Skeleton Knight, in Another World

Blanier Borderline Uncle

Branier territory on the eastern border of the Kingdom of Salma.

land east of the River Weir, which was once the possession of the Kingdom of Northern.

It is one of the nobles of the Kingdom of Salma who now reigns over the land, the Blanier family with the title of frontier ambassador.

The land, which is quite vast to rule in the family, was given to it by the Royal Salma 70 years ago by the then head of the Knights of the present day, Lord Blanier, who was hailed as remarkable for his medals, such as cutting the lead in the East March.

But it was the truth that the central nobles, who hated the leap forward of the Knights, who were on the rise of the civilian population, pushed troublesome lands exposed to threats such as plots of cultivated land and residents destroyed in heavy fighting, as well as reprisals in the Northern kingdom.

But the land was originally a sloppy plain, a relatively abundant land, except for a powerful influx of warcraft from the side of the Soville Mountains, which gradually increased its local power thanks to the gutsy reconstruction of earlier generations and the thorough defense and improvement of security of the Knights ascent.

That is how the House of Blanier gave the title of Border Earl over the royal family, now one of the leading nobles of the Kingdom of Salma, but with the result that it is increasingly smoked away from the nobles of other houses who do not find it interesting.

In the heart of the land, literally "frontiers” from other houses, the territorial capital of Branier, was built and remodeled as a lord's castle by the former lords of the Northern kingdom.

The original elegantly built mansion remained intact, surrounded by a martial wall and castle tower, which makes it a little different from the Lord's Castle elsewhere.

A mansion built in the heart of the Castle of Lords that shows such a unique look. In one of the rooms of the large mansion, a man who would be hanging out with the old man was doing paperwork on a large desk.

Few things make you feel clearly old when you say old.

Tailored clothes indicate that the person is in a high position, but beneath them fits a well-forged but firm physique, and under his nose he builds up a white mustache, and his eyes peeling at the paperwork are sharp, but can also be seen on the face of some bad guy.

Except where the gray head is slightly retracted and the forehead is wide, it is difficult to find a clear old age in the person.

Wendri du Blanier peripheral uncle.

He is a great lord who inherited the territory of Blanier, which his predecessors worshipped from the Royal Salma, and who will maintain and rule that position until today (Kondachi), and an excellent nobleman in martial arts who has suppressed the Northern Kingdom's counter-attacks for many years.

Such was the sound of a quiet knock on the door that served as its entrance and exit to the office where only the sound of him silently running the tip of the pen sounded, and Uncle Blanier stopped the pen and raised his face.

"Get in."

In response to a low and quiet, then well-attended, entry permit voice, one young woman came in with a gratuity.

Standing up who doesn't see much in the aristocratic society, she moves forward and forth in front of the borderline uncle with a calm trick.

Normally, a woman who shows herself in these places is mostly a servant, or a lady as she dressed, but she was dressed to remind her secretary somewhere.

Upon acknowledging her appearance like that, Uncle Blanier just kept his pen shut and indicated her business with his jaw so that it would prompt her.

"Dear Wendri, I just received a report of concern under the patrol soldiers in the airspace."

"Ho, what?

To her words, Blanier Borderline uncle gazes sharply as he strokes his proud mustache, hammering him to push further ahead.

"More southwest than here, local residents have witnessed a monster attack by an armed group that led a carriage that they have never seen before."

In that reply, the eyebrow root of the Blanier border uncle rises.

Borderline uncle reacted because, since the territory of Blanier was originally acquired by invading the territory of the Northern Kingdom, troops were sometimes put in from neighbouring Northern kingdoms to restore the territory.

But in the next report raised by the woman in front of me, I understand that apparently it's not the same.

"He didn't know the exact number of armed groups, but he said there were several horseback rides on each carriage. Probably an escort with dignitaries. The witness only saw him in the distance, and no family crest or flag of any kind indicating his affiliation is known."

"You said the place was southwest...... A messenger from the king's capital Larissa or something? So? What's the whereabouts of that carriage and the monster that was attacking it?

Uncle Blanier stroked his jaw at the report and asked her for more details.

"Yes, we explored the area after reports that a line of carriages went east from there, where we discovered the remains of a fallen apart carriage and the bodies of several senior soldier-like armed men. But we can't discover who the dignitaries think were in the carriage, and they probably managed to escape. And regarding the monster that was witnessed, we have a brief picture based on the testimony of the witness."

That being said, when a secretarial-style woman took a piece of parchment out of the paperwork at hand and handed it to Uncle Blanier's border, he frowned upon the odd-looking painting that had been painted there by receiving it.

"The lower body is to the spider, the upper body is... what is this? You think it's four arms to look like two people intertwined? Are you like a new breed of warcraft... no, but..."

Blanier Borderline uncle, who was roaring at the appearance of a single monster painting, eventually threw it out to the desk and turned a sharp gaze at the secretary-style woman in front of him.

"So did you know the identity of anyone who would have been part of the escort?

"No, because of the quality of the equipment, it's been reported that he may be a VIP escort, but he doesn't possess anything that would reveal his identity and is unknown."

The woman, who returned briefly to the inquiry from Uncle Borderline, closes her mouth there waiting for his instructions.

"It's suspicious that you don't have anything to identify you with. The central aristocrats have come to explore our insights, such as hiding their identities in the territory of Non...? No, then you can bring in dignitaries."

He was a blanier borderline uncle who talked to himself about bumps so as to sort out the thoughts in his head, but eventually stroked up his own widened forehead to chase that retracted hair up to something.

"... No way, the people of the Kingdom of Northern tried to enter Count Dimo's territory, did they? But why? Why did you bother risking your life by land to talk about crossing Clyde Bay by boat? No, that's a good story to guess later."

Having spoken that far, Uncle Blanier Borderline gave instructions to the secretarial style woman who had been waiting since stroking her proud mustache once.

"In the meantime, we'll form a unit to search for that armed group that dazzled the missing and crusade for unidentified monsters! It is also possible that the village was made to run away from the monster. Send six platoons to the south, while each platoon is strapped to search the perimeter!

A secretary-style woman gives a small endorsement to the instructions of the Blanier border uncle.

"Okay, I'll tell the Knights leader that as soon as possible."

With that said, she immediately turns her back and leaves the room early enough, as soon as she is thankful on the spot.

After dropping off that girlfriend's back, Uncle Blanier's border gradually rose out of his chair and stopped by a large glass window provided in the office room from which he turned his gaze outside.

"... something happened in the Northern Kingdom?

Looking out at the mansion's maintained garden, visible through the window, Uncle Branier's border throws the question with no one, but no one answered it on the spot.
