...
As the Vilhart representatives returned to his seat, the representative of Green Group also stood up.
Instead of taking out another storage box, he placed a silver green key engraved with an ancient tree emblem onto the table.
The next moment, a three dimensional projection unfolded in the center of the office.
A streamlined dark green flying car slowly appeared.
Its body was free of unnecessary decoration, with only an ancient tree emblem engraved on one door and a silver tombstone symbol engraved on the other.
"This is the personal flying car specially customized for you by Young Master Jack. It belongs to Green Group’s latest Green Shuttle series."
"It comes equipped with autopilot, a basic defensive magic array, a short range emergency spatial transfer device, and an expanded compartment specially designed for summoned creatures."
"The identity binding has already been completed. From this moment onward, it belongs to you."
Zich picked up the key.
[Green Shuttle: Champion Custom Flying Car]
Owner: Zich Grave
Additional Functions: Expanded Storage Space, Summon Adaptive Compartment, Basic Defense, Emergency Spatial Transfer, Material Storage and Analysis.
At the same time, the projection crystal embedded in the key lit up, and Jack’s figure appeared before everyone.
"You probably won’t be joining Green Group, so I won’t bring it up again. But you’re a champion now. You can’t exactly wait for the Association to arrange transportation every time you go somewhere."
"This isn’t a recruitment offer, nor does it come with any contract. It’s simply my personal gift to congratulate you on becoming champion."
At this point, Jack’s smile became even more obvious.
"The summon compartment in the back is made from the most corrosion resistant material we currently have."
"So even if your slime spits poison everywhere, or one of your summons suddenly falls apart inside, it probably won’t destroy the entire vehicle."
"Of course, if you actually manage to blow it up, you’ll still have to pay the repair bill yourself."
The projection disappeared, and silence briefly filled the office.
To ordinary players, it might simply be an expensive means of transportation.
To Zich, however, it was more like a mobile supply station.
Whether he was traveling to the Ascension Mountains, the Association headquarters, or the training grounds outside the city, he would no longer need to rely on anyone else’s arrangements.
Zich stored away the key.
"Thank him for me."
The Green Group representative smiled.
"Young Master Jack said that if you asked me to pass along your thanks, then I should tell you this. Just buy him a meal the next time you meet."
Zich thought for a moment and then nodded his head.
"All right."
The representative clearly hadn’t expected such a straightforward answer.
He froze briefly before the smile on his face grew even brighter.
At this point, the championship rewards from the Association, the Vilhart Family, and Green Group had all been delivered.
Yet there was still one person in the office who had yet to stand.
Zich’s gaze shifted toward the attendant from the City Lord’s Estate.
He was the same man who had visited Silvermoon Court the previous night to deliver Evelyn’s invitation.
Noticing Zich’s gaze, the attendant slowly rose to his feet and placed a sealed spatial container onto the center of the table.
Inside was nothing more than a jet black token.
The token was only the size of a palm, yet it seemed to have been forged from some ancient black ore.
Faint dark golden patterns flowed across its surface, while its front was engraved with a towering mountain that pierced the heavens, surrounded by countless ferocious beast silhouettes of every imaginable form.
Merely looking at it gave one the illusion of standing upon an ancient wilderness beneath the watchful gaze of innumerable primordial beasts.
Holding the token respectfully with both hands, the attendant presented it to Zich.
"This is the City Lord’s Estate’s final reward for this year’s champion. The Myriad Beast Mountain Entry Token."
[Myriad Beast Mountain Entry Token]
Access Period: Six Days
Entry Restriction: Players below Level 30
The attendant slowly explained,
"After Miss Evelyn learned that the Players Association had originally intended to reward you with access to an ordinary training region, she personally negotiated with the Association and replaced that reward with six days of cultivation inside Myriad Beast Mountain."
Hearing this, Zich slowly shifted his gaze toward Arthur.
Arthur did not attempt to hide anything and nodded openly.
"He’s right."
"In terms of value, Myriad Beast Mountain far surpasses the ordinary training region we originally prepared. It is jointly managed by the City Lord’s Estate and the Players Association, and it is also one of humanity’s most important special training grounds within the First Layer."
"It is home to countless monster habitats, preserves the ruins of ancient magical beasts, and contains an abundance of exceptionally rare materials. Because of that, countless young geniuses compete every year for the opportunity to enter."
At that point, Arthur looked at Zich with a faint smile.
"Especially for summoners, beast tamers, monster evolution classes, and players who require monster cores, monster materials, or special beast flesh for growth, Myriad Beast Mountain can be considered one of the finest training sanctuaries. As long as your luck isn’t too bad, spending six days there is often worth several months or even longer of training elsewhere."
Silence returned to the office.
Lowering his head, Zich looked at the jet black token resting in his palm while gently rubbing its cold surface with his fingers. At the same time, his mind had already begun rapidly planning his next steps.
There were exactly six days remaining before his scheduled training with Razeil.
His current level was still only eighteen.
If it were anywhere else, advancing two levels within six days would hardly be an easy task.
But inside the resource rich, monster filled Myriad Beast Mountain, everything would be different.
Not only would it be more than enough for him to break through to Level 20.
More importantly, the mountain’s enormous monster population and abundant evolution resources would allow him to gather a vast quantity of materials suitable for merging and cultivating his summoned creatures, laying an even stronger foundation for expanding his summoned army.
With that thought, Zich said nothing more.
He simply stored the Myriad Beast Mountain Entry Token inside his pocket, while a trace of anticipation, so faint that it was almost impossible to notice, flashed deep within his pale golden eyes.
Because he knew the next stage of his journey would truly begin within Myriad Beast Mountain.
