Wang Yi was filled with anticipation. He put away the three Construction Drawings, and with a flash of starlight beneath his feet, he instantly arrived at the summit of Huaguo Mountain.

Wang Yi used the Construction Drawings for the Eco Royal Court here. These drawings were completely different from ordinary ones. They didn’t create a building from nothing, but rather, they initiated a transformation!

A moment later, Huaguo Mountain began to rise. Enormous green leaves sprouted from its base, and giant, stamen-like structures burst from the ground, pointing rapidly toward the sky.

The massive, pale-red petals, resembling a lotus, numbered eighteen in total. They were arranged in three layers, growing, extending, and blooming around Huaguo Mountain. Starlight shimmered upon their surfaces, and Huaguo Mountain itself resembled the pistil, seemingly protected by the giant petals.

"Ding! You may relocate certain governing bodies to the Eco Royal Court. Please proceed at your discretion!"

As the system prompts faded, the territory management panel automatically popped up in front of Wang Yi, displaying the Territory Map.

Seeing Huaguo Mountain’s new Cosmic Flower appearance on the map, Wang Yi wondered aloud, "The Cosmic Flower... Isn’t that one of the twelve most expensive skins for the Self-Created Camp? To think it was chosen as the look for the Eco Royal Court. But this Cosmic Flower is much, much larger than the skin for the Camp!"

With that said, Wang Yi casually operated the panel and relocated the Eco-Castle to Huaguo Mountain, making it a facility of the Royal Court.

The Eco-Castle now possessed plant-like characteristics as well, taking root and growing until it merged completely with Huaguo Mountain.

Inside the Eco-Castle, Jelena and the others were in a state of panic and confusion. They didn’t yet know the cause of all this, only sensing that the territory was undergoing a sudden, unstoppable, world-altering transformation.

Just as Jelena was muttering to herself, a small blade of grass suddenly sprouted from the desk in front of her. Its leaves trembled, and out came Wang Yi’s voice: "My child, the Eco Royal Court is complete. You will continue to preside over it. Come to the summit at once!"

Jelena stared at the strange little blade of grass, unfazed by the sight. She spoke to it, "Yes, I’ll come see you at once, Father!"

The "Junior Mage" rushed out of her office and ran into Pei Xue, Li Huaizheng, and the others. They were all baffled by the changes to the territory and the Eco-Castle and peppered Jelena with questions.

Jelena couldn’t explain it either, so she just told them to calm down while she ran out of the Eco-Castle at top speed. She knew the only way to understand what was happening was to find her father.

Outside the Eco-Castle, the changes were just as immense. The small plaza from before had vanished, replaced by a multitude of new plants. Yet, their placement was deliberate; they didn’t obstruct the paths, seeming almost sentient. The mix of flowers and grass was a pleasant sight.

Jelena tossed out a Space Capsule. With a POP, it transformed into a Floating Ship. Jelena stepped aboard and quickly sped toward the summit of Huaguo Mountain.

Looking down from the Floating Ship, Jelena found the scene below even more incredible. The ground was still in flux. Strange and exotic plants continued to multiply. The peach trees were changing too; some pruned themselves, others repositioned themselves, some grew rapidly larger, and others withered away...

Jelena didn’t understand the reason, but she could tell that all the plants below were changing according to some unseen logic.

When she reached the summit, she saw Wang Yi crouching on the ground, studying a blade of grass, a piece of dead wood, and a giant snail.

Jelena recognized the blade of grass—it was the Sound Transmission Grass that had relayed the message to her earlier.

The other two items, she realized, were the Sound Communication Wood and the Dialogue Worm.
