When Feng Qingcheng saw the other two teams arriving, they too were defeated.

They realized that they had all been deceived; the Demonic Beasts here were not like the ones outside.

The Demonic Beasts here were of a much higher rank, with hidden skills, just like humans. They appeared weak, but indeed had concealed abilities.

Feng Qingcheng sighed inwardly. These Human Cultivators needed to rest for a while and disguise their sorry state. Now they should first fill their stomachs, then restore their abilities.

Moreover, around here, they could actually find Medicinal Herbs.

They couldn’t leave empty-handed.

One failure was due to their insufficient abilities, a second failure was on them too, as their skills were stronger than those of the Demonic Beasts, but they underestimated the beasts’ hidden talents.

The repeated failures confirmed their inadequate battle experience.

At this moment, they envied those who had previously entered the Saint Master’s Magical Treasures for divine tribulations; their combat experience was definitely better than theirs.

Feng Qingcheng didn’t want to meet Su Chang’an now, nor did she want him to know that her group was repeatedly defeated by the Demonic Beasts.

They didn’t wish for their battle failures to be known by other Human Cultivators either.

Although they voiced no words on the matter, their eyes had already exchanged mutual understanding: outside, they would absolutely not discuss how this battle failed.

Even within the family, none could mention it.

Absolutely no one could disclose how weak and useless their battle failures were.

Feng Qingcheng felt a bit of panic at the looming unknown in the approaching night. Would there be more surprises waiting for them?

Jiang Family’s team, consisting of over a hundred people, encountered a herd of deer upon entering the Hell Palace.

As Demonic Beasts, the deer didn’t seem to have ranks as high as wolves, tigers, lions, especially since there weren’t any Incarnations among their team.

When faced with giraffe-like creatures, their thought turned to food, as they had encountered Demonic Beasts resembling giraffes outside.

The Demonic Beasts outside included giraffes, but not of as high rank as this group of giraffe-like creatures.

Giraffes, as social beasts, due to being within the Hell Palace, if one becomes isolated, both Human Demons and Demons will eat them, and other Demonic Beasts would do the same.

The members of Jiang Family, upon seeing the giraffes, didn’t consider whether there were Medicinal Herbs around, and dealt with the Demonic Beasts first. They wanted to fight.

They found themselves alone in this place, not seeing other teams, thus had to engage in solitary battle.

The giraffes ran fast; the humans pursued using Flying Artifacts.

The giraffe groups were many; humans were relatively few, and they never considered exterminating the entire herd of giraffes.

During their magic combat with the giraffes, the Human Cultivators formed a Formation, remaining unified. Moreover, they had Spiritual Pets and didn’t contemplate killing all giraffes. They just hoped every person could capture one or more giraffes, to serve as food here, and even thought of breeding.

The Demonic Beasts here were of higher rank; they tasted better, and their Spiritual Energy was also more potent.

In their magic combat, Human Cultivators were assisted by their formations, gradually causing the giraffes to dwindle one by one.

Initially, the giraffes ran without much panic, but gradually, they fled in confusion, no longer able to stay together, and some became isolated, running collectively in one direction.

During their dash, their tails served as weapons. Although their footsteps left prints while running, generating a vortex-like force, combined with their tails during the run, the whirlwind force was a type of Mana.

Cultivators with weaker abilities or ordinary humans naturally couldn’t rival these giraffe-like creatures.

The giraffes were not particularly powerful, despite their whirlwind Mana; Cultivators possessing Spiritual Pets used Formations to fend off the attacks.

This mysterious whirlwind mana wouldn’t harm the Human Cultivators.

Led by the young Family Head, the Jiang Family captured some giraffes alive.

They had already eaten upon arrival, so there was no rush to consume.

While everyone was feeling accomplished, a sudden Black Mist drifted over, targeting the Human Cultivators rather than the giraffes.

The giraffes had previously suffered life-force-snatching; they were cautious, as giraffes seemed to be particularly appetizing to Demons, often resulting in giraffes disappearing.

The arriving humans also aimed to treat them as food.

Noticing their companions vanishing more and more, the giraffes now faced the Demons, emitting frantic and miserable cries.

Humans captured giraffes using Space Valves, so despite vanishing, they wouldn’t immediately die or be eaten straight away.

The Demons, however, were different; the areas covered by Black Mist led giraffes to vanish automatically, although they tried to fend off using the whirlwind.

If there hadn’t been battles between Human Cultivators and giraffes first, capturing these giraffes wouldn’t have been as easy.

With a batch of giraffes disappearing, Black Mist emerged, targeting humans, while also floating through the deer herd.

Where Black Mist floated, a few more giraffes, particularly the young ones, vanished.

Black Mist engaged in battle with Human Cultivators; they knew the Black Mist represented Evil Demons.

They had to defeat them; failure would lead to soul-snatching or possession.

Jiang Family had been in the main entrance for several years now, having learned many skills in the Saint Sect, enhancing their abilities significantly.

They understood Black Mist feared Buddhist Law most.

Previously, they all admired Jiang Tang; whenever a Formation with the Buddhist Seal emerged, as long as he used Buddhist Law spells, those Demons would be subdued and slain.
