Sevens

Baim's Guild

We're back in Baym.

I was here with Clara today to make my way to the report to the guild.

In the lobby of the guild with intense people in and out, at the end of the line, Mr. Tanya was at reception.

Grab the frame of the glasses with your fingertips and look at us when you're in the right position.

"Oh, you came back a long time ago. Or is it impossible to accomplish the request?

You know we accomplished our request, and you told us to sit in a chair, joking.

When I hand over the necessary documents, Tanya checks the envelope and carefully opens the documents inside.

He read it in front of us and nodded several times with his right hand against his chin when he held the paperwork in his left hand.

"The rating is' B ', isn't it? However, they appreciate polite work. We'll pay you as planned."

When I give the guild card, Mr. Tanya receives it and proceeds with the process.

Tanya completes the paperwork quickly and asks me for confirmation without stopping.

"Is it five to six days each way to travel from the job description? It's a lot faster. Did they use the horse? If you're an adventurer who's registered to the guild, you can borrow it cheaper if you go through the process, did you know?

You're looking at me, you're smiling, you're checking down.

I'm surprised the service wasn't anything other than Baym, but I am.

"We'll use it next time."

With that said, Mr. Tanya sighs lightly and returns her gaze to the paperwork. There's a counter on her desk that I can't see.

But something sounded like he was pushing the discerner.

When you return my guild card with the paperwork, Mr. Tanya takes his seat off. I guess I'll bring the reward.

Clara is.

"Is that okay? Wouldn't that question sound like an exam?

I put my shoulders up and down.

"That's okay. This one was able to get the job done within the time frame. Besides, it's not a bad rating. If it's too much, it'll be used, and we don't have the strength to say no. It makes it harder to move even if you stretch your back poorly and get high praise."

Clara seemed relieved to hear my point. Being relied upon by the Alliance is also an honor.

Even services will be more favourable than others, and above all, they will have different visibility. But I'm sorry I was crushed by the guild.

In particular, a significant amount of requests come into play for Baym. Of all the requests I can't handle, user-friendly we would want a party so much that they can get their hands out of their throats.

speed of movement, and responsiveness.

Every member is a man of strength and does some things. Therefore, it was considered that the evaluation should be limited to some extent.

"I've been quite an adventurer at Aramsarth, but Baym is still different. The atmosphere, but also the quality of the staff."

While I agree with Clara, I nod with her that Aramsarth's guild was terrible. And Clara and I laughed a little.

When Mr. Tanya brought the reward for putting him on the metal tray, he put it on the counter.

"Now check your rewards. And I'm sure you understand the East Branch, but from now on, you will be asked to do the request regularly. When you can afford it, you can try the labyrinth and get rid of the demons around the city. Correct, keep your manners."

Confirm the amount and I will confirm it with Tanya when I receive it.

"It's troublesome that boulders don't have freedom. How long do you do the request?

Tanya, who took out a thin sheet of metal with a letter engraved on it, used the sole to explain it to us.

"It depends on what you ask for and how difficult it is, even once a month if it's about this one. However, it is a simple request that you do it twice to three times in a month."

It really seems necessary to do this twice to three times a month if it is a demonic exorcism or something at a distance of two or three days.

From within the treasure balls, I hear voices. Fourth generation.

"There are no Knights, so let the adventurers crusade the demons. I mean, you're a soldier who earns and maintains himself...... I hope so '

I guess the group of people who don't need the necessary expenses and work if they reward them when they need them will look attractive to the fourth generation.

The seventh generation argued against it.

'You don't want those soldiers. It's enough to use people who don't even know their strength when they need mercenaries in war. I'm not going to use it again.'

Seventh generation adventurer haters are also considerable.

"What's the penalty for not doing that?

Clara confirms, Mr. Tanya smiles.

"Nothing. You don't have to think there's anything you can do here."

I think as I look at that smile.

(I mean, if you don't do anything, the guild doesn't do anything special either. Good offices for the crusade of the labyrinth)

I guess the Alliance side is also more important to look for cooperative adventurers for themselves than to force them to work.

You can't leave unmotivated adventurers. In the end, the Alliance is also an organization that holds the right to Demon Stone.

At the same time, I don't call it "managing adventurers" or anything, but maybe it's not the part where I put my back in.

We need to manage the adventurers who collect Demon Stones, but if we try them, it will be the service that is offering us the good offices of the job.

"And when you accomplish the request, you get taxes deducted from it. You may have heard this, but your success will be seen as a contribution to Baym."

If you make a request, Baym will moisturize.

They don't take taxes from it, even if they sell away demon stones and such. That seems to be Baym's policy.

Clara seems a little frightened.

"Which, because most of the money earned by adventurers is spent in Baym. You must be more important in Beim without a lord."

Mr. Tanya smiles.

"That's clever. But you shouldn't talk too much. I don't know where [Sweeper] is listening."

Sweeper is the cleaner whose guild is admittedly present but does not appear on the table. They deal with more powerful adventurers than ordinary people, and they don't work unless they're good.

I'm replacing Clara.

"I'll be careful. Most of all, I don't want to think that the sweeper is short tempered enough to be targeted to this extent."

Mr. Tanya tells us that he has fulfilled his request.

"Come on, I wonder. Well, then congrats on accomplishing Baym's first request. I'm counting on it, Mr. Lyell. And, Mr. Clara."

When I received what I was going to receive, I found out I didn't have to take the request this month. I decided to sign up for May's Adventurer tomorrow, and when I got out of my chair, I left my guild with Clara.

When I received my reward, I stopped by the stall on my way back to the inn with Clara.

Instead of saying I'm hungry, I have a souvenir because I eat May a lot. Most likely, Aria will eat Shannon as well.

Clara and I choose souvenir food as we walk down the street with lots of stalls.

"Is it a meat skewer? May and Aria will be delighted, but Shannon must be subtle."

"Oh, yeah? He doesn't eat anything?

With that said, Clara looks at me and shakes her head sideways.

"I don't know about that perception of boulders. I do eat a lot, but I like it a lot, and I like sweets."

I do remind myself, if you ask me. However, I'm sure I'd be happy to skewer the meat.

"So you're a candy worker? No, can I have something fried potatoes with a sweet feel? And Clara?"

"Is that me? No, because I don't need to eat that much other than meals."

Clara eats quite a bit because she is an adventurer, but she eats less than any other member.

When I use my head, I remind myself that sweet things are good, and I buy sweet treats for sale nearby with big copper coins.

Pass the bag to Clara.

"Candy will last longer, and you can lick it when you read a book. I can't even block my hands."

Clara nodded slightly when she received it.

There is a third generation of voices from the treasure ball.

'Whoa, Lyell's in Clara's mood here!

The fourth generation is salaried.

'Hmm, now Shannon, who bought the pendant before, is fine, but there are seven of us left... that's tough!

It's tough, it makes me want to punch the historical contemporaries laughing while saying things like that, but they haven't done a decent blow yet.

Even today, it was me who wanted to shoot you in about a blow.

Then I hear voices.

It's what adventurers say. Within the company, he looked like he was in a fight.

"You're saying it's my fault!

If you turned your gaze, there was an Airhardt figure with a great sword on his back. As always, I don't understand the propensity of a tank top just above.

Isn't it cold?

Clara looks at the airhardts, holding a bag of tea paper with candy.

"Apparently, you're back from the request"

Airhardt possessed the envelope I got too, gripping it and shaking it up. Before, I was a fellow Airhardt, or a party member who was a child, with a disgruntled look on his face.

"That's right! I don't even look into it, but it took me four days to arrive in one day! Plus, I'm pretty sure I pissed off my client and underrated him ahead of time! Even if you have less money, what are you going to do with less until you earn less!

Somehow, I seem to have pissed off my client and lowered my ratings.

I checked the airhardts from afar and decided to take some distance. I'm also curious why you're fighting in a place like this.

"I bought one of the skewers at the stall, so I'm telling you! You're too angry. If you get the request I deserve, I'll make you a bunch of money, so shut up!

In the midst of his dissatisfaction, he bought food in the street by only one person.

From within the treasure balls, a sixth generation of voices was heard.

"No matter how much, you can't do that"

He looks frightened by Airhardt, but the third generation laughs.

'Uh-huh, each person leads differently, but you can't do that. You're not even the type to pull with charisma, but follow me, or... do you forget you lost to Lyell? It's an interesting spectacle, but it's annoying when you get involved. Lyell, let's get the hell out of here right away.'

If Airhardt finds me, he might try a rematch here. That's not good for boulders, or it's troublesome, so I decided to take Clara's hand and leave the place.

The fifth generation shouts a frightened voice from the treasure balls.

"The world doesn't know, and it's ironless. Maybe the adventurer should stretch. Lyell behaves too well, if you will. '

To succeed, the fifth generation says it also takes about that amount of ironlessness. Sure, I think we need that side.

But if you make a mistake, you're doomed.

If it goes well, it will succeed, but it will also affect his or her qualities in the future.

Nor is it impossible to establish a style from which to crawl up from here and live as an adventurer.

I'll be a senior, but still the same new America.

(Because Nowem and his ancestors gave me advice... if not, maybe I would have been laughed at by now)

Around Airhardt, residents who seem annoying. And there were residents in the same industry who were trying to laugh.

They are cursing aloud without worrying about it.

I saw Airhardt and realized that I was honestly not a fool.

- A room in the guild.

There, Tanya was reporting to her boss about the adventurer.

A number of documents have been submitted and Tanya's assessment is written there.

My boss was sipping tea as he looked at the materials for the adventurer party working in the new Baim East Branch.

Formerly an adventurer, he is the type of boss capable of managing demonic stones. At the same time, however, the adventurer relationship listens to the opinions of the field, so he was also an appreciative boss from his subordinates.

"So, what about [Tanya] 's opinion? Are there any glowing delicacies in here?

Tanya didn't make any corrections to her boss, who calls Tanya Tanya. She has two names.

Tanya is a name as an Alliance official.

And Tanya is his name as a sweeper.

"Yes. I thought some parties would be in our interest. And a party led by Lyell."

My boss looked for the paperwork and nodded when I took it.

"You got a great reputation. Not highly regarded, but not bad either. This is going to send us right into the labyrinth."

Then Tanya nodded.

"Yeah, it's the best rating. It just feels like we're after it."

My boss saw Tanya.

"Any complaints?

"No, a good adventurer is a precious asset of the Alliance. He thinks they'll be valuable East Branch property."

My boss was relieved to drink tea again, wondering if Tanya had found it even in the dark behind them.

"Then wouldn't that be good? All we have to do is support. If you will also make a modest request, use your good offices for a labyrinth crusade. Just use them, they'll soon go somewhere. We need moderate bait."

When Tanya heard it, she nodded and reported it to her boss.

"And this one is terrible."

When I looked at the material my boss had avoided, I was not interested because it was the usual thing. The people in this hand come out like every year.

These are the young men who became adventurers in a duel.

"As usual. Guide them to be good for the guild, and leave them alone if you can't. So if you want to go somewhere, it would be helpful to say no."

Problem-causing adventurers are distant even in guilds.

Those adventurers were the Airhardts. But I won't let it go right away. Because there is a certain number of adventurers like them, and there are also a large number of people who have grown out of them.

There was also a way to make them the decent adventurers the Alliance thought they were.

"Right...... too many women can do it in Tanya. Shall I put you in charge of an inclusive receptionist? In this case, let's call it a penalty and make it an exclusive reception."

There were so many staff members that it was possible to deal with them.

A beautiful receptionist is willing to host a number of parties. We can also say that we manage them that way and use them for convenience.

What happens if a beauty at the reception who comes in person is having trouble getting a request? A grateful or favored adventurer takes the initiative to do the request.

Those who have gained extra strength as adventurers avoid such requests if they think they would be to their detriment.

So a certain number of adventurers like Airhardt were also needed.

"Let's use the scissors somehow, was it? If they can be in public, the guild will benefit as well. Besides, it's a big benefit to them, too. No, it should be a lossless relationship, no guilds, no adventurers."

Before Nico's boss, Tanya nods and collects the material from his desk to put it together beautifully.

"Now, if you'll excuse me"

That's what I said. My boss told Tanya I was leaving the room.

"Well, good luck with the reception, Tanya"

That's what I said...
