Lesson 6: The Imperial Palace

As soon as I entered the Imperial Palace, I was surrounded by a large number of soldiers.

They didn't get caught, Biru was a guard, and Aura was physically examined by a woman.

Then Aura turns back to Biru.

"Looks like you're picking me up."

As Biru looked behind Aura, one magnificent man came.

"You've come a long way and well. This is Byzan Guissi von Sharm, Chancellor of the Grand Empire of Grants. Safe and reassured that we have been reached by the Imperial Palace."

The man with his head down says with a cool grin when he raises his face.

"Are you sure you are Master Hiro?

"Ah, yes. It's Ougro Hiro."

"…… such as being named a descendant of His Majesty the Second Emperor?

"Yeah, that's right."

Biru replied. The Greek Chancellor, who narrowed his eyes,

"First of all, I'll give you proof of that. Can you follow me?

By turning their backs and starting to walk, the Bills were to follow suit.

The sound of cutlets and shoes echoes in the hallway.

On the wall on the right was a window with luxurious decorations round the top, lined up to the back of the aisle to show wealth and power.

From there, the sun illuminates every corner of the slip hallway.

If you look out the window, you can look down on the beautiful township, and the privilege of being looked at by soldiers standing at the window also follows.

The ceiling is magnificently depicted with the Spirit King and the Grand Twelve Great Gods, who discovered a warrior in black, supposedly a former Biru, standing up to his enemies.

Hanging from its ceiling is a delicate and beautiful chandelier.

"There have always been many descendants of His Majesty the Second Emperor."

The voice of the Greek Chancellor is transmitted through his back to the tympanic membrane of Biru.

"But as for who, there is no real. Still, the false follow."

The Greek Chancellor turns right at the penetration of the hallway.

"So when it comes to the words of His Highness Celia Estreya, I cannot trust you unless I have proof that you are descended from His Majesty the Second Emperor. To be honest, I'm full of" again "feelings right now."

If the fake show up again and again, I can't help but get fed up.

"The Grants Great Empire is a military state. Many believe in the Military God (Mars). Of course, I'm one of them. named descendants, and if that was a lie, it would not be discouraging. The more my bowels simmer, the more I tremble in anger."

The Greek Chancellor recalled that he would stop in front of a certain room.

"Please, Master Hiro wants it to be true. For His Highness Celia Estreya, I believe so."

The Greek Chancellor goes inside when he unlocks the key locked in the room.

Bilu and Aura continue to go inside.

It's a room with no windows just painted white on all sides of the wall.

In the center of the square room, a garment hanging was placed, where a black coat was hung.

Nothing else exists in this room.

The Greek Chancellor proceeded with his steps and when he reached the garment hanging, he invited Biru by hand.

"To date, there are 2089 people who have named the descendants of the" Military God (Mars) ". The moment everyone weaves their feathers, they passed away."

The Greek Chancellor carefully spread his black coat over his arms.

"This is Princess Kurotsubaki, once worn by the military god (Mars). This houses the Spirit, who, like the Spirit Sword 5 Emperor, chooses the Lord - if the unrecognized treat him, he will be invited to death under the curse of the Spirit. But even if it is not recognized, it will not die if it is a descendant with the protection of the Spirit King. And I will prove it."

Are you ready? And the Greek Chancellor groaned at the end.

Bilu nodded. There is no nervousness in that face.

(I miss you......)

Black clothes running through many battlefields together, cheeks unnoticed by nostalgia.

He reached out and tried to take it, but "Princess Kurotsubaki slipped off the arms of the Greek Chancellor to the floor.

Even though there is no wind, the black coat has fallen, which makes me wrinkle between the brows of the Greek Chancellor.

It was not deliberately dropped by the Greek Chancellor.

Bilu knew that well too.

(I guess this is stubborn)

"It is a difficult dark spirit to live in Princess Kurotsubaki, and it is harder to be honest with emotions than other spirits.

Bilu sighed. I can't help but be angry because they left me alone for a thousand years.

(Sorry, I kept you waiting for a long time)

I reach out my hand by apologizing to Princess Kurotsubaki, who fell on the floor.

But as he slipped through Biru's hand, his black coat fluttered up.

Seeing "Princess Kurotsubaki" floating over her head, Biru still looks in trouble wondering if she could forgive me.

Floating in the universe, the Greek Chancellor rounded his eyes and Aura looked at him with interest.

Moments - Darkness swells up and tangles up in Bilu's limbs. I instantly wrapped my whole body around dragging it in.

"Become..."

"This is……"

The Greek Chancellor and Aura open their eyes to the sudden events.

When the darkness disappeared and Biru appeared, his uniform appearance was transformed.

Old imperial black military uniform. From above, it is woven with a black coat and a dragon design with gold at the shoulder.

A relic of the Spirit blessed and left behind by the Black Clothes, the "Military God".

The mysterious and elegant "Black Tsubaki Princess" is called this in some local countries.

- "Monarchy (Regalia)".

The overwhelmed Greek Chancellor laughed unconsciously.

"Ha ha, this is…… exactly"

The Greek Chancellor drowned his head when he knelt on the spot.

"Please forgive me for my numerous disrespects. I am delighted to meet His Majesty the Second Emperor's descendant."

"No, I'm just a descendant, so I have trouble even if I may. Because he's not in person."

Actually, it's in person, but it's an attitude that the Greek Chancellor is likely to graduate if he finds out about it.

Either way, I would be confused if I feared this in my older years.

When I turned my gaze to Aura for help, I looked at Biru to eat in.

Biru, who decides not to fall for it, says to Chancellor Guissi, who keeps bowing his head all the time.

"... Um, does this prove it?

"Oh, no, after this, I'm going to the Spirit King Temple."

To regain his mind, or repeatedly breathing several times, Prime Minister Guissi opened his mouth.

"When those who name the descendants of Schwartz show up, find out at the Spirit King Temple. If that's the case, give it its rightful place. This will breaker falls under the curse of the Spirit King. Do you know this will?

At the same time Bilu nods, the Greek Chancellor rises.

"If it was meant to be, I would ask you to go first to the Temple of the Spirit King, but I cannot allow those who are not sure if it is authentic to meet the Lady Witch. If something happens to her, she gets criticism from home and abroad. Therefore, considering his safety, the person who named him was first identified with" Princess Kurotsubaki ".

The Greek Chancellor said, "Come here." He urged me to stay in the hallway.

"That's why...... all you have to do is go to the Temple of the Spirit King, if the Lady Witch will recognize you -"

After noticing the guards running from the front, the Greek Chancellor stopped his words.

"Master Sharm! Lord Spirit Knight visited earlier and said he is keeping a letter to His Majesty from the Lady Witch!

"The Lady Witch to Her Majesty...... ok. I'll be right there. You go ahead and pass the Spirit Knight."

"Yes!"

The guard returns to the path he came after giving his salute, and the Greek Chancellor looks back.

"My apologies. I have an urgent business to attend to. Could you wait a moment, please?

"I don't mind... should I wait here?

"No, please wait among the nobles. Guided by..."

Hearing Biru's reply, the Greek Chancellor tried to speak to the maid who was nearby,

"I'll show you around."

Aura interrupted.

"I now give the floor to Brigadier General Aura. I'll be right back!

The Greek Chancellor leaves the place on the run.

Aura squeaks with a stare at its back.

"From the Lady Witch... Besides, it's rare to write directly to Her Majesty the Emperor"

"Really?

"Yes, the lady witch, when entrusted by the Spirit King, will mostly be addressed to the Chancellor. It was addressed to His Majesty, and it must have been so important."

"So the Greek Chancellor looked in a hurry."

"If it's about the survival of the country, it's important. The letter will be delivered to His Majesty shortly."

Where the conversation ends, Biru and Aura realize.

With a twilight face, there were maids watching this one.

"You're in the way of what they do when we're talking here. Shall we?"

"Right. Was it among the nobles?

"That's right. It's right there."

A short walk down the hall reveals two open doors with fine decorations.

Aura pushed open with the hand she was used to and sank her hips on the couch as she went inside.

Bilu sits on the couch opposite him with his desk pinched, and Aura waves with the ringing bell in her hand that she has on her desk.

The door was knocked three times immediately and the maid came in.

"Would you like me to call you?

Aura will look you in the eye.

"Tea for two, please."

"Understood. Please wait a moment."

The maid bent down and lowered her head exits.

"First, shall we have some slow tea and wait?"

"Right. How long will it take for the Greek Chancellor?"

"I don't expect you to wait so long... depending on the content of the Lady Witch's letter."

"I hope nothing happens."

One minute after having a conversation without a scratch.

It was not the Greek Chancellor, but a senior official, who appeared among the nobles.

"Dear Hiro, with all due respect, could you please come to the throne room at once?

"Between the thrones there should now be a questioning of the Third Prince of Brutal and the First Prince of Stobel...... are you done?

A senior official shook his head vertically at Aura's question.

"Yes, connected successfully. All I have to do is wait for His Majesty's decision, but before I do, I asked him to show me Lord Hiro."

"……… May I come with you?

"We have heard from Chancellor Guissi that both are good. But Aura comes in the form of a back door and Hiro comes in the form of a front door."

"I understand. So, Aura, shall we go with you?"

Urged by Biru, who rose from the couch, Aura also lifts her hips.

I left my room behind in a way that was rushed by a senior official.

Throne Room...

The interior has a blown ceiling and a red carpet extends in a straight line through the center of the marble floor.

On the left and right of it, the columns lined up to the throne, beautifully aligned by leading nobles dressed in flashy clothing to fill the gap.

Some of them have seen faces - First Prince Stobel.

It is the Greek Chancellor who stands next to an emperor so young that he does not think he is over 60 years old.

The more a regular person is likely to graduate, the more bitter the air fills the throne room.

However, without fright, Bilu slowly progresses over the red carpet, rocking the hem of "Princess Kurotsubaki".

"…… that is the descendant of His Majesty the Second Emperor"

"You're young. Aren't you a child yet?"

"Is that Princess Kurotsubaki?

"Wow - do you have the king's style at that young age?"

"In this strained air, without tension, I don't see how I felt……. Big guy, or just blunt"

Words spill from the blubber and the aristocrats.

Biru is a little away from the emperor and kneels when he slaps his left chest with his right hand.

The motion created a wind, the coat fluttered up and fell to the floor.

The emperor raises his hand in front of his chest.

- Let's get started.

"Sir."

The Greek Chancellor spread a piece of parchment one step before.

"The treatment of the first prince of Stobel, the third prince of Bhutar, and then it was decided. I'll see you before."

First Prince Stobel, with his gigantic body, lowers his head on his knees next to Biru's right.

This is followed by Prince Brutal III, a man with bald heads and seemingly bad personality eyes.

He knelt one knee next to the left of Biru.

"First, the Third Prince of Brutal. Ask no questions."

Whoa, and voices are raised by the nobles who support the Third Prince of Brutal.

"Next, First Prince Stobel, stripping him of his achievements in Folzen, and dealing with him with three months of caution"

There was a sigh of relief from the nobles who supported him in the light punishment.

Nor is there a voice of dissatisfaction from the opposing faction of the third prince of Brutal.

Sometimes the punishment was light, because if you speak of dissatisfaction, it could be withdrawn.

However, from the factionless, there are temptations.

"Stupid...... I thought you were after the life of the 6th Empress."

"After all," because you possess the Thunder Emperor?

"You should demote or strip your inheritance rank"

As dissatisfaction gradually grew, the Greek Chancellor raised his voice.

"Quiet!"

He calmed down like he had struck water, but hatred and anger swell between the thrones.

(Well... I wonder what you're thinking. If it stays like this, there will be great dissatisfaction)

Both princes are too lightly punished. There is no other way for a factionless nobleman to think of anything less.

Unless you can deal with a spark like that right away.

"Then, Lord Hiro. With the merits of the battle against the Duchy of Richter, I will make Samurai the third rank."

That was not the end of the words of the Greek Chancellor.

"Further according to the will of His Majesty the First Emperor. Welcome Sora as the fourth prince of the Royal Family of Grants, ranking fifth in the rank of succession to the throne. Depending on future achievements, we will consider elevating the order of succession."

Biru almost accidentally looked up to the treatment of too many breakthroughs.

I was greeted at the end of the royal family and thought it was something that would divide the territory of the border.

The silence fills the throne. No one can speak up.

While everyone was being taken aback, the Greek Chancellor took out a piece of paper.

White paper that shines without even bathing in the sun has masterful writing on it.

"The Lady Witch gave me proof that he was a descendant of His Majesty the Second Emperor. If I may add," Princess Kurotsubaki has admitted him. "

The gaze of the nobles busily alternates between the letter of the Lady Witch and Biru.

"Lord Hiro. You will now be named Hilo Schwartz von Grants."

The Chancellor slaps his hand twice. Then a few samurai show up and spread one huge flag.

It is a crest flag with a dragon grabbing a silver and silver sword on the black ground.

"Allow His Majesty the Second Emperor to use his crest. Show your ancestors how to work without embarrassment."

What I once possessed almost returned it to me.

Biru can only laugh.

(You got hit...)

If they had stripped the princes of their inheritance rights or demoted their ranks, the nobles supporting the first and third princes might have caused civil strife.

Unexpectedly, however, a slight punishment caused him to lose his mind.

Their thoughts fall into confusion with the birth of a new prince.

What floated uniformly behind the brains of the nobles was whether they should be switched to a new prince or whether they should keep seeing how it went. It would be two options.

Because the new prince even has the title Descendants of His Majesty the Second Emperor.

Let's just say that if you take up the boy, you could also get tremendous support from the people.

(Did you point all the spearheads at me...)

In that regard, the non-factional nobles, who were dissatisfied with this punishment, can easily approach Biru.

You may be able to outrun leading nobles and control the front lines that are captured by the faction's smugness.

Their heads would be filled with how to get out other nobles rather than fling anti-flags at the emperor.

(But... this is a good opportunity for me too)

I can't do anything by myself to make Liz's dream come true.

Besides, becoming the Fourth Prince would make it easier to move a lot.

Those with all sorts of thoughts should come closer to using Biru in the future.

(Then I'll take full advantage of it)

Biru hoisted the edge of his mouth for fun.

There is a place called Between Emperors.

Huge paintings are on the wall and decorated with condiments collected from all over the world.

Which is very much all art. A luxurious room is a symbol of power.

There was the Greek Chancellor, sitting in front of him is the 48th Emperor Glaiheit.

"Is it also something you want to say?

The emperor single-handedly pointed the wine at the Greek Chancellor with a sharp eye like an eagle.

"Was that the first prince's treatment okay? If you were to use Hiro, you would have had no problem demoting your inheritance rank."

"Then the future plans will be hampered."

"One hand in that - first the weakening of the Krone family, is it?"

"Ancient aristocrats think only of their own preservation. The corrupt Krone family is typical of that. But even though I'm an old dog, I'm sorry if it bites me. Then throw it in the cage, feed it, make it weak enough and tighten it."

"I hope you'll go quietly into the cage..."

"So let me think you're taking the lead. Do not understand this intent, but slowly lure it to the abyss of death. If the ancient aristocracy is so depressed, a new aristocracy will emerge and the Grand Empire will be revitalized."

The emperor, smelling the aroma of wine, dropped the glass on the floor.

Flashly shattered glasses, red liquid create stains on expensive carpets.

The emperor deepened his grin as he looked at it.

"The rest don't like stagnation."

When the Emperor controls with his hands the Greek Chancellor trying to clean up the fragments,

"Good, throw it away. More than that, how powerful is the rest of my new son?"

"Then…… you will know this person better"

When the Greek Chancellor slapped his hand, a man dressed as a traveller appeared from behind.

On one knee, a man spins words.

"… to be honest, I couldn't have guessed"

The brow of the Greek Chancellor moves tingly.

The man posing as a traveler is a powerful finger wrestler in the Dark Neck (Vang) group held by the Sharm family.

The Greek Chancellor spewed out his words with dismay that it could not even deduce the strength of the other.

"Was there so much difference in power?"

"My deepest apologies"

The man's head drips with regret.

Dawn in training wandering between life and death, I have devoted everything only to refining my moves.

The strength was recognized and the Lord gave me an immediate task.

It was supposed to be an easy enough request for a man whose first job was just to examine the power of this boy, who had made it through the training grounds many times.

"When I thought the boy had disappeared, the peasants I hired had been captured. That's all I know."

"Enough is enough, the disposition will follow. Now get some rest."

"Ha…………."

His figure disappeared as assimilated to the shadows.

The Greek Chancellor lowered his head towards the Emperor when he sighed.

"Looks like you missed the nomination. My apologies."

"Don't worry about it." I'm still familiar with the power of the neck. "

The emperor breathed a small breath as he closed his eyelid.

"Sneak your neck into the Berk Fortress." Now it's like you can't fail. "

"Certainly."

Finally, the Greek Chancellor withdrew from the emperor.
