Shut-in Magician

590 Blank land, first place

It took me two days to cross the border and it was my third day into the mountains.

From there it takes three days to head north and into the deep woods, followed by a steep mountain range called Braonsilva. However, the southern foothills of the mountains were chosen to proceed.

You don't have to cross the mountain. You can go to the border of a place called the blank land in front of you.

"What does blank land mean?

"As the name suggests. Nothing."

I tilted my neck. At any rate, and looking from high above with sensory metastases, the wilderness continued to extend. I have bad vision with sand and dust, I'll try to change places. Something like a tornado was happening everywhere.

"Nothing..."

"Can you see it? Well, you could have done that."

"The barren earth."

A place where one pencil grass doesn't grow. There was no sign of a creature at all. Besides, it's a sprawling earth, with no hidden rocks.

"It's like you've been swept away by something."

With that said, Garelado looked at Siu with a hazy face.

"Do you look like that"

"Yeah. It was originally flat ground, so I thought it must have been flourishing. There's no sign of a decision, and even if it's a dispute, it's a strange sign."

"Right."

I know, Garelado shut up.

This time, I made a huge turn and headed inside, but it made sense.

Shortcut routes do not know when or when they will be attacked by a herd of warcraft to walk behind the Black Forest. Stampede happens every once in a while, so even Garelado's trespassing on his own seems pretty tough.

He also says that he wanted to avoid it because going through that route would be known to the village of Geheimnisdorf, which was divided from the clan of high elves.

They don't want to be found without the courage to take Aurea.

He also didn't want you to have a weird reckoning because you have an outside person named Siu. As a result of the idea, Garelado chose a troublesome route.

Siu and the others proceeded to look around the blank land.

There was only a long way around and a distance. But Garelado proceeded at an incredible speed because Sioux had enough strength to keep up with his feet and Ferres carried Aurea.

He also forced Garelado to remember the adventurer-spec flying boards.

With three levels of basic attribute magic each, it could have been just a flying board, but I made it adventurer specification thinking about when the high elves attacked me. Of course, adjustments were made to suit Garelado.

He also added a safety belt so that he could grab and weigh his weight moving habits and so on so that he could fly even with a pinch of Aurea between his legs.

Aurea seemed to have no fear of flying boards because she could ride a flying dragon and was used to medium and low altitude flights like Ferres.

Still, I taught Blanca the fear of falling.

Garelado was overprotective, and he didn't want us to remember a little pain, but that's not going to work.

I don't know about Sparta like my grandfather who raised Siu, but I think I need to teach him moderately.

At night, after Aurea and the others had calmed down, I explained those things to them in a cordial manner, and Garelado himself was convinced that there was something to think of.

In doing so, I finally saw a place where the blank land would break off.

I was just heading north from the south side, going west around and down south to circle again. From above, the blank land stretches wilderness over the rectangle.

Because it was time, I never met such a dangerous warcraft and I was free, so I continued to observe with sensory metastases, but anyway, the blank land showed no signs of creatures.

Appraisal showed a slight mixture of poisonous sand from the ground, but not on a level of immediate death.

Looking deep into the ground, there were also sources of water. It is not clear if it is contaminated unless it is actually appraised nearby, but it does not seem to be a problem as it flows in from the mountains of Braonsilva in the north.

I was thinking too much time to figure out how to be like this, but, uh, I hung up realizing that I hadn't appraised something.

"Oh, I don't have any magic..."

I'm not saying it's not at all, but it hardly exists. It's a rightly barren land.

It's the same as the air, so it's like you can pour in more than the surrounding area. Wondering, I appraised the area around the border.

This one exists, albeit unstable. However, there was something like an invisible sway, and the amount of magic vegetables was decreasing just because the place was a little different.

It's not like the junction is stretched. It's an interesting mechanism.

I'd like to go inside and check it out, but Garelado tells me never to go in, so I have to keep that saying.

If I went inside, I might find out why, so I thought I'd put up with it until then.

By the way, because of the blank land and just passing through the border at the foot of the deep mountain range, you will fly through places such as meadows on rocky slopes.

Those places also lurk warcraft, so you have to be careful.

Even though "no warcraft is as dangerous as I thought it would be" during my journey, it comes out more often than in other forests. I don't ignore warcraft that can't fly against me at this time, but I cleaned up what comes flying early.

Mostly, Siu and Garelado, either went alternately.

Garelado is only in the profession of Dragon Warrior, and he destroys the Warcraft with great moves. Especially the situation where you don't have to worry about Aurea seems to be able to wield the full power you think for a long time, and you seemed to be fighting somewhere happy.

I know he's a root warrior, but he's overskilled enough to pull it off a bit.

But Garelado was in a good mood because he diverged like that, or because he hasn't been in it in a long time.

Through the blank land, into the woods, there were also more warcraft.

"I'm going to dismantle it."

"Sorry, just asking for it"

"It's easy, it's fine"

In this forest, for the first time, Siu met a warcraft of the shape of a raven called Nadelhaze. The meat is delicious, but I fly with my hair as a needle, so it's a nasty warcraft. I kept a few without dismantling them because Bartolome seemed happy.

By the time I got here, the rocks were coming through, so I could hunt a lot of lizard warcraft called Gralacerta. This glaracerta cheek bag can be rebuilt into a magic bag, so it is traded at a high price. We also hunted a few herd leaders, so that would be a considerable amount of money because we could make a big magic bag.

Other rocks also caught gargoyles. It was one of those troublesome warcraft because they fly in the sky. This one can be used as a material such as nails, wings, and rocky skin.

The shock is Cocatrice. It is just a massive occurrence. He said he didn't have to dive into the labyrinth, which, hey, no, is something he regretted quite a bit. Naturally, I hunted it all around.

In the meadow came out a warcraft as big as a lid in the jackal itself, called Canis Aurez. This one has been exterminated by Garelado.

The funny thing is, is it Trent? I've never seen this before either, but I couldn't even feel the threat as I walked loosely. They say letting it go sucks away the traveler's precision, so I'll knock it down. Defeating this is a little troublesome, the main body is made of hard wood and can't be cut down unless it's also a demon sword. Apparently the best thing to do is to suck away moisture, and even magic absorption is good. They also sell specialty magic props.

Siu could be defeated on the spot in no time because magic could be used. It is difficult to process because it is a hard tree, but I will keep it because it is a luxury weapon material.

Inside the Dragon Nation is the name Oligorokus, meaning the original place. I know it contains some special significance, but I've only heard the inside name from Garelado. He said he was not interested in the ancient language, to the extent that he was able to stop at the ruins during his escape and decipher some of them.

If so, I guess I've never even thought deeply about the meaning of the name inside.

About this ancient language, but basically it consisted of all the things not in Siu's memory, but the unique nouns and so on are mixed with many Latin and German-style things.

I am familiar with my ears thanks to the language learning of public broadcasting that I watched in my spare time in my previous life, and it was easy and helpful to remember when learning ancient languages in this world.

Perhaps some of those who have been reincarnated, like Siu, have taken over their memories and have taken up the task of making words.

Unfortunately, there was no such thing as Japanese in ancient languages. However, if it had been in the history of Royer, there would have been Japanese memory holders because such systems and magic props had been invented. The Japanese English lingering among adventurers would also be proof that they were brave or doing adventurers.

Well. I met an alert dragon warrior about a day away from where the inside was. They're circling the surrounding area with a holding number.

"Garelado, is that Garelado from Surtourney!?

From the top of the tall tree, a loud voice came down, it seems like a set of two, the other on alert. Because there is a leftover Siu.

Most of all, they didn't seem to realize that Siu was "visible".

I'm out of sight and watching this one.

Garelado was answering with his voice up.

"That's right! I have a guest. The elder Sonus must have contacted us."

"I'm listening. Wait a minute."

One of the hiding people checked to see if there was anyone else, if there were any traps, etc., before joining us. A few minutes later, two Dragon warriors appeared before the Sioux and the others.
