Seven Stories Village Issues Preliminary

Three men were gathered inside the house of Bona, the village chief of Siena village.

It's the blacksmith Age, the carpenter Fernando, and the masonry Gaudí.

Gaudí, like Fernando, is a man of low height.

When Age lines up, one head looks smaller.

What makes Fernando different is that he is not fat and not very aesthetically shaped?

In terms of appearance traits, this is a man without a splendor.

But he was an honest artisan.

This is the first time I've seen Gaudí.

At first, as a blacksmith and masonry, I thought I could have a good relationship.

Because it was Age's job to produce masonry scissors and saws.

It wasn't until Age started making automated saws using water wheels that the relationship was torn apart.

I suppose you thought your own work would be threatened.

I've been wary ever since.

Before the three of them, a sample of the cobblestone made by Age is arranged, which Gaudí stares at with a difficult look.

Fernando bashed Gaudí's shoulder in such a bad mood.

"Look, don't look so scared. It's your job before breakfast, isn't it?

"Well, yes. But I don't care that the blacksmith did this, not the masonry."

"But think about it."

"Mm?"

Age is basically in a complete tour position in this conversation.

Before Gaudí, who warned that he was being vandalized of his area of work, there was a risk of being misled, no matter how much words Age exhausted.

Then it would have been much better if trusted Fernando had stood in between and had the place well contained.

"No matter how well Age sharpened the stones, this guy's got a job as a blacksmith. How much can you do as a masonry while you work in a blacksmith?"

"Well, that may be..."

"He is certainly clever, and he has a long day to use the hammer and hammer. But I need your experience with stone selection and processing techniques."

Fernando skillfully lifts Gaudí.

Gaudí, who was in a bad mood at first by dating Agie, but I guess he's not used to being praised.

Every time I listened to the praise, my face turned red, my nose roughened and began to illuminate.

Age also has experience, so I can empathize, but in most cases, craftsmen do not have the opportunity to be evaluated by others.

It's a job that is rarely praised, even when you are complained about.

I always have to compare with my own tough gaze.

And in order to make something better, the rating axis always compares to the best possible success.

When a craftsman who is tough on himself can praise himself positively, it will be about when he creates so much synagogue.

And so I'm really happy when someone recognizes me.

"You, you'll always be polite at the end of the day to make the incision a little cleaner. Thanks to you, whenever I use it, the corners fit perfectly together. It's a nice finish."

"Hey, you've been watching me a lot."

Fernando knows really well.

Instead of praising the good work done, he praises the details that he doesn't realize if he doesn't look closely, focusing on his mindset and efforts as an artisan.

Appreciated, and now Gaudí feels really good.

"'Cause just keep giving him this job. Maybe they'll see you down below Age, huh?

"Hey, don't be silly"

"Because if you refuse to work, who will? Age will do it without a choice. If a visitor is surprised and asks who made it, we have to be honest. The blacksmith Age made it."

…………

"Or Gaudí. Are you afraid that you can compare your arms to Age?

"Who would do that!

"Then do it. Show him what the real job means."

"Whoa. Leave it to me. I'm going to show you my strength without a sound."

"I told you. This village is not the only place to work this time. Keep an eye out for other villages and lords. If Gaudí did a good job, they'd all give him a good rating."

When he nodded at Fernando's words, Gaudí glanced at him to peel out his antagonism.

But this is a good sign.

As for Age, I've never been over it if you're willing to do your job in a good mood.

Fernando's induction was truly brilliant.

When Age glances at Fernando, he cleverly winks one behind Gaudí.

Damn, I can count on you, buddy.

"Hmm. How long do I have to make this"

What Gaudí has is a paving stone that can be as thick as seven centimeters.

But the thick skeletons and muscles are not foreseen or are lifted lightly.

It would be a good battle with Age, who keeps waving the hammer all day.

"Right. First of all, we need at least enough to cover all the floors in this house. Speaking of stages, the village chief's own room, etc. will be fine later, but all places where visitors come into contact with the eyes should be laid down."

"Does the worst mean you need more than this"

"Yes, I would also like the street in front of this house, if possible, to be paved with stones of different colours to make it a road"

Guess Gaudí is making the calculations work.

Hmm, to see where I nodded, it didn't seem impossible.

"When is the delivery date? Have you set a date for your marriage yet?

"It's after the snow melts how quickly. People are coming from the east."

"I guess I can use the automatic saw you made"

"Of course it is. I originally made it for Mr. Gaudí to use."

"Hmm... okay, I admit the awesomeness of that tool. But you're not the one who can use that one the most. It's me."

"Understood."

Hung, and I breathed out loud, and I guess I was content to say what I wanted to say.

Gaudi got a little attitude with it.

"Then we'll talk about work later. Of course stones are better united. Is there anything to be aware of about making it?

"If the surface you lay below isn't clean horizontal, it's the floor, so it's more distorted every time someone else steps on it"

"Isn't that straightforward on the dirt?

"Of course it is. Including the stones that Mr. Gaudí makes, you'll have a three-layer structure."

"What's down there?"

It's crushed rocks and sand.

"Are you ready over there?

"When I made it at home the other day, the crushed stones on the riverbank seemed good, so I plan to use them. But if you were Mr. Gaudí, you might know a better stone."

…… And, naturally. I'm a stone expert!

"So can I also ask you to procure if you like? I figured I could do better with an expert than an amateur."

"And I can't help it..."

Fernando was laughing at Gaudí's back, which he acknowledged.

You didn't think it would work out so well.

Age also has one wink on Fernando so Gaudí won't find it.

However, they still don't look good on me.

Not very much, but I didn't think I could do it well.

It was the beginning of another matter for the Ages since Gaudí pulled him off the spot satisfied with the story.

Until then, Bona, who was silently drinking tea in a separate room, moves in and joins the Ages.

Is it because I saw my first grandson?

Bona seemed in a good mood lately.

"Well, Age. I accepted your plan, but what did you see? It's not just about appearance."

"Of course, sir."

"Right. Shall I explain then? If you ask Fernando, he doesn't seem to understand much either."

"I heard the story, but you said you didn't pin it. So, I asked Age to do some of the actual work herself."

With regard to this remodel, it is based on those of Age's house.

So if you had explained and understood it well last time, you would have told Bona well this time.

You should have tried to convey it more plainly, even if it was a hassle.

Think of it that way and decide not to skip the explanation so that you can understand as much as you can from this time on.

"One of the things that makes me stone the floor this time is that I'm aware of other villages"

"Hmm. Surely the Lords' Hall is made of stone all the floors. That's what I'm trying to do."

"It's a lot more laborious than it is in the earth. It would be an opportunity to dress up to show off the workforce, the economy, of the village of Siena. Mr. Fernando used to be shocked when he went to another village and saw a brick house."

"Oh, that did feel a difference in power. If you say you'll do it in our village, I think it will work."

"I knew it was meant to be. But I don't feel the need to be this. You could name as many other things as you want to put the village's prestige on, right?

Make the meals served from the village extravagant.

Fully furnished.

Show off the iron ware that has become a specialty of the village of Siena.

Bona comes up with one idea after another.

It was easy to predict that any of that would indeed improve a certain effect.

"If you think about it just this time, that's still enough. But the aim is not limited to Mr. Bona's house. We want to spread it to houses all over the village over the next few years."

"What's the aim?

"The aim is to prevent any illness in each house at all"

"An illness is inevitable, isn't it?

"That's right. That's where I got my doubts. [M] I've been saying for a long time that it prevents illness, but is that really possible?"

Bona and Fernando said really strangely.

I guess that's Bona's, no, the reality of every human living on this island.

Sanitation has improved considerably since Age first came to this village.

Nevertheless, it only incorporates superficial habits.

The underlying understanding of why it is necessary remains the same.

Why is something dirty bad in the first place?

How much more Age has preached the concept of hygiene than it has been understood as a real feeling, and I don't see much effect.

For the improvement of the soil in the village, the goddess faith was justified, but such convenient gods could not also be used when it came to health.

When that happens, I'll have to get them to try it later and direct them to the idea of whether to continue because it's actually going to work.

"Some are inevitable, some are avoidable. We can't prove change right now, but the policy of revamping the dispensary is part of it."

"Indeed, the fact that fewer things can work due to illness and injury is a dead and alive issue in the village. But it's Age. Do you understand that remodeling is not that easy?

"Still, I think it's something that needs to be done as a priority"

"You think that's all worth it?

"Yes. I don't want to get sick myself, and I think it's a priority because I don't want someone close to me to fall down."

"... Hmm"

If you get sick in this underdeveloped world of medical technology, you have to wait for natural healing.

There will be medications similar to folk therapy, but not comparable to modern medicine.

That's why Age was scared.

My wife, if my child gets sick. It's just horrible to imagine.

Such fear, I am first and foremost on the way to solving it.

Baths, massages and gymnastics have been introduced, and pharmacies and homes have begun to be remodeled.

Is it okay for me and my family to be the only ones in a comfortable environment and overlook the others?

Thinking about it, I thought it would make sense, even if it was burdensome.

"Village Chief, that's what Age says, and it's good to see how things go and introduce them."

"Hmm. Right. Well, let's do our remodel first and spread it to the executives."

"Oh, don't get busy again..."

"This time the masonry is busier than you."

It was decided to introduce it when there was a good separation, such as the remodeling of aging houses and the new construction of divided houses.

Well, big reforms are one step at a time.

Besides, it would be bigger this time that you understood Age's purpose.

There's still time for the ceremony.

I decided to do the assignments one by one.

While Age was thinking, Bona put the next challenge in her mouth.

"So, what are we gonna do next about last year's wolf control?"
