After escaping from the orphanage, even Evelyn didn’t have a photo with her brother, how could L have one?
And L actually said that Caden Lockwood knows who her brother is?
Evelyn shook her head, reminding herself to stay calm.
Between L and Caden Lockwood, of course she trusts Caden!

Evelyn’s hand trembled as she held the phone, gritting her teeth as she knew Caden didn’t like her interacting with Logan. Besides, to help Logan forget her sooner, she hadn’t contacted him since.
But L was suggesting that something had happened to Logan?
Could Caden Lockwood have done something excessive to Logan?
Evelyn shook her head, hesitating for a moment, but ultimately dialed Logan’s number.
The phone rang for a while before Logan answered, his voice still gentle: "Evelyn."
