Section 5 Purpose of the Disappeared Shadow

Leaving the church, we travel south this time around the city of Fretterli. It's a trip to the seaside, so it's downhill, unlike going. So my footsteps are light.

Well, I took my first step as an adventurer in earnest, but it's the guild whose feet are on their way now. The guild is like a mutual aid club, for example a warrior guild brings together warriors, where information and requests are exchanged.

The Wizard Guild was in Auschnell too, but the names are just different and the mechanisms are pretty much the same. Sorletta, my home town and now my own territory, had a wooden guild or something. I can get some idea of the characteristics of the city based on what guilds there are. That's the sale and receipt from your sister.

"You have a warrior's guild and a guild for sailors in this city. And then there's the Alliance of Merchants, which excludes seafood that has been deep-fried. In the meantime, which way are we going?

Mr. Ushna buys us directions and leaves, just like yesterday, and walks in front of us. It's your job from here on out. I can't stay nagged looking at your sister forever. I think tightly.

"In the meantime, we should find out from those who are likely to gather information on the city's land side"

"Then you're in a warrior's guild."

Humph and nod at the words of Ritzereich and Saluena. This is a harbour town, but Mr. Ushna recently said the outer ocean seems to be rough and unable to get the ship out. If so, it is unlikely that the dark elves have already departed aboard the ship from here. Ritzereich was right, I thought I should make the Warrior Guild a priority too.

"Wow, I think I'd better do that too. 'Cause it means we can't get the ship out now, and if Dark Elf came here, I'm sure he'd move to Land Herald."

It was me who was almost useless because of my strength what I was asked for on my sailing trip, but from here on out I should be asked for something else. I can't tell you I'm an adventurer with my mouth ripped off forever. To keep my chest shut that I was one of them, I said so, not surprisingly.

"Right. If I were a dark elf, I'd do it."

My sister, walking next door, flushed my hair beside me with her hands, caught in the sea breeze.

"Oh, thank you, sister"

Another reason I stick out is this guy. I have to be the strong self I deserve to stand next to this man. You can't just be sweet in favor.

"So let's start with the Warrior Guild. Mr. Ushna, can you show us?"

"Ugly. I'll take care of it."

I held up a uniguru walking with chocolate chocolate at my feet. Because from here on out, the crowd will be fierce and her legs could hit her.

Unigumi's buttoned eyes look at me jiggly (I feel).

On the other side of this eye, there's Sarah. That kid who can share his senses may still be looking at me.

"Sarah, look at this."

Sister, I'll do my best. Hey!!

Well, that's how I papered as an adventurer where I was meant to be, so I know what I could do right now.

"Hello. Uh, right...... I'm looking for someone right now..."

"Yes, a request to find people? Now fill out this piece of paper. I'll call you something you can proxy if you can't write a letter, would you like it?

A warrior guild waiting room surrounded by white brick walls. Compared to the outside, where temperatures began to rise, the inside is limp. Was it carried in and out by the shoes of people entering and leaving, where rare wooden floors were covered with sand, and walking made a jarring noise?

"Oh, no, that's not it. Oh, but when it comes to requests, but not to adventurers..."

"... ha"

I'm asking my guild sister over the counter right now. Even so, I can't tell the old lady I'm looking for a dark elf, so I'm trying to ask her a question in a sexual way, but this isn't going to work.

"Oh, yeah. I'm an adventurer. So I wanted to ask you something…"

"Oh, I see. You have questions about your work? Then this is the counter for ordering and clearing, so please use the question reception counter on the second floor of the building."

"Oh, oh, yeah... Oh, but it's not like I'm asking you a question about your job... looking for people..."

I'm apparently, in your sister's eyes, in a rushing adventurer. No, well, I'm not actually wrong, but I'm not. I may be personally interested in something called a question reception counter, but now I want to ask you something else.

"Um, little lady?

"Yes? Wow, is that me?

Naturally. I'm the only one in front of your sister.

"Is your daughter alone? You don't have any company?

"Oh, uh... I'm here..."

When I look back, there's everyone there waiting for a little early lunch about the table. That's what happened to Sorletta's guild, but we can still have an easy dish here. That's why I was sent out to ask for information from my sister in the name of training until the dish I ordered arrived.

"Yes, I'm in training..."

"What, training......?

Come on, they finally made me look like I don't know why. What am I supposed to do with this now? I'm losing it, too.

"And the sleigh..."

As I raised my voice and called my name in a pitiful voice, Toslin, shaking her shoulders and laughing, stood up with her expression intact and came this way.

"Heh heh heh..."

"Hey, you don't laugh so much. You're still desperate to think about this, aren't you?

"Oh. I'm sorry. Yeah, well, that's what happens at first, isn't it? Especially if you're an amateur. That would introduce you upstairs."

"Duh, what do I do? Here's the thing... if you're looking for someone, but you're not asking an adventurer..."

I can't keep my receptionist sister in custody forever by attaching her to my training. I decided to get Toslin to show me an example early.

"When you come to something like this, you have to get this out first."

When Toslin said that, he stuck his hand in my clothes unconstitutionally. From the neck.

"Ha-ha!?

There are a few people in the waiting room who are killing time on each of them. Most of them are men, and besides the fact that adventurer parties full of women are rare, we are noticed. In that, I raised my bare voice.

"Lesson one. First, present what will prove your identity. In your case, it's this holy mark."

A silver glowing holy mark that appeared all the way under my clothes. That's an important thing your sister gave me. There are red gems on there, and that represents my rank as it is.

"Oh, and excuse me. Were you a cleric?"

The moment I see it, the receptionist's sister's complexion changes. My spine was stretched out, always with the same expression my sister was directed at.

"Oh, no... I'm not a cleric..."

"Lesson number two. You don't have to be so stupid to be honest with yourself. The only information I need to show this sister is that you're a red adventurer."

"What, ah, the red rank? Huh!?

And your sister's complexion changes again. Now a great surprise was added there, and I almost fell out of the chair at risk.

"Oh, excuse me. Could you please stay as low as you can that this child is?"

"Ha, ha... ok. So... what can I do for you to go to our guild..."

Sister like me just now, in all sorts of tones. But finally, believe me, I'm an adventurer, and I was able to ask a lot of questions.

~ Holy seal ~

"Ha... no, I... We need to be able to talk a little better."

At the corner of the waiting room. As I slammed into the table there and sighed, Laplice walked in with chocolate and sat down in front of my face. I'm not saying what, but it was pink today. If you're shy enough to be seen, I want you to make a little effort that you won't be seen.

"You used to have a bookstore number."

I was thrown the most gussy word of the opening, and I was painful in my spirit.

"Because when I was at home, I almost knew my customers..."

Yes, I was wondering if my sister at the reception had any information that I had recently seen suspicious people in this city, especially when she said that no such information had been received. In other words, it is empty.

"It's my first time. You don't have to be depressed. And because it's about you, I'm sure you'll get used to it."

"- Huh!?

The feeling of fluttering and touching the hair. That's undoubtedly your sister's palm.

(Oops. I decided I'd work hard, so I said I wasn't doing it right)

It makes me want to cuddle silently to my sister who sat next to me, but it weighs me down.

"Ha! I will try to keep up with your expectations!!

Instead, I let him grip my fist.

"Heh, that's intent. Ask anytime you don't understand."

"But... I expected it, but it won't be easy to find it."

Rizzelaich shrugs as he clutches his cheek wand in the seat next to him on the other side.

"Well, I'm just starting an investigation. I don't know how temperamental you are, but you won't have to rush it."

Saluena is crushing baked confectionery about the after-dinner beverage and giving it to Mippo. But Mippo seems a little busy because he eats in a gullible flash from the edge he gets given.

"One question is what the subject of the investigation was doing around here."

"... Sure, that bothers me"

"Or are you planning to do something from now on... Priestess Ushna. Do you have any idea about that?

"I don't think so."

"Just a quick answer."

Ushna replies with a laugh, getting used to what Laplice says that she can't even dress on her teeth.

"No, even if you think about it, look at it. I've been investigating for less than two weeks, haven't I? Besides, half of them are on the move, and we can do a lot of research. I'm not proud of you in the first place, but you've lost sight of the subject of the investigation."

"I'm not really proud of you."

"It doesn't look familiar. Oh, I'm just gonna get some water."

Ms Ushna said so in light condition and away from the table with patties. At that time, I say what I thought.

"Maybe, but... I wonder if it could be around here, too? Inside the fairy."

So far, when it comes to the purpose of the dark elves I know, it's all about collecting pieces of mourning jewels and reviving Auschnell. Then maybe this time too.

"... ah? Is that it? You're after me again, moaning..."

"Yes, that's it. I told you not to say that word. You're not clogged with brain miso, here."

Laplice decopined by Toslin and passed out without a voice. Laplice has gotten used to it lately, too, clean? I feel like I'm starting to faint.

"That's unlikely. Ushna said that the ocean here has the power to fulfill hope. I wouldn't be surprised if I had that power."

"I don't agree with you. Then you remember Swansy Forest? Dark, ever-night woods even at midday. Only the woods over there. Why are the trees growing abnormally? I had doubts about it, but I listened to it in Auschnell and got to the point. I mean, that's kind of the substitute."

Ritzereich got himself off the table with a little excitement. And she says. Apart from weakening the power of the monster, don't each piece of mourning jewel have another effect? The shards that were found in Swansy Forest encourage the plants to grow abnormally, and the shards that are (supposedly) here have the power to fulfill their wishes? and.

"Then."

Mippo, whose stomach swelled like a raccoon, hoisted a tablet.

"Li, look?"

"If that's why you went here, if you wait there, you'll come from the other side every second."

Did you find any good ideas?

Mr. Ushna is back, but I can't talk about the mourning jewel shard.

"Uh, I was wondering if there might be a fairy in the vicinity. Maybe that's where we're going."

The thing about the treasure was hidden, and I only told him that the dark elves once attacked the fairies.

"I see, inside the fairy. I just wanted to come to the city."

Then I went to the receptionist's sister after all the earlier remarks. Then I could hear it (relatively) this time, but they don't talk about that kind of inside around here.

But even the village chief in Lelton didn't know there was a fairy inside the Swansy woods, so maybe that's what the inside is all about. I mean, there might be one.

"But even if you look for it, how?

……

I kind of felt like I could see the light, but I'm drawn back to reality in Toslin's words.

"... well, I wonder how...?

He surrounded the table, all of them poking each other in the face, whilst simultaneously wearing his little neck.

"... Iris. You sit down. You can't move out of here, can you?

"Huh?"

To the lid, the sister next door rises. Then Toslin, and Saluena also continued to rise. Ritzereich was stopping by me and putting gems in the gauntlet on his left hand side with Kossoli.

Everyone but me had a few women who had just come into the Warrior Guild to send their gaze. I know I don't have to try to remember. They are the people who were with Mr. Lambrick in the church.

When they found us in the corner, they came here more intimidating than anyone else in this warrior's guild.

"Tosliln F. Illiburg, huh?

And that's what one of the leading men said.

"Yeah, I do. How do you know my full name?

They stop in front of Toslin. Still staring back at this one with a sharp eye, but Toslin asks back like that where the wind blows.

"Silver-haired warwolf"

... but that wasn't until then either. Toslin's eyes change when the first person says so.

"Was it Caroteil? I keep him at home. With that said, you already know the rest, don't you?

... Oh, no? That means... you mean Carol got caught?

"Follow me. I'll show you where my people are."
