.

As a matter of fact, I don't see any noticeable damage to the fighting Sefina.

That was a testament to the fact that none of the adventurers on this scene had been able to do anything like attack Sefina faster than recover.

When he heard his heir, Kay laughed small. That was powerless self-derision.

That's why I'm telling you to run.

"... you mean you can't win?

…………

Kay doesn't answer. But it was silence that rather spoke eloquently of the answer.

"Then why aren't you running away?

…………

Again, Kay didn't answer.

"... is there no way to defeat it?

"Look at that."

Sefina was dancing at the center of the battlefield until Kay pointed it out.

Attacks from around three hundred and sixty degrees will be carried out in a dazzling manner. Swords, arrows, magic, it doesn't matter. I don't even scratch what comes of it. Still, it's the top adventurers that surround them. Some use Deep Righteousness, Secret Righteousness to slide through a blow all over you, but all that remains is a slight wound that never matches the struggle. Even that tiny scratch disappears right after.

"Overwhelming avoidance. Hardness that won't even reach the bone if I slash it with all my might. I can hardly see the effect of the admirer saying that it is abnormal. That's ridiculously resilient. I've never seen a guy so hard to die for. Just to be clear, I don't see how I can kill you."

Kay spilled in remorse. In contrast,

"Avoidance is crooked, so in short, you mean defense is the problem, right? Resilience is better if you drop your neck and let it die instantly, right?

The heir said farewell, as if it were nothing. I frown somewhat grumpy about the attitude of such an heir, even though Kay just thought so.

"Oh? Then drop your neck and you'll just die. Yikes. Hopefully!

"Do you want to ride when I say you can?

The air stopped for a moment in the words of his heir.

"What...?

And Kay sees his successor somewhat flatly.

"Hey, can't you manage to stop me from moving and combine?

"Wait, what do you mean?

"Once combined, I want you to hit the magic with all your might and sharpen that woman's magic until it reaches zero"

"So wait a minute. What's this all about?

"I'm telling you. I'll knock you down with one blow. I just need a few steps to do that. It's not complicated. Anyway, if you cut off the MP, you can win. What do you say? Can you do that?

To the question of his heir, Kay shut up and often thought,

"... what exactly are we going to do?

and skip the natural question.

To that question, the heir, for a moment, let his eyes swim towards the building, but immediately shook his head.

"You think I'll teach you my trump card?

"So trust me? It's a very convenient story."

Kay has a good point. You don't know what you're gonna do, but you don't say, "Aye, I get it" when you tell me to help.

But that's only if it's "what it is."

The heir raised her mouth angle vigorously.

"You're not gonna win anyway, are you?

Kay was clammy and stuck in words. They poked me where it hurt.

"Then bet on me. Whether you can trust me or not, I'll tell you the answer is that I'm here without running. If you're not willing to win, you're not here."

I'm not using demon eyes.

Still, the heir's eyes shot Kay through with pressure like a demon's eye.

Kay, who was supposed to be a B-rank adventurer, felt breathless in the heir phase of the F-rank adventurer. And now in this paranormal battlefield, its breathlessness could also be described as dependability.

"............... you just have to sharpen the MP, right?

It was my last confirmation.

"Oh, up to zero"

The heir nodded.

"Okay. Leave it to me."

Kay decided to be ready.

If it's just enough to throw away, this guy deserves a bet. That's what I thought.

"If you're gonna stop moving, I'm gonna go out with you, too."

"No, you don't have to"

If you're ready, there's a first-rate adventurer. The action was swift.

My thoughts were already wrapped up in Kay.

Kay raised her voice as she breathed loudly.

Everybody, listen up.

The voice that often passes reached all the adventurers in the square.

"For those of you who are free, use" Target Designation "against" Three Felonies Red "."

Huh -? And for a moment the square noised, and silenced.

I don't understand the intent of the instructions and the thought of the adventurers stops. Some began to suspect that it was a mistake to hear.

There, Kay's voice continues even further.

"Get off your own front from those who ran out of MP in Target Designation."

This was the great instruction I read the psychology of the adventurers.

Even if you wanted to escape, for them you couldn't escape. Exactly a heavenly revelation. For those who were looking for a justified reason to retreat, Kay's words were also equivalent to the thread of a spider dripping in hell.

The adventurers did not know what the instructions meant, did not think, and still gripped the thread of the dead in the blood pond.

I don't mind. It was all about wanting to escape.

"Target Designation - Sefina"!

"Target Designation/Sefina"

"" Target designation - Sefina "

"Target Designation - Sefina"!

The adventurers speak up.

The heir had no idea what it was at first, but using [the Devil's Eye of Truth] was a glance.

Something like a string of magic was stretching from the adventurers towards Sefina. The string of magic, when tangled in Sefina, disappeared to melt with her magic, but as soon as the adventurer instilled his magic, it was back on track and re-attached to Sefina. And again, it will be wiped out by her magic, but unless the adventurers stop the magic they pour on the strings, the strings will be resurrected in extension.

"Target designation." You know what?

to Kay, who asked,

"No."

and his successor shook his head honestly.

"It's the initial magic of the first steps. Can you say magic that defines the object to use magic? If you open the opponent's name window and specify a name, there will be a magical path between the subject and yourself."

"Does that mean only the guy equipped with the tag can use it?

"Oh. It doesn't activate unless you and your opponent are equipped with tags. So we don't have to use it against our enemies in action. Normally, when using attack magic, you include an effect range in the spell or [Magic Manipulation] to determine the effect range. But you just want to sharpen their magic this time, don't you? Then there's no more magic."

From the adventurers of the square, more and more magic grows in Sefina. As colorful magic stretches to a single point, it is a sight such as a spectacle from an heir with [Demonic Eye of Truth]. While I know it's a misplaced feeling during the fight, I don't think it's a shame that people can't see it.

Sefina, on the other hand, who was at the heart of the matter, was somewhat confused while dealing with multiple B-rank adventurers. Of course I realize the Target Designation is flying innumerably, but I don't see why this stuff is used on me. Sefina's knowledge suggests that Target Designation is the magic you use to fly healing and assistance to your peers. Even if we are currently using it as a lock-on for offensive purposes, the confusion only deepened because the key offensive magic never flew in.

But at this time, Sefina couldn't afford to think deeply about things.

Because the adventurers, who vomited blood reflexes and were no longer dying and so on, somehow began to gain momentum in Russia.

Kay's voice, of course, had reached the high-ranking adventurers engaged with Sefina.

No one understood the intention, but the Lord of Voices is Kay, the B-rank adventurer. It can't be a pointless instruction.

No matter how caught up you are, it's the race of warriors who have the cash to come back to life with just a little hope in sight. Fighting while you don't think you can anymore, and fighting when you think you might win, will also change the power to inevitably enter.

The adventurers fighting on the front line, each wielding his full force against Sefina. In case you can't think about disarming the tag, etc., attack and continue to attack.

One of the D-rank adventurers got on his knees. MP was used up by Target Designation.

The vanished expressive adventurer still ran to the exit of the square with some horrible signs. He can get away with waving a big hand now.

When his heir saw it in the [Demonic Eye of Truth], the magic that Sefina had already caused all over her body was considerably smaller. But not yet.

Did Sefina get depressed that the string of magic tricks her senses, and she jumps at the adventurers who use Target Designation, following the gap between the B-rank adventurers around her?

The jumped D-rank adventurer was ready to die to Sefina, who suddenly appeared in front of him, but Kay, who broke in with [shrinkage], protected him.

"Well, I'm not going to keep my mouth shut either. My brother was killed!

Kay seeps his anger and peels his teeth off as he takes Sefina with his double sword.

A shadow jumped out of the side of it and punched Sefina in the head.

"If you're talking about my brother's revenge, I can't keep my mouth shut."

It was the man in the silhouette like balls - Brother Bellamith - who punched Sefina in the side. His blow was full force with a gap, but Sefina stays only slightly bled from the edge of her mouth.

"Is that your brother's funeral match, too? It's a bad coincidence."

"Totally."

With them on their asses as they begin to fight, their heirs walk over to nearby buildings.

Gassied at Rulier's head, who was poking a scoop at the stone walls that served as the foundation of the building.

"What are you doing?

"Mm-hmm? Hisatsu, part two"

I guess you're referring to the attack that flew the rock earlier.

So we're going to cover the adventurers.

"Oh, yeah. That was a big deal. But the problem is you did it in silence with me. Didn't I tell you to stay hidden until I gave you a signal?

"Mm-hmm, but I thought Tuguto didn't disappear."

When they say that, it's true that she attenuated the power of Sefina's blow, so it's hard to complain.

"Right. Well, thanks. But now hide until you give me the right signal. Never turn your gaze on Sefina. You got that?

"Mmm, okay"

Roulier nodded honestly as he seeped slightly unfortunate signs.
