"Evelyn!" Caden Lockwood grasped Evelyn Morgan’s shoulders, meeting her terrified gaze, knowing she was surely filled with negative thoughts.

"Pull yourself together!" Caden said sternly, "Let’s see if there’s anything we can do to help! I told you, you can rely on me. I’ll help handle the issues with Cecilia Lynch and Julian Keaton, okay?"
Evelyn nodded, finding some comfort in Caden’s presence.
All she could do was pray, pray that Cecilia’s mother would be safe.

"What gives you the right to treat me this way?" Cecilia shouted angrily, looking at Julian with hatred.
She knew she couldn’t blame him.

"If they want to destroy me, isn’t that enough? Why push my mom?" Cecilia cried out, continuing to ask, "Julian, leave me! I don’t want you anymore, I can’t afford you!
