Chapter 498: Resolving Things Doesn't Have to Be Violent

“So when you found out I wasn't who you were looking for, you were gonna kill somebody?” Dior played with a remote and lifted his eyelids.

Ava took a deep breath: “I just want to make sure Scott gets where he is, whether you believe it or not. ”

“What would you do if you found them? ”

“I'll make them cure me! ”

Ava's eyes at this moment are like a gambler with no way to go.

Whatever it takes... because she has no way back, she's dead anyway.

“I'm starting to believe you now, but I don't like to force people, so you have three minutes to explain the situation, and if I think you're worth saving, I'll take you to Hank, and we'll all sit down and figure out how to cure you. Of course, you can refuse, keep looking for trouble, and make things bigger. ”

Though Dior did not continue to say what the consequences would be of a lack of cooperation, Bill and Ava were both in a state of mind.

And what's even more disturbing is that this guy just had to write two words on his face about the threat, and he said something that he didn't like to force people into, which is really a hooliganism.

But honestly, if we can solve the problem with moderation, why use force?

To think of it, Bill Foster nodded at Eva.

So Ava started talking about her life, from Hank, who was arrogant, to her unlucky father, to the accident, which made her look like a ghost, and even the experience that S.H.I.E.L.D. had forced her to take away, she briefly said it, and when it came to S.H.I.E.L.D., the tone was abnormally ridiculous.

S.H.I.E.L.D. not only cheated on her, but also played her as a fool. Eva worked so hard for S.H.I.E.L.D., hoping that one day S.H.I.E.L.D. would live up to its promise to cure her.

But when she learned that S.H.I.E.L.D. had never intended to treat her, she was completely obsessed with S.H.I.E.L.D.

Obviously, S.H.I.E.L.D. only wants a ghost tool person, and if she were cured, wouldn't she have destroyed the existence of the ghost herself?

A common female agent and a ghost who can get through all kinds of terrain, which is more important, doesn't need any more bullshit.

Dior interrupted her, “Who was the S.H.I.E.L.D. chief at the time? Nick Fury? ”

“No, it was Alexander Pierce who trained me as a ghost agent, but after Nick Fury became Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., I did some work for him. ”

Dior nodded, arguably not surprisingly, to the extent that the black halibut's belly was black, it was impossible to put it away after taking over the ghost. As for what Alexander Pierce promised, what's his business?

It is also possible, of course, that he tried the possibility of curing the ghost, but eventually abandoned it decisively after finding it completely impossible with existing science and technology.

It wasn't just a hypothesis, and maybe even Alexander Pierce wanted to develop a cure to slow down Ava's condition, or as a threat to her life.

It's just that they all failed.

Until so many years later, there was no way around the world to cure Ava's current situation, and it was conceivable how difficult it was.

Dior knew how to cure her, and the conditions were barely enough. Sooner or later, Hank would have to save Janet in the quantum field, so that when he came back with some quantum energy, he could easily repair Ava's body.

So there's no need to call at all, everyone knows it.

“How long can your body last? ”

Dior was relieved to ask after he had learned the situation.

Ava looked at Bill, and he had a better say in that.

So Bill thought about it and said, "If you promise to stay in the molecular restoration chamber for at least 12 hours a day, in her current deterioration, one year is short, and two years is the limit. ”

Even Eva knew for the first time how long she could live, and when she thought of herself she could live for at most a year or two, her face became incredibly funny.

No one wants to live, especially like her, after everything that is far from being experienced by ordinary people, so she can barely survive until now and make life even more precious.

And who would have thought that that was when Dior laughed and said, "So even if it's worse, there's still a few months left, right? Enough.”

“Do you have a way to save Ava?” Bill asks surprised that he feels very contradictory right now, doubting the authenticity of Dior's words and expecting them to be true.

Even Eva, who never gave a good face, showed excitement.

“I know enough quantum energy to fix her body, and Dr. Hank can open the quantum channel, and while there are some details to consider, this is definitely the right direction. ”

Bill Foster had thought Dior could give some insight, but he didn't think he would agree with one of his ideas, so he was disappointed to say, "I've thought about this treatment plan you said, but there's no way anyone can come back from the quantum realm, so this idea is bound to succeed. ”

Dior laughed, "Are you trying to say that Janet is the best example? ”

Bill nodded seriously, although he didn't know why he was laughing: "Yes, Hank had a lot of flaws, but the world probably couldn't find a better one in the quantum field, but decades later, he still couldn't find a way to save Janet. ”

“Perhaps it was before, but what if someone succeeded in entering the quantum realm and then came out alive again? ”

“Impossible! Who is it, Hope? No, it's impossible. Hank would never put his precious daughter in such danger. Is it Hank himself?” Bill stood up excited and completely forgot that they were still ‘enemies' just now.

At this point, Eva seemed to think of something, shocked to shout out a name, "Scott Lang?! ”

“Bingo! But no reward. ”

Eva witnessed the battle between Scott and the CIA, but her uniform didn't have those high-tech features, so she didn't know how Scott got out of the laser grid, or how Scott got into the quantum field and came back in just a few seconds.

So... she's saved?
