Tracker

"Are you followed?

We were at the end of the third day when we took a break in the basement sixteen levels.

This still proceeded to the eighth basement floor on the first day, but the pace had fallen forward through the labyrinth, which had become a completely different maze than before.

I had planned to break through the basement fifteenth floor on the third day, so my goal was a calculation I was achieving.

The rest place had been taken by the other adventurers on the first day.

The gears don't engage subtly from there. I'm ahead of schedule, but I didn't get a good break.

Poyo Poyo and Shannon, who watched us party like that, obviously seem to feel signs.

"You're keeping a certain distance and tracking it as far as this one doesn't understand. I had trouble deciding what to do, because it doesn't seem like a coincidence."

If you think Poyo Poyo was plain competent, Shannon was also competent.

"I'm with this pompous trick, but if you do it this way, you're concentrating. I don't think we've even recovered it in battle."

Miranda and Aria, resting, lay down and slept.

Aria, who is out front and is also scouting, has the most drain on her health. Clara and Nowem, who are near the entrance on the lookout, would have liked to have had a break.

But I can't say that either because of the small number of people.

Shannon says.

I was at the Mansion before we left.

Listen to that. I'll grab Shannon's shoulders.

"Why didn't you tell me!

Then...

"Huh? Because both Nowem and your sister noticed..."

Poyo Poyo looks at me and laughs with his nose.

"You didn't notice, did you?"

I couldn't say it back, but I hear it and think about it.

(Keeping a certain distance? What do you mean... are you thinking of raiding? Aim where we packed up? I don't think anyone can move the porter though)

A third generation has spoken from the treasure ball.

"The Lyells are the target... you're a pain in the ass"

The fifth generation tells the story of what if.

"Lyell, abandon the challenge if it becomes dangerous. Let them use their skills as well. What, do you still use your skills?

I tease the blue jewel at my fingertips with the meaning of denial.

Seventh generation says.

'This is why I hate adventurers. Lyell, I know you do, but if you get pinched, you're in danger.'

If you get pinched in a narrow passage, it's a tragic situation when the avant-garde is fighting.

(Porter's shield can be deployed behind him, so will we? When it comes to targeting us...)

I look around, I see Miranda on sleeping aria, and Nowem and Clara on watch.

Finally, I saw Poyo Poyo and Shannon.

"What is it, chicken bastard? Don't get excited in a place like this, not at all..."

I made a noise with the shrug and started taking off my clothes pounding Poyo Poyo, and I was worried about using Shannon's powers.

(It's not my skill and is it okay to use it)

The condition for completing an assignment is that I do not use my skills.

"Shannon, do you know how many?

But Shannon shakes his head to the side.

"Oh, I don't know. Because I'm taking a distance, and I'm not interested. I mean, you're tired when you move a labyrinth or something. I'm lying on the porter's carrier, so move it a little quieter - it hurts! Ouch! Ouch!

Grab Shannon's head with an iron claw, I say.

"Now let's make sure, huh?

"I will! I will. Let me go."

Release Shannon. Shannon, who's out of breath, tells me.

"But it's hard to see in the labyrinth. It's thick, and I have all kinds of information that makes me gnaw. And..."

Shannon saw the corner of the room.

There are bugs flying there.

Maybe he's been following the lantern light attached to the porter.

The second generation screamed.

"Lyell, crush that bug!

I immediately threw the knife on hand and a slightly larger moth fell.

(WHAT)

When the knife hit the wall, I felt my gaze gathered all over the room.

And I didn't care until earlier, but Poyopoyo says when he approaches and sees the moth.

"You're another creepy creature."

Shannon had different feelings. I wouldn't be surprised to see worms like creepy moths.

"Really? It's not a creature, this guy."

Worm hater Shannon says so I'm pretty sure. When I approached him, the moth that looked creepy disappeared.

Shannon says.

"That was a weird piece of magic. I could see some thin thread, and there might be a guy manipulating it somewhere."

I was wondering why this guy wouldn't say that, and Shannon looked at me and swelled his cheeks.

"I thought you couldn't use this guy right now."

"Off. Why didn't you tell me sooner? So why didn't you say"

Shannon makes excuses.

"I just found it! I haven't seen the first or second day."

Poyo Poyo also says.

"I guess. It's my first day."

When I thought about it, Clara came to tell me about the change.

"What's up? It seemed noisy."

Aria is awake too. I'm staring at this one, but I think I'm upset that my hair is rusty and sleepy.

"It's May... let me sleep."

Nowem was monitoring near the entrance and hadn't seen this one.

When Miranda wakes up her torso, she's stretching her back.

"I was just glad it was time to wake up... something happened? When the enemy arrives, you promise to wake him up, right?

While I apologized to everyone, I explained the situation.

Entering the fourth day, he went into a break on the 21st basement floor.

We discussed whether to turn back from that or move on. But in conclusion, he chose the option of moving on.

I didn't have to do it this time, but Nowem and Miranda wanted it to continue.

Surprisingly, Aria is choosing to turn back.

I was surprised by this, too.

Clara gave no opinion because she is a temporary member. I just advise you that you need to be careful even if you turn back.

I give instructions on the 21st basement floor.

"Aria and Miranda stay back! I'm coming forward. Nowem is ready for magic!

I unleashed a bow and arrow, and to the orc who dropped his shield in the explosion, I pulled through the sabel and ran out.

Goblins ran through the side of the oak in the middle of the aisle.

They're trying to ignore me and attack the rear members.

"You guys lick too much"

By the time I tried to get the oak to kill me, the goblins had been cleaned up by Aria and Miranda.

Mr. Miranda has defeated the three, and Aria is finishing them off.

When the oak slashed me, I slashed my opponent's arm and landed. Run behind the oak without being slashed again by the opponent as it is.

Looking back, the oak was burning up.

It is the magic of Nowem.

"You're always powerful to look at."

When I squeal like that, the second generation says.

'Don't get distracted. Pay attention to your surroundings. I ate a stall... I thought you were getting closer to the people you were following.'

I look around, watching the burning oak.

It didn't look like there were adventurers nearby.

I had a sabel and squealed because I didn't have company nearby.

"Can't you pull away and follow me or something?

Third generation says.

'Lyell is sweet, isn't he? Think about how skilled you are. There are a lot of people in the world who have more troublesome skills than us. "

In other words, they may have some effective skills in tracking.

The battle between adventurers cannot be determined simply by the strength of power.

Sometimes if you have skills, that separates light from dark. I see a porter stepping on an oak and overcoming an obstacle.

Even in the labyrinth it was proceeding without problems thanks to its legs.

"You're reliable."

And then Nowem approaches.

"Are you all right, Master Lyell"

I nodded.

"Oh, no problem. Still, haven't you gotten a lot more powerful? You can't beat Nowem on magic."

Saying so, Nowem takes a lightly gripped fist to his mouth and says with a smile.

"It was worth the effort"

Magically generated water, Clara recovers demonic stones and materials from the oak.

I'm getting a little worried about myself getting used to seeing the little girl dismantle the oak.

Nowem asks.

"Do you still care about the folks who follow you?

"Those are troublesome people, aren't they? It's the 21st basement. It's something I could eat as an adventurer just to get here."

Adventurers who strip away their earnings by targeting their peers are certain to exist.

I don't even have trouble with body disposal in the labyrinth.

Because the labyrinth will take in over time.

It's not scattered with garbage or corpses because there's such a mechanism.

Some researchers believed that that's how the labyrinth gets bigger and deeper by eating corpses and such.

"... do you want to turn back?

I shake my head to the side.

"Continue like this. That's settled, I'll keep going. If it gets dangerous, I'll turn around."

Because Shannon agreed with Miranda, the decision was made to continue.

What are you thinking......

Poyo Poyo didn't really try to make a point with Clara.

I'm just saying I'll obey what I've decided.

Is it because it's an automaton? I want you to be as modest as you usually are.

From the area beyond the basement 21 hierarchy, the progress had been sliced into small pieces.

I'm taking a break, and I'm working on a map for my return with Clara.

With a lantern light attached to the porter, the two of us write down a map looking at Clara's written notes.

Mr. Miranda was on watch today.

Aria sleeps, and Nowem sleeps beside it.

Shannon was asleep near Miranda.

"... this is what the twenty-sixth basement looks like"

I looked at the finished map and nodded, too. The labyrinth changes little by little. Its frequency varies from labyrinth to labyrinth, but it is not in vain to write it down this way in Aramsarth.

Even with some changes, it will be roughly the same when returning.

"Twenty-seventh floor underground tomorrow?"

"Sounds like you could make it to the thirtieth floor underground on the seventh day. Nevertheless, Porter is amazing. It's for the labyrinth of Aramsarth, but if you modify it, you can use it elsewhere."

I say as I look at the porter.

"You're not speeding, are you? If you want to use it outside, you should still have a carriage. However, it would certainly be useful for the labyrinth."

Clara nodded and took care of folding the map she had written into her luggage.

When you return, you will see it and go home.

In some cases, it can be a lifeline.

I'll tell Clara.

"Hey, why don't you join our party like this? Not temporarily, but officially."

I've been thinking about inviting you.

It is the third generation that I recommend in particular.

"Finally, you invite Clara, you chicken bastard Lyell!

(This guy imitates Poyo Poyo's words)

The third generation has been asking me out for a long time, but I didn't get a chance to talk about it at the right time.

I've already spoken to Nowem and the others, so it wasn't my discretion.

But Clara lays her eyes down.

"Thank you. But I don't think so."

"Why?"

Clara starts talking about herself when she doesn't know why I've been rejected.

"I used to go to school"

"With that said...... like I heard"

I heard voices from the treasure balls.

Third generation.

"Lyell...... would you be quiet?

He had a slightly lower voice, so I guess he's serious. I shut my mouth.

"I think you've done your studies. I liked books, and I think you're more knowledgeable than normal people."

I snort. Thanks to that, I have been helped many times.

It's just...

"My skills...... the third stage, The Walking Library, is mine, isn't it? So I think you should stop."

I shake my neck.

You didn't think I understood, Clara has politely explained.

"Walking library. Whether I forget the books I've read so far, I only remember my skills. And if they ask questions, they give answers from their previous knowledge."

"No, that's usually awesome!

But Clara shook her head to the side.

"I can't pull the information myself. Ask others questions and answer them...... and if there is any bias in the books you have read"

Third generation says.

'I see. I'm not saying the right answer. As an adventurer...... subtle, but I still think she's capable though'

I agreed.

"But that's a great skill, isn't it?

Clara began wiping with a cloth when she took off her glasses.

"... there are people in the library who have better skills. Don't forget the book I remember. Some people compile the information they get and give the answers they apply. From those people, I guess I'm a degraded version."

"No, that's on the boulder..."

Clara shakes her head to the side.

"It's fine. I'm good at absorbing knowledge from the source, but I wasn't good at applying it. You're clumsy, aren't you? So I only make money doing what I can. Even so, work is serious, so some people often do it."

Clara, smiling at me, looked a little lonely.

The third generation tells me.

"Why are you shutting up! Let's invite him in hotter! When I grew up, I would have definitely made them fall in love with each other!

The sixth generation also says.

"That's Bishi, you'll just have to decide"

I don't care if I get stunned.

With that in mind, Nowem, who rose up loosely, approached Clara. I couldn't see the expression in the lantern light and was just a little scared.

And hold Clara's hand.

Nowem smiled.

"It's wonderful, Mr. Clara"

"Huh? Um..."

Clara is confused too.

He looked at me like he was asking me for help, so I smiled and shook my neck aside.

I can't do anything like stop Nowem from smiling and shining his eyes.

"Until now I have misjudged you. You can use your skills to the final stage at that age and it has worked so far...... it is certainly plain, but it was great. You can be more proud."

"Oh, thank you... let go of my hand..."

"So that's it!

"Yes!

Nowem tells Clara aloud.

"Be sure to join Lord Lyell's Harlem members. Master Lyell seems to like Mr. Clara, too. There's no problem."

The third generation also agreed.

'I have a problem because I ignore my own opinions, but if this kid joins me, that's fine. Now it's okay to have one or two more, isn't it, Lyell?

I'm in trouble. Clara's turning her gaze, so I'm in trouble, too.

(What? For your own desire, you're telling me to add more Harlem members, this guy? No.)

I tell Nowem.

"Nowem, that kind of compulsion isn't good, and as far as I'm concerned, with you..."

"Master Lyell!

Nowem looks at me. My eyes had power, and I stretched my spine.

"Yes!

"Even though the opponent has signed so much, there's more to it than dull. Even Mr. Clara doesn't hate Master Lyell. No, rather -"

"No... don't say anything more..."

I see Clara leaning on Nowem with tears, and I become a subtle emotion.

(Yeah, Nowem, who doesn't understand how I feel, says that? But I forgive you because you're cute...... and you're not!

"You know, Nowem. I don't think this is a good idea. I can't keep Harlem or anything. See, as an adventurer, I'm still a good place to run."

Saying so, Nowem shakes his neck to the side.

"No. Lady Lyell will soon make it. For that time, you will surely need her strength. And keep it that way."

That's it, Clara with glasses desperately goes in to stop Nowem.

"Come on... no... no, but wait for that"

And with a smile, Nowem says.

"Well, here's the thing about your people."

"Because I get it. So more than that..."

Nowem smiled and rejoiced at Clara.

"You did it, Master Lyell. Now Mr. Clara is one of us."

When I'm a poker, I clap my hands.

"Congratulations, chicken bastard. I had no idea you were going to use a woman to make your opponent your own… Poyo Poyo is always ready to get poisonous teeth"

I yell.

"I won't! Though I would have seen the current flow! Pouncy, you did it on purpose!

And Mr. Miranda applauds me with the sleepy Shannon.

"If you think the labyrinth gives you a good vibe... the boulder is Lyell."

"Hey... I'm sleepy... but don't let anything happen to me."

I look at Aria.

Then you clap and say it without expression.

"The boulder is Lyell. Make one woman after another... you bastard."

That's what I said and fell asleep wearing a futon.

"Hey! He said no! Here it is! Even that!"

Ignore me as an excuse, everyone goes back to their place.

Clara had sat down on the spot and hid her face reddened with both hands.

Fourth generation says.

"Ryer, come on."

The second generation.

'That's it. Give it up already. "

I also say the sixth generation.

'Uh-huh, what's this flow... Miranda's in this momentum, too. And Shannon. "

The seventh generation.

'Good for you. Or that's all I can say anymore'

Fifth generation says.

'I guess it was good for the third generation or Nowem. Follow Aria. "

The third generation says excitedly.

'Walking libraries and all that. That's amazing. Before I met my daughter-in-law, I would have spoken up! Lyell, take care of it. "

I thought.

(No, I called... that's not what I meant!

He spent time on the spot in awkward air with Clara, who turned red in his face.
