The three of them shared the 188-Gold-Coin set meal, and Faye stored the other two in her backpack.

They paid the restaurant a little extra to cover the cost of the dishes.

Just after they finished eating, Faye heard a system notification: [Constitution +1].

Eamon, who had been green, turned completely black and even started to give off steam.

Cole Kensington’s eyes lit up, the corners of his mouth curving into a grin that was impossible to hold back.

Although they had finished eating, they didn’t rush to leave. They decided to wait for Eamon to recover a little.

To their surprise, once the blackness faded and he stopped giving off steam, Eamon returned to normal. The green of his skin had even lightened another shade. The last time that had happened was when he ate the ice-like Energy Gel that had coated Tiberius.

Although he didn’t have another growth spurt, Eamon looked at his hands, his face alight with joy.

He called the waiter over and couldn’t resist asking, "Can we order that 188-Gold-Coin set meal again?"

"I’m afraid not. Each customer can only order a set meal once."

Eamon pointed at his two companions. "But they haven’t ordered this set meal."

"Your party has already ordered once, so you can’t order it again."

Faye stopped Eamon before he could say more and said to the waiter, "Thank you, we understand. We were very satisfied with our meal here, but we’d also like to try the food at other restaurants. Is there anything on this food street you can recommend?"

The waiter smiled. "Well, this is a food street, so of course everything is delicious. Every customer has different tastes, so you’ll have to choose for yourselves."

Eamon got the hint this time. He beckoned the waiter over and slipped a Gold Coin into his hand as they shook. The waiter’s smile became much more genuine. "If you enjoy savory pancakes, there’s a shop that makes excellent scallion pancakes. Just turn left outside our restaurant and walk about a hundred meters."

"Thanks so much! If there’s a way to rate the staff’s service, we’ll definitely give you a five-star review."

The exchange was pleasant. After leaving the restaurant, they turned left to look for the scallion pancake shop.

But were all the pancake shops located in this one row?

Which one was the delicious scallion pancake shop the waiter had mentioned?

Faye didn’t dwell on it. Among the many pancake shops, she simply picked one she liked the look of and bought out their entire stock of ready-made scallion pancakes.

At one silver coin per scallion pancake, the price was certainly steep.

She bought 52 of them in one go.

She ignored the calls from the other shops and didn’t even try one of the pancakes, storing them all directly in her backpack instead.

Now that they had eaten, it was time to leave the food street.

But the food street was huge—practically a city of food. And though there seemed to be many exits, there was only one correct one for them to find.

"Stay close. Don’t get separated in the crowd."

After saying that, Faye closed her eyes and centered herself for a moment, then chose a direction and strode forward with determination.

Eamon was once again scooped up by Cole so they could keep pace.

It took them a while to get out of the food street, but they eventually made it.

To be honest, Commonfolk were a rare sight on the food street.

It seemed most people were realistic about what their wallets could handle.

Once outside, they saw the sky was still bright. But a look at her watch showed it was already 4:22 PM.

Faye then took out three rice balls, and they each ate one.

’I’ll save the scallion pancakes for later.’

Faye could keenly feel the increase in her Constitution. Her stamina had improved, but it also seemed to make her get hungry more easily.

Back on the main avenue after leaving the food street, they found the wide boulevard was still crowded. Faye also hadn’t received any notification that the event was over and they could return.

’So am I supposed to just go back on my own?’

’But Ludo said Nightfall Citadel was a lot of fun.’

’But I haven’t really done anything fun since I got here.’

’And Aquaria has such a huge population... so why are there no Commonfolk faces around?’

’So where did all those people go?’

They wandered aimlessly through the city streets.

From time to time, Smoke People of various colors would drift over and ask if they were looking for any particular activities.

Faye always replied that she just wanted to wander around the city and get her bearings first.

The streets here were wide and filled with all sorts of vehicles. The shops lining the road had people inside, but no visible doors, and all the windows were shut.

Yet, through the translucent, glass-like walls, they could see the bustling shadows of people inside.

’So how does anyone get into those shops?’

Apparently, those establishments didn’t cater to people just wandering the streets like them.

They came to a bus stop. The destination was Dreamland Park, with an intermediate stop at The Third Person Inn.

"Dreamland Park? Faye, are we going to play at the park?" Eamon asked, his voice full of anticipation.

Faye stepped onto the bus platform. "Alright."

’Should we check out that inn on the way? The name is strange... The Third Person.’

"What do you guys think? Should we book a room at the inn first?"

"It’s your call, Faye."

Of course, they weren’t the only ones on the platform. Some of the others waiting for the bus stood quietly, while others were laughing and roughhousing.

Among them were two other Little Green Men, who kept sneaking glances back at Eamon. They looked like they wanted to strike up a conversation but were hesitating for some reason.

Bus after bus drove past without stopping at their platform. Faye glanced back and was surprised to see the name of the stop was "Food Street."

Faye frowned slightly, wondering, ’Does this mean I haven’t actually left the food street?’

They didn’t have to wait long, however, before the bus to Dreamland Park arrived.

As she boarded and took out her bus ticket, Faye decided to head directly to Dreamland Park.

Just as the bus doors were about to close, a loud shout rang out.

"Wait—!"

In the split second before the doors shut, a figure squeezed onto the bus and sat down directly across from Faye.

While skillfully handing her bus ticket to the Smoke Person attendant, she greeted Faye with easy familiarity. "I’ve seen you before, at the Coralisle auction a few days ago. You probably haven’t seen me, but no matter. We can get to know each other now! My name is Sophie Chapman."

’Sophie Chapman?’

Faye stared at her for a moment. "An Octopoid?"

"Hahaha, that’s right! I can’t believe you guessed my race in one go. How’d you know? It can’t just be because of my last name, can it?" The girl didn’t look very old, and she seemed frank and utterly guileless.

But Faye’s intuition told her this young woman was likely far more shrewd than Melissa Chapman.

"A pleasure."

Sophie Chapman let out a short laugh. "Aren’t you curious why I came to find you?"

Faye shook her head, her tone placid. "Everyone who comes to Nightfall Citadel is a visitor. We’re all just here to have fun."

’Speaking of which, did I forget something?’
