The light didn’t just illuminate the sky... it expanded instantaneously, turning the vision of every single person, dragon, and streaming drone on the battlefield into a solid sheet of pure white.

Down on the grass, Vespera raised her gloved hand to her hood with her vision completely blinded by the white flare.

"Haah~"

Vespera let out a soft exasperated sigh beneath her breath.

’What’s this guy trying to do now?’ Vespera thought, mildly annoyed by the endless succession of flashy spell activations.

Three seconds passed.

HISSSSSSS...

The blinding white light slowly died down, fading back into the natural morning wind...

...Revealing a terrifying radical transformation of the entire battlefield terrain.

Carved deep into the earth across the entire three-thousand-yard width of the clearing... stretching from the base of The Unmovable Wall all the way to the outer perimeter of the Blessed Land’s walls were thousands of glowing dark-purple runic arrays.

’Oh Rowenna did say this was going to happen, I was wonderi—’

HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

The second the white light cleared, the thousands of purple runes ignited simultaneously.

BOOM!

The ambient temperature inside the runic field skyrocketed instantly to over two hundred degrees Fahrenheit.

Simultaneously, a crushing suffocating Gravity Domain Field activated across the entire clearing.

The atmospheric gravity multiplied by fifty times its natural one.

The air became so heavy that the very grass was flattened flat against the soil, and small pebbles were crushed into fine powder under the sheer, downward gravitational pressure.

’I still wonder, is this fucker trying to kill us?’

The entire battlefield including The Unmovable Wall itself was completely trapped inside this superheated, fifty-times gravity field.

Twenty times was one way but fifty times? What was he, a Saiyan?

...However, noticeably, the remaining two hundred plus soldiers, Hero combatants, and heavy knights of The Unmovable Wall were completely 100% unharmed by the intense gravity.

Inscribed onto the leather vambraces and armor plates of every single soldier in Sky’s army were pre-crafted [Counter-Gravity Alignment Runes] forged by Brenna.

The counter-runes completely neutralized the downward gravitational pull for Sky’s forces, allowing them to move with total, unhindered freedom.

Sky drew his broad steel sword, pointing the gleaming blade straight toward Vespera and the Blessed Land’s Vanguard.

"ALL UNITS!" Sky bellowed furiously! "REGULAR WARRIORS! HEROES! EVERYONE! CHARGE AND ASSASSINATE THEIR LORD!"

"ROAAAAAAAR!"

With an earth-shattering, bloodthirsty battle cry, all two hundred plus supercharged, 10x-buffed soldiers, heavy knights, and Heroes of The Unmovable Wall erupted forward into a full-scale all-out charge,

They sprinted across the runic field at high speeds with their blades raised, seeking to crush the enemy while they were pinned down by fifty-times gravity.

Sky offered a confident, triumphant smirk behind his mask.

By pinning the Blessed Land’s small, seventy-person army beneath a massive gravity field, their speed-type heroes like Tasmin and heavy shieldmaidens like Brida would be completely immobilized.

...However, down on the grass...

Vespera stood beside Talira’s massive crimson leg, looking at the two hundred plus charging soldiers rushing toward them.

A calm amused smile touched Vespera’s lips beneath her dark hood.

She turned her head slightly, looking back at Morwenna, Brida, Tasmin, Fenna, and the other women standing in formation behind her.

"Go crazy," Vespera commanded softly.

SWISH! SWISH! SWISH! SWISH!

The exact second the command left his lips—

All the women of the Blessed Land exploded forward into a full-speed counter-charge.

They sprinted straight past Vespera and Talira with their boots tearing through the soil, moving with speed that created shockwaves.

Far across the field, Lord Sky, Hiro, and the entire charging army of The Unmovable Wall completely froze in horror.

’Wh–what the hell is going on here? Isn’t the gravity working?’

Their forward momentum faltered with their eyes widening in utter disbelief behind their visors.

How on earth were they moving at full speed inside a fifty-times gravity field?!

What Sky didn’t know... was that Vespera was a master of battlefield intelligence.

Days before this official Lord War had ever started, Silas had utilized Rowenna’s invisible [Listening Runes] to monitor Sky’s private command deck.

Silas had overheard Sky’s entire discussion regarding the deployment of the purple Gravity Runic Field.

In response, Silas had instructed Runemaster Rowenna to forge custom [Anti-Gravity Wristbands] for every single one of the seventy-plus women.

The dark-purple runic wristbands wrapped around their forearms completely inverted the downward fifty-times gravitational force, converting the environmental pressure into a massive speed boost that doubled their movement velocity.

’Though we’ll have to take out the gravity in a bit...’

BOOOOOOOOOOM!

The two armies converged on the central clearing like two colliding tectonic plates.

They would soon be colliding, Vespera was sure of it however the plan for the gravity would have to be executed before anything.

Standing amidst the roaring battlefield, Vespera took a calm deliberate step forward, gently placing her gloved right hand flat against Talira’s massive crimson flank.

"Talira..." Vespera spoke softly.

Talira... hovering slightly above the grass in her colossal dragon form slowly lowered her massive head.

Her golden dragon eyes widened, staring down at her Lord with deep reverence.

Hearing her gentle voice, a sudden breath-catching thought echoed inside Talira’s head.

’Does... does My Lord want me...’ Talira thought, her golden eyes sparkling with overwhelming ecstatic joy, ’...to join the battle as well?’

Vespera looked up at the towering beast and gave her a single firm nod of approval.

’Of course I do want you to participate...’

Talira could of course go in her dragon form but Vespera had mainly asked her to pull up in it so they could farm aura, there was nothing too serious about it... they had been training these past few days and she deserved to have a break.

’Besides, she was very giddy to face strong people.’ Vespera thought, while she wasn’t sure if there was anyone that strong here, it wouldn’t hurt to try.

HUMMMMMMM!

The exact second the permission was granted, Talira’s massive, ruby-red dragon form erupted in a blinding incandescent pillar of pure white lightning and crimson elemental mana.

The atmospheric pressure blew away the surrounding ash and dirt for forty yards, sending violent shockwaves rippling across the clearing.

SWRRRRH!

Inside the towering pillar of divine lightning, Talira’s massive dragon vessel rapidly density-condensed.

Her wings folded inward, her massive tail shrank, and her reptilian mass morphed smoothly back into her Human Form.

When the blinding light faded, Talira stood on the grass as a fierce, drop-dead gorgeous dragon-girl.

She possessed long, cascading ruby-red hair that reached down to her waist, two polished, iridescent black dragon horns curving proudly from her temples, glowing eyes with vertical reptilian slits, and a long scale-armored crimson tail that swished rhythmically behind her boots.

She was clad in custom high-tier Blessed Land armor... lightweight adamantine shoulder plates, runic arm vambraces, protective gauntlets, and a sleek scale-armored tail guard forged personally by Thora.

BOOM!

Without saying a single word, Talira planted her boots into the earth and shot forward into the battlefield like a missile.

The launch velocity of her departure generated an explosive gust of atmospheric wind that swept across the grass, violently kicking up the hem of Vespera’s dark cloak and blowing her spatial hood straight back off her head.

SWISH.

Vespera reached up with a gloved hand, catching the edge of her hood and smoothly pulling it back down over her violet eyes.

Standing directly beside her, Morwenna did not charge forward alongside the other women or Talira.

She stood tall atop her massive Alpha Blessed Wolf, Titan with her dark pirate coat fluttering against the northern breeze.

Morwenna rested her left hand gracefully on the polished silver hilt of her curved naval saber, pulling up directly beside her Lord’s side.

Morwenna looked out across the chaotic clearing with a small smile on her face, she was still wondering for a way to have sex with her Lord and it would only be a matter of time.

"Now... we wait."

Vespera offered a calm silent nod of agreement.

SCHWING!

With a smooth, practiced motion of her right wrist, Vespera drew her primary steel sword from its leather scabbard, letting the gleaming blade rest flat at her side.

Her luminous purple eyes locked onto the distant ranks of Sky’s advancing forces.

’Now...’ Vespera thought to herself, her internal voice ringing with sharp focus, ’...I just need someone competent to come directly for me.’

She had spent the last several mornings refining her foundational stances, and this massive Lord War was the best place to put her practice into action.

She needed a real high-stakes combat environment to test her Tide Blade Arts against experienced opponents.

Meanwhile, on the rear lines of the Blessed Land’s deployed battle array...

Fenna stood surrounded by her archer squad, her hazel eyes tracking the movements of Sky’s advancing heavy infantry through her bow’s optical sightlines.

"Ranged salvo! Fire on my mark!" Fenna commanded.

THWIP-THWIP-THWIP-THWIP!

At her signal, every longbow archer standing on the rear line released their strings in unison.

Dozens of sleek, black composite arrows shot into the sky, arcing high over the central clearing before plunging downward straight toward Sky’s charging vanguard.

Far across the field, Lord Sky stood on his elevated command deck alongside his Heroes.

Seeing the dark rain of arrows descending from the clouds, Sky’s eyes narrowed behind his disguise helmet as memories of earlier artillery strikes flashed through his mind.

’Those arrows!’ Sky recalled frantically. ’They’re the explosive variants that destroyed the lower gun decks!’

Not only the decks but they exploded the first time he had seen them too, if not for the four leaf clover spell that Elm was using, it was hard to know if his people would have survived that easily.

Behind him, Kassandra... the Hero clad in pink-tinted tower armor who commanded the Divine Aegis Shield stepped forward to the railing.

"AEGIS REFRACTION DOME!" Kassandra barked, thrusting her gloved palm forward.

HUMMMMM!

A shimmering wide-area pink energy barrier expanded over the heads of Sky’s advancing soldiers, designed to intercept and detonate the incoming arrows mid-air before they could touch the infantry.

...However, just like before...

SWISH! SWISH! SWISH!

Fenna’s black arrows didn’t collide with the pink barrier at all.

The moment the arrows reached the energy dome, the [Armor-Piercing Runes] inscribed onto their steel tips activated, allowing the arrows to simply float straight past Kassandra’s barrier as if it didn’t even exist.

The black arrows descended into the front ranks of Sky’s infantry, embedding themselves deep into the damp mud among the charging troops.

Sky’s soldiers, seeing the arrows land right between their boots, instantly braced themselves for an apocalyptic explosion.

"GET DOWN! COVER YOUR HEADS!" a sergeant screamed out.

The infantrymen threw their arms over their helmets, diving flat into the mud, waiting for the blast...

...1 second...

...2 seconds...

...3 seconds passed.

The sudden expected explosion never came.

A thick eerie silence hung over the front rank.

"Huh...?" several heavy soldiers grunted out, slowly raising their heads from the dirt.

One brave heavy knight pushed himself up, leaning down to grab the shaft of a black arrow embedded in the mud right beside his boot.

He pulled it free, inspecting the steel tip carefully under the morning sun.

"What is this...?" the knight muttered, squinting his eyes. "There aren’t any explosive runes engraved on these arrowheads at all! They’re just standard steel—"

Before the knight could finish his sentence—

DZZZZZZZT!

Every single black arrow embedded across the three-thousand-yard field suddenly lit up with an intense, pulsing blue light!

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Simultaneously, all thirty arrows detonated... not into fire or shrapnel, but into high-frequency shockwaves.

KABAGHHH!

The explosive shockwaves ripped through the ground, instantly scrambling, disrupting, and dispelling the thousands of purple 50x gravity runes carved across the clearing.

The atmospheric gravity field collapsed in a single microsecond, freeing the terrain from its superheated pressure.

Far across the field, Lord Sky let out a deep, long, and intensely frustrated sigh behind his disguise mask.

’Unbelievable...’ Sky thought, his teeth gritting in defeat. ’It’s almost as if every single tactic, spell array, and strategic play I set up was completely seen through before the battle even started!’

BOOM!

The shockwaves sent dozens of Sky’s heavy infantrymen flying thirty feet into the air, tumbling head-over-heels across the dirt.

Before the front line of The Unmovable Wall could even recover their balance or clear the mud from their visors—

SWISH!

The very first attacker from the Blessed Land’s Vanguard burst straight through the rising dust cloud!

Vala... the Magic Swordsman closed the distance at high speed.

’Finally...’

Her silver-and-blue longsword was completely engulfed in a roaring, superheated aura of crimson fire magic with her sharp eyes locking onto the disoriented troops ahead.

’I will make my Lord proud.’

"Blow," Vala commanded softly.

BOOOOOOOOOOM!

Vala swung her fiery blade in a horizontal arc.

A fifty-foot crescent wave of compressed elemental fire exploded from her sword tip, blasting through the frontline shields and incinerating their defensive formations in a single strike.
