There were two parts to this ascension quest. The first had to be completed on Hundred Battle Mountain.

According to the quest description, Hundred Battle Mountain was an ancient Secret Realm in the Fourth Dimension and also a colossal battlefield. A Lord Player needed to win one hundred battles there before they could leave.

These one hundred battles included system-set trials as well as random encounters. Each Lord Player would face different challenges, and the first battle would take place at Hundred Battle Mountain’s Windless Cliff.

Windless Cliff served as the entrance to Hundred Battle Mountain. Only by passing through this cliff could one enter the mountain proper, and once inside, leaving was impossible without winning a hundred battles.

After completing the combat quests on Hundred Battle Mountain, the Lord Player also needed to travel to the Sealing Sacred Domain to conduct a grand sealing ceremony.

This grand sealing ceremony had to be carried out according to system guidance. The system provided no detailed description, but Wang Yi figured it must also be fraught with danger.

’On the surface, this ascension quest doesn’t seem too difficult, but I should probably keep building up my strength for now.’

Wang Yi was in no hurry to ascend to a Divine Country. He felt his territory’s foundation was still too shallow. Those factions that had once been bullied by the Waga Royal Court were now kicking them while they were down, sending troops en masse to frantically plunder their resources and personnel.

Among them was the Alien Star Royal Court. The Lord of the Alien Star Royal Court, Feng Qi, directly opened the Star Sect in the Waga World, leading her soldiers in a massive invasion.

In truth, the Waga Royal Court did have many things worth plundering, such as technological weapons and scientific talent.

Without Da Hai City and its core leadership, and having lost the protection of the Nine Rivers Divine Country, the Waga Royal Court was completely unable to resist the frenzied invasion of the Stellar Influences. The goal wasn’t for them to make any great discoveries in the World of Suffering, but simply for them to spend ten years there in Cultivation to improve their strength.
