"Queue"
"Mmm, right, Kaiser Valkyrie. Looks like someone's here."
Slowly floating site of the Holy Capital.
Gradually, there were more and more signs of people as the altitude went up.
Even so, I didn't hear people.
However, there were signs of people moving there.
What does this mean?
Once, the place that flourished as the Holy City should have been destroyed by Naja using [the light of judgment].
Terrible magic that brings buildings and people together and turns them into salt.
With its use, the Sacred Capital has lost nothing.
The parts that have changed to salt have been scattered with subsequent rain and wind, so now it's just the ground that has run out of salt and become swollen out.
Even so, they didn't seem to be as flat as they used [tidy], and there were irregularities on the ground.
I guess that means there was someone in an invisible position from where I'm standing right now.
The question is, is there are people in the middle of the night in a land where there is nothing like that.
It's so high that you can no longer jump off the ground, and the only way to get out of here would be to travel in the transfer magic formation I set up, or to board the Magic Guide airship.
If, I have trouble getting people together in the transfer magic team, so I decided to investigate it lightly.
"I caught up. Don't move. Move and we'll attack. I don't even allow you to talk without permission. Put your hands up and put them on your head."
A quick ride aboard Kaiser Valkyrie led me to a place where there were signs of people.
You were watching that, and whoever I was trying to get close to would try to escape.
but it didn't seem to reach the speed of Kaiser Valkyrie in the end, and I quickly caught up with him.
Not much magic, probably just ordinary people.
But because I don't know what it is, I pull out the sword of light and talk to them.
"Children? Besides, are there many? Hey, you there, answer my question. What were you doing here?
…………
"Answer the question. What were you doing here?
"… picked up salt,"
"Salt pickup? What's that? Why were you here at night like this?
The person I'm talking to while pointing the sword of light from above Kaiser Valkyrie is apparently a child.
There were three children there.
From what I've seen, the clothes you're wearing don't seem like good stuff.
Why are people in this place, and there are children in that too?
Plus, I'm saying something I don't really understand: picking up salt, etc.
"We're collecting and selling salt here, is. I didn't do anything wrong."
"There's no more salt here, is there?
"It's not a lie, it is. There's salt on this."
That's what I'm saying. I'm trying to point at something the kid had in his hand.
I almost fought back unexpectedly because I had warned him not to move, but he didn't even seem to do any harm, so I'll see how it goes.
Apparently, the kid had some kind of plant in his hand.
"Salt grass,. This grass stores salt in its roots, and then it takes salt."
"Oh, you have that kind of grass. I thought it wouldn't grow anything because I heard it was a land of death, but isn't it? Well, shall I keep that for now? You guys, you're not the only three picking up salt here. Somebody's got you guys together. Is he here now?
…………
"If you don't want to answer, you don't have to. In that case, we may never be able to get back on the ground again."
"What..., yeah, okay. Um, I'll show you."
Apparently, there are people here collecting plants that have the properties of accumulating salt.
I never thought anyone would collect such things in places that were already doomed and not even buildings.
But I have trouble getting these guys to stay here like this.
For once, this is going to be the front base of the Reed Army.
So I decided to let the leader who's partitioning these guys guide me.
The boy led the way, so he decided to follow.
"I'm afraid so. My name is Miriaria, and I'm here to summarize these kids."
"Are you from the church? Surprised. Bishop if its magical power, no, isn't it the archbishop equivalent? Why are people like that letting children drain grass in places like this?"
"Oh, I don't know where this is. Say this place is doomed. It doesn't change that it's a holy capital. Isn't it strange to have church officials like me there?
"It will depend on time and case. But Miriah, is that it? I've heard of it. Called the Blue Virgin is more in the field without responding to Pope Paul's call, he said. You were here."
Other children had already gathered ahead, guided by salt-picking children.
Apparently, there were more children than I thought.
And there was one woman at the centre of it.
Looks like she's the boys' summariser.
Unlike the other kids, they have a decent figure.
Beautiful, long saggy blue hair.
And there's so much out there that even loose church women's clothing can't hide it, a good body in style where the pull in is pulling in.
A woman in her early 20s who has a so-called crying mole in her left eye and somewhat of a laid-back atmosphere.
There was only one famous figure when it came to church officials with such characteristic flesh.
Being called the Blue Virgin, who was said to be closest to the Pope, in the phase before the Holy City was doomed, before Pope Paul stood at the top of the Church.
Once there was Miriah, the Virgin, who was seen as the next Pope.
