"Ars, your father seems to dream."

"What's going on, Dad? It's not time to dream yet. It's midday, isn't it?

"No, I can't believe what I'm seeing. Why, we've just been back and forth to Barca for a little while, and this is where we're going crazy?

"Weird thing?

"No, what's wrong? You don't look like that, Ars. That's crazy. The terrain on Einrad Hill has changed in a little while."

Apart from Vulgas, my father returned to Vulcania to recruit new recruits to bring people.

That's how this was the first voice I got back.

Well, you can't be surprised.

Anyway, the terrain is really changing.

The Einrad hill is only a little more ground than near it, and it is a high ground where I said if it can be considered a mountain.

They often go through this vicinity when they try to go south from Fontana or Urk territory, and they've been fighting over the control of the land in both houses for years.

Until then, this Einrad hill was owned and fortified by the Urks.

Einlad Hill, which is about the elevation of Oyama.

The Fontana army took this place from Urk, and Carlos left me with the hill he took.

I'll take care of this hill, and you tell me to defend it.

That's why I consolidated the defense here.

In Einlad's Hill offensive strategy, he didn't let Urk's soldiers escape from the hilltop fortifications, but instead increased the number of walls he built in the sense of preventing attacks from outside.

I made a complete circle around the rapidly constructed walls built around the fortified hills and connected them.

But I thought that wasn't enough, so I put more hands on the hill.

Even so, it's no different than usual when it comes to what I did.

I just built a moat on the outside of the wall.

However, there was a wall where there was a little elevation, albeit around the outside of the hill, so digging a moat outside the wall to reinforce its surface with [wall architecture] changed its appearance.

If it is a flat ground, digging the ground outside the wall and drilling holes becomes an empty moat.

But digging a hill that was more exuberant than the rest of the ground made it seem as though there was no ground outside the wall.

In other words, the appearance of Einrad's hill was transformed into one large fort itself, surrounded by brick walls nearly 30 metres high, rather than the previous hills.

From a distance, it could be described as a fortress in the shape of a cupcake.

"Maybe I dug a little too much hill soil."

"You're not a bit at all. I guess you're gonna be okay, huh? If it breaks down, I'm not kidding."

"Maybe I'll be fine. Because once the side is reinforced by doing [wall architecture] twice"

"Right...... But what you really do is impotent, Ars."

"I have no choice. It's impossible to protect this place with the Barca army without doing so. If you have any complaints, your father will tell Mr. Carlos. Please stop being so lame."

"There's no way I can tell you. That's enough. Let me in."

"Oh, shall I come with you then? The entrance is this way. Follow me."

I say it like my father gave up like his expression fell out of his face.

With that, I went with my father into Einrad Hill, and, obviously, Fort Einrad.

"This place is surrounded by walls, but only one climb?

"No, there's another entrance on the other side."

"Right. But the entrance is like a hanging bridge, isn't it? Do you try to pull it up at night?

"Right. When I have to, I can shut it down completely so I can cage it. It's made of hardened bricks, so it's a great defense."

"... if I saw this, I wouldn't even be attacking the Wolks anymore"

"I hope so."

Bring your father and the recruits in front of the entrance to Fort Einrad.

I dug the ground about 20m outside the 10m wall, so I need to go up 20m to be inside the fort.

That's why we created an entrance to fill the gap.

Every morning and every night, a large hardened brick plate that is manually raised or grated becomes a barrier to prevent enemies from entering, and a slope to invite people inside.

Blah, blah, blah. Pretty heavy and not half unusable.

But this isn't the land we usually live in, it's the fortress that protects the land of the major.

I wondered if I could prioritize my defense over inconvenience this much, so I made it.

Blah, it can be as a way to deal with it for digging too much ground.

The outer walls of Fort Einlad are ordinary bricks, not cured bricks.

Here, as usual, hands are applied so that they can intercept over the walls created with [wall architecture].

But there are some things that are slightly different from Vulcania.

The inside of the wall is further uphill, but there are many noisy weapons in the middle of the hill.

It's a stone thrower that I [saved] and reproduced.

The stone throwers are followed by soldiers who have newly volunteered for the Barca army.

The bricks that are still made and placed in [brick creation] were piled up by the stone thrower, and the recruits were launching them outside the wall.

Again, suddenly you can't use it in action.

Because at a minimum, you have to see and train how far you can fly and how to set the direction.

I was seen where there were sights of poms and bricks flying in the direction of not many people.

"Yes, arrival. The recruits will be sleeping here. Tell them to pick up the meal there because they have a distributor over there."

Further up on it, there is a place for the soldiers to sleep.

This is where the Wolks used to make it.

Most of all, I reproduce my house to the top.

Thus, the Einrad hills gradually turned into fortifications with iron wall defenses.
