While those Divine Beasts were discussing, Jiang Tang kept quiet, just wondering what kind of ideas they would come up with.

He wanted these Divine Beasts to use their brains, and he also had Green Ox and Eryao give their opinions.

Eryao was sly and scheming, so he would definitely think of some other method.

Green Ox might look honest, but after following him for so long, he was bound to have his own thoughts.

Green Ox’s daily task was to stay in the Primordial Treasure Lingtian Space, at that sun there, and then appear beside some Wisher.

For most Wishers, Green Ox just needed to give them a chance to turn their lives around.

He’d also gift them some Golden Fingers, then leave them alone.

As long as that Wisher successfully rose up, that was enough.

But there were some special cases inside; the kind that kept getting benefits handed to them were usually those he met who were beautiful women.

Green Ox would sometimes pity tender fragrant jade; although he wouldn’t fall for humans, he would occasionally stay in touch with some women who had been hurt.

He only used things he didn’t need himself, some low-grade Pills he’d refined while practicing, and some low-grade items.

As his master, Jiang Tang naturally wouldn’t stop him. He even hoped Green Ox could be a bit more "human," like a real person with human emotions.

What they cultivated were Cultivation Techniques, not some "ruthless" technique.

The Cultivation Technique Green Ox practiced wasn’t to make him some dumb draft ox. Even if he did a lot of work, that didn’t mean he had to become an overworked beast of burden.

...

Jiang Tang drank cup after cup of fine wine, all fed to him by the Snow Lotus Flower Spirits.

He leaned against two beautiful women transformed from Snow Lotus flowers at his side.

As for those Divine Beasts chattering away, and some Elves who weren’t speaking and just quietly watching, all of them were focused on their master.

During this period, Jiang Tang would also have the Elves dance, sing, and perform.

He wasn’t asking himself to do anything; all he needed to do was enjoy the show with his eyes.

He had contracted so many Divine Beasts and Spiritual Pets; if they didn’t do the work, was he, the master, supposed to do it personally?

Now he barely needed to handle anything himself. Aside from his wives and children, everything else—whether matters or people he cared about—could be handled by issuing orders, and those orders would make countless beings work themselves to the bone.

These contracted Spiritual Pets were connected to their master’s mind. Jiang Tang only had to recite his command silently, and he could send it out with one click. If he didn’t want others to know, he could send it directly, and all his Spiritual Pets would receive his command.

But right now there were no outsiders here, and whatever orders he gave, all the Spiritual Pets would hear them.

They had been talking for so long and still hadn’t decided.

Even though Jiang Tang said nothing and didn’t physically open the barrier, his Divine Soul had already entered through it.

Inside was the Undersea World, and the Undersea World had its own unique scenery.

Even though it was an Undersea World, there was no seawater inside.

In the Undersea World there were palaces and houses, and most of the creatures there had already transformed into human form.

It looked just like the human world, except that this place held only Demons; there were no humans living here.

The Demons inside had turned into men and women, young and old, but their clothing was shaped from their original shells or skin, transformed into garments.

He could see that everyone inside was a Demon in transformed human form. The people there—men and women, old and young—were all white-skinned, with hair that might be green, purple, red... all kinds of colors.

It was likely that these colors were based on their original demonic features.

Jiang Tang observed that all inside were Demons, and their strength was quite formidable.

He began to wonder: now that he had reached this Undersea World, could humans survive in here?

If they seized a territory, could humans live here?

Could humans hold their own against these Demons?

They could establish a base in some region, though he wasn’t sure if the Spiritual Energy here would be higher than, or at least equal to, that of the bases they had founded before.

Their previous bases were all on land, where contracted Spiritual Pets and human Cultivators could plant, raise, and build houses.

In the Undersea World, most of the palaces were constructed from those Energy Stones, making them look like stone houses.

Many were houses built from stones sourced from the sea floor.

These houses didn’t look ordinary, and those stones clearly weren’t some energy-less rocks.

These stones contained energy and came in all sorts of bright colors. Cultivators had polished them, shaping them according to their natural forms into stones suitable for building houses.

When Jiang Tang’s Divine Soul entered the Undersea World, the Demons inside immediately felt a threat—an ominous sense that a stranger had intruded into their world.

His divine pressure was too overwhelming; it directly forced all the men and women, old and young, to the ground, leaving them feeling like they couldn’t breathe.

One after another, they panicked. Just who was this person, so impossibly powerful?

So powerful that even kneeling, they could hardly draw breath.

In the Undersea World, the reason these Demons could take on human appearance was because they had their own innate skill. They could observe the lives and habits of humans in the outside world.

Things like reading, writing, and everyday life skills—those they could learn as well, all because they were born with this ability.

They could project the outside world and human residences through light screens, recreating those humans so they could study human lifestyle habits, learn their speech, and mimic their skills.

They were crafty too; they didn’t copy the life of ordinary people who toil away their entire lives with little worth.

They would pick specific humans and learn the skills of those people.

At the start, all they saw in the light screens were human youngsters, so they imitated those human children: learning to walk, to speak word by word, and to read and write in their enlightenment stage.

Later, when they reached the age for practice, they practiced along with those human children.

Of course, every creature in the Undersea World saw different humans with different levels of ability in the light screens, so the Cultivation Techniques they copied also varied in quality.

These Demons were born with this ability, but the various kinds of Demons would also pass down the skills they learned from humans to their own offspring.

The reason they had always lived in this Undersea World instead of going up to the land to conquer and live there,

was because they were originally Demons of the Undersea World; they might not even survive on land.

Even in the Undersea World, competition was fierce. They fought over food and territory.

Watching the human world in the light screens, they saw that it was even more complicated, full of schemes and intrigues.

Although these Demons did not cultivate fire-based skills—because in the Undersea World, using fire might raise the temperature of the entire sea—and these Sea Demons were most afraid of heat.

Just like ordinary fish, they feared high temperatures the most. If it got too hot, they’d be gasping for breath, and might even die during a heat wave.

The Undersea World was like eternal spring—no snow, and none of the scorching heat of summer.

There was no sweltering, suffocating heat here.

Nor was there any freezing cold like in rainy seasons on land, where fish trapped in icy waters couldn’t stand the cold, went dormant, or froze to death.

Jiang Tang hadn’t expected the Undersea World to be so different.

In fact, they could train a group of humans with Water Ability.

Those humans could live in the Undersea World, much like humans living on land.

The Undersea World had mines; those stones were its ores.

Jiang Tang felt that living in a palace built from those seven-colored stones wouldn’t be bad at all.

He already knew that the strongest Capable Being in the Undersea World was no match for him.

And the Divine Beasts at his side could also go all out against the Undersea World’s Demons.

He might as well take this chance to have these Divine Beasts—Eryao, Green Ox, the Elves, and the rest—spar with the Sea Demons.

As Jiang Tang thought along these lines, he began to act.

He would bring some relatives and friends over from another Cultivation World to undergo divine tribulation here.

He could also invite his wives’ families from that balanced Cultivation World, and all his wives, to come and broaden their horizons.

That way those ten wives of his could all have a good laugh.

Those who were about to give birth or had just gotten pregnant might not be suited to enter the sea, but they could stay inside the Divine Artifact and watch Eryao, Green Ox, and the other Divine Beasts compete in the Undersea World.
