"Congratulations, Your Majesty! It’s a pair of twins! Both of them are healthy!" The lead doctor, a middle-aged woman, reported with a beaming smile.
The doctors and healers wore bright smiles on their faces as they looked at the babies who were snuggling in their mother’s embrace.
The boy was quiet, curiously observing the people around him. On the other hand, the girl was reaching out above her while making ’eh eh’ sounds.
Seeing the two adorable babies melted Alaric’s heart.
He sat on the bed, looked at his wife, and gently held her hand.
"Thank you..." He mumbled, his eyes glistening with tears that stubbornly refused to fall.
Yskaela smiled faintly.
"Do you want to hold them?"
"Can I?" Alaric raised his eyebrows, looking eager to carry his children.
Yskaela sent a glance at the doctors.
"It won’t be an issue. Just support their neck and head. Their muscles are still weak." The lead doctor quickly explained.
Hearing this, Alaric carefully scooped the baby girl, his eyes softening as he caressed her face. "Diana Grace... that’s your name."
The name meant "divine blessing" in the Veronican language. Everyone in the delivery room was exhilarated.
Out of habit, Alaric used Appraisal on his daughter and was left dumbfounded when her stats were revealed.

"Her mana?" Yskaela frowned when he mentioned this. She moved her gaze to her daughter and narrowed her eyes.
In the next moment, her face abruptly changed.
Ludwig, who was observing the baby girl, gasped. "H-How... is that possible?"
Meanwhile, Hershey could only frown in confusion. She might have started training, but her strength was still insufficient to detect the abnormality in the baby girl’s mana core.
"Can someone explain to me what is going on?"
Ludwig looked at her, intending to explain the situation, but he didn’t know how to begin.
"My daughter has an energy core, and she is already a 2-Ringed Beast Soul Adept, but the mana swirling inside her energy core is more than what she is supposed to have." Alaric calmly explained.

Alaric sent a deep look at Ludwig and instructed. "Bring Lord Bellator here. I need his opinion on this matter."
Ludwig nodded and left in a hurry.

"Is it really serious?" Yskaela asked, her voice filled with concern.
Alaric sighed as he responded. "Normally, it should be something to be celebrated. However, if someone’s talent is too outstanding, they are bound to attract unwanted attention."
His face was masked with worry as he added.
"Our daughter might be met with misfortune if someone with ulterior motives were to discover her enormous potential."
When she realized the gravity of the situation, Yskaela couldn’t hide her worry. "W-What should we do?"
Just then, Ludwig’s voice echoed outside the delivery room. "Your Majesties, Lord Bellator is here."
"Bring him in," Alaric responded.

Bellator stepped inside the room. He didn’t notice any anomalies in the first instance, but when he focused his attention on the baby girl, his eyes widened.
"Outstanding!" He rushed to the bed and rubbed his chin as he observed the baby’s energy core.
He then noticed the unusual atmosphere. He looked at Alaric and the others, bewildered. "Why the long faces?"
Then, it occurred to him. "Ah... are you worried about this child’s talent attracting unnecessary attention?"
His lips curved up as he said. "There is no need to worry. Although her talent is shocking, it is not unheard of."
Hearing this, Alaric’s eyes lit up. He then gestured for Bellator to continue.
Bellator sorted his memories and spoke with a smile. "In the three great continents, there exist remarkable prodigies who are born with exceptional talents.
